ew I feel so disgusted by myself right now, just had a few unpleasant flashbacks from last year and now I feel sick but I try not to throw up which is really hard tbh. I feel so much shame and regret rn, I think I will do a loooong workout later to burn everything off.

my own rules :3
I have developed a few rules for myself because I know for myself that I cannot do high res diets, I start to binge super fast. So here they are:
Calorie intake limit ranges between at least 400 and max. 800 calories
If I eat up to 800 kcal the day before I have to restrict down to at least 500 the next day (exception: those awful days right before my period; 800 a few times in a row is okay then, but I need to make it up!!)
I need to do workouts or at least walk my step goal (10.000 steps)
Sundays with the family is really hard so that sundays are mostly my 800 kcal day
binging is simply not allowed, no 'no-restriction' cheat day or sth like that EVER
drink at least 2l of water
I really hope, no, I am desperate to reach my first goal (59 kg) at the end of my summer vacations, which is 6 weeks from now-
