Hello, Jing Yuan, Aventurine And Sunday With A Teen!assasin Reader Who Was Ordered By Their Master To

hello, jing yuan, aventurine and sunday with a teen!assasin reader who was ordered by their master to kill them but couldnt and [character] took them in due to their young age and frankly them being pitiful

Another similar ask:

hiii, dr ratio aventurine and boothill with an IPC agent/assasin teen!reader?

Reader was practically forced onto assasination, is hardened and doesnt show much emotion due to their past kinda similar to bronya zaychik backstory in the azure waters manga

This post is made in combination with these two asks, so I hope you'll like this!! And thank you to the anons for their request!!<33

Content: Angst, assassination attempts, Reader is a teen assassin that has no direct origin, platonic relationships, father/older brother figures, fluff, some brainwashing on Sundays end, sfw

Characters: Sunday, Aventurine, Boothill

Reader has no set pronouns!!

Hello, Jing Yuan, Aventurine And Sunday With A Teen!assasin Reader Who Was Ordered By Their Master To

He finds your attempt at killing him rather amusing. Maybe a bit too amusing. He laughed hysterically when he finally pinned you down with ease, thinking this was all just a joke... until he realised that you were serious.

Now, Boothill was used to people trying to off him through various ways, his robotic body the perfect proof for that, but he never had a kid try him before. And he had to admit, that you would've gotten him, if he was still fully human! Truly impressive!

He won't bother asking you where you're from or what you lead him to you in the first place. Once he gets you to settle down and hears you telling him that you can't return to your master until you kill him, he just sighs and scratches his head. Well... he doesn't really want a kid to die at the hands of their abusive master... so he supposes that he'll just have to take you in until he finds a hime for you.

He isn't put off by your emotionless behavior and even understands it very well, if anything. He doubts anyone could be happy under the harsh conditions you grew up in, but that doesn't mean that he won't try and teach you how to loosen up a bit. It doesn't occur to him over time that he never really looked out for a home for you as promised. Perhaps you have found it with him already anyway.

Hello, Jing Yuan, Aventurine And Sunday With A Teen!assasin Reader Who Was Ordered By Their Master To
Hello, Jing Yuan, Aventurine And Sunday With A Teen!assasin Reader Who Was Ordered By Their Master To

Sunday found your attempt quite saddening, absolutely pitiful and near pathetic, if he felt cruel that day. He felt no worry or fear, knowing that whoever sent you must've been a fool to think that a child could end him of all people, and yet, he doesn't tease nor punish you for it. It wasn't your fault that you were born to be mistreated at such a young age, after all.

He takes you under his wing as a disciple or student in a way. He wants to teach you the "truth" about life and what it means to be alive in the dreamscape. Your dreams can become true here, so why not teach you how to live on after your palms have been stained red forever?

Your emotionless and apathetic behavior does little to deter or bother him. He sees you as a child he had to save before the shadows of this sinful took over you completely. His tuning ability is not spared on you either, if that's what it takes for you to get better. He eventually starts to view you as a little sibling and is delighted when you get along with Robin.

Deep down, he will, however, always feel a little... worried that you may turn around to betray him the way you betrayed your original master by leaving him, too. But he hopes that all his lessons and the home he gave you makes you stay and be grateful for all the love and mercy he had given you

Hello, Jing Yuan, Aventurine And Sunday With A Teen!assasin Reader Who Was Ordered By Their Master To
Hello, Jing Yuan, Aventurine And Sunday With A Teen!assasin Reader Who Was Ordered By Their Master To

Similar to Boothill, he finds your attempt amusing at best. Pitiful at worst, as he sees a younger him in your cold gaze. He knows he shouldn't trust you after what you just tried... but he makes a deal with you anyways, after you were forced to take a seat infront of him by some IPC guards. If you beat him in a card game, he'll let you take his life and get away with it. If you lose, then you'll have to allow him to take you in as a little "assistant" of some sort. In reality, he just wants to save you from yourself, this determination even foreign to him yet welcomed bravely.

Unsurprisingly, you lose. He jokes that it must've been due to his unbeatable luck... but he really just rigged the game a little. There was no harm in it, and if anything, he just saved your life through it. Otherwise, the IPC would've just executed you for trying to attack one of their agents. Even if Aventurine doubted, they even cared that much for him... but he won't tell you that either.

He gave you a calming, stress-free life, one far away from all the hurt and death you've been surrounded with since birth. He hears your story and perhaps even shares a part of his own, as he shows you that you are the same in a way. You don't have to kill and hurt anymore under his care, he promises you that and to a younger self he was trying to heal through it.

Stiff Joints - Wriothesley x gn! Reader

Summary -> Some mornings are harder than others. (Established relationship)

Warnings -> Slightly suggestive towards the end

A/N -> 850 words, not proofread and self indulgent because I am also having a bad hand day.

Stiff Joints - Wriothesley X Gn! Reader

**********

Early. Too goddam early to be awake. The sun wouldn’t even be fluttering in the curtains if you could see the damn sun from the bottom of the ocean. The bed around you was too cold, too uncomfortable, too… empty.

“Wrio?” You muttered, sitting up despite the protest of your back. Your boyfriend was nowhere to be found. Your eyes scanned the dark room until you saw the light underneath the bathroom door. “Wriothesley?” You ask again as you slip out of bed, the metal floor of the Fortress of Meropide cold underneath your feet. You approached the bathroom door only to hear the clattering of something in the sink, followed by the frustrated growl of the man behind the door. “I’m coming in.” You don’t give him a chance to protest as you open the door, only to be greeted by the sight of the man hunched over the sink, wearing only a black t shirt, boxers, and a face full of shaving cream.

“I’m sorry if I woke you up, sweetheart.” He grumbled, not wanting to take his frustrations out on you as he reached for the razor in the sink.

You stepped close, placing a hand on his back. “Don’t apologize. Are you okay? What’s wrong?” He clawed at the shaving cream on his face, wiping it off, frustrated. “It’s nothing” “Wriothesley.” “It’s nothing.” “Wriothesley” “I said-” He turned to look at you, seeing that worried, and tired look on your face. All the negative emotions dissipate immediately. “You want the truth?”

“I’d greatly prefer it, yeah.” He put the razor down on the edge of the sink. “I’ve been fighting my entire life. Boxing with both gloves and bare knuckles.” “I’ve known this, and yet I still sleep in your bed every night. Is this you thinking you’re too dangerous for me again? We’ve been through this. You know I’ll always love you.” You point out, too early to have your normal patience you grant him, instead offering him rather blunt compassion.

Wriothesley sighed, looking into the mirror. “I’ve all but destroyed my hands. It’s why I wear wraps every day. They hurt, my fingers don’t move right, and some mornings I can’t even grip the damn razor and get this stubble off of my face.”

“Is that it?” “Seems a bit dismissive.” He sighs and looks over at you, hurt in his eyes.

You hesitate, noticing he is in a much more vulnerable position than you’re used to seeing him. “I don’t mean that in a dismissive way, my dear. I just mean it’s something I can help with.” He clenches his still foam shaven jaw. “What could you possibly do to help my broken hands?” “Be your hands for you.” You respond, gently taking the razor from his hand, thankful he didn't make a snarky comment at the cheesy words. You hop up on the bathroom counter, grabbing a washcloth and running it under warm water.

“My dear you don’t have to.” He responds, swallowing the lump in his throat, trying to hold back his emotions.

You respond by placing a hand on the back of his neck, guiding him to lean forward, his towering frame shrinking down to reach your waiting hand, the razor running gently across his jaw, taking care of the stubble he found so annoying. “I know I don’t have to. I want to.” You guide his face to look to one side, shaving one side of his jaw and down his neck, his icy eyes locked on yours, an unreadable expression on his face.

“Thank you.” He whispered, swallowing the lump in his throat. “Thank you so much.” “Why didn’t you tell me sooner?” You ask as you run the warm washcloth on his freshly shaven jaw.

He scoffs and doesn’t resist looking the other direction, letting you shave the other side of his face. “What? That my fingers don’t work?” “I mean they were working just fine last night.” You watch as he bites back a smirk, but he couldn't resist it for too long. “There’s that handsome smile.” “You’re the worst, you know… I have a reputation you know.” His eyes soften impossibly further as you finish shaving his jaw and his neck for him. He doesn't hesitate to rest his forehead on yours. “I didn’t want to worry you.” He says softly, answering your question.

“What a silly thing to hide from me you stupid man.” You chuckle and place a kiss on his lips. “What helps your hands the most, hm?”

His lips chase after yours before he lets out a huff. “Heat. Ironic giving the cryo vision.” “Mmm what kind of heat?” You ask with a low voice, your lips still hovering near his, him taking a deep breath between his teeth.

“That kind works perfectly” He bent down and captured your lips again, his arms wrapping around your waist, he went to pull you off the counter, but stopped when you broke the kiss, placing your hand on his chest.

“Absolutely not. Your hands hurt. Let me take care of you this morning.” You chuckle and hop off the counter, grabbing the collar of his shirt, tugging him out of the bathroom and towards the bed, and of course, he follows without hesitation.

“Of course~”

➢ 香雪酒.

—✦ pairings. yingxing/blade x reader —✦ summary. the last memory you have of your beloved blacksmith. —✦ things to note. header by tuofu 、title translated to “fragrant snow wine” 、fluff to angst、yx x reader -> short blade x reader、reader is a vidyadhara so typical long life species things happen 、implied that reader remembers their past lives 、references to ‘maybe next time’、 proofread ✔️ —✦ extra. send in a request! —✦ notes. little thought i had that turned into a fully fleshed fic! of course its a little angsty at the end, because what are my fics when they dont end up a little sad? the wine names and knowledge may be inaccurate so i apologize for that 😖😖

 .

“(name)?” you turn to see a familiar blacksmith walk up to you. “sorry, did you wait long?” yingxing sheepishly asks, setting down the wine bottle. the two of you had met up for a small ‘end of the year’ gathering. as per usual, yingxing was late.

“fifteen minutes, yingxing,” you comment and the white haired man sighs.

“listen, i got held up at my workshop. forgive me this time, please?” yingxing sat down across from you, pouring himself a glass of wine. this time, he brought huangjiu. it’s a little more bitter and sour than the usual baijiu, or xiang xue jiu he brings, but it has a sweet aftertaste. and free wine is free wine, so who were you to complain?

you laugh at his excuses, taking the bottle from him and pouring yourself a glass. “aren’t you always held up at work? as you’ve said before there’s always something to do.”

yingxing frowned at your words, standing up from his chair (which you assume is because he wants a better look of the city down below). “come on, it’s just the two of us, and you could’ve came early. so i don’t think punctuality should count.” he walks over to you, looking down at the natives that are setting up the new years fireworks.

“punctuality is respectful, and it’s almost twelve. if you left me here for ten more minutes i would’ve left.” ignoring his words, you put your hands together and mumble a few words before chugging down the wine. it’s more sour and bitter, but it has a sweeter aftertaste. you glance down at the townspeople setting up, savoring the view while you’re at it. “the view’s nice,” you mention, “why didn’t you invite the others here? we could’ve had a more eventful evening.”

you look at the blacksmith curiously. it’s not usually like him to invite people out one-on-one. normally when he invites you out, it’s usually with a couple more people. like dan feng or baiheng as an example. your little gathering wasn’t that different from your hangouts though. the only difference would be that it’s just you and yingxing.

you can see yingxing’s hesitation to your question, which makes the outing all the more interesting. why would he invite you to have a new years drink? yingxing fidgets with his hands before answering you, “the.. uhm, view is nicer than other places i’ve found.” he glanced at the townspeople; they were almost finished setting up the fireworks. which meant it was a matter of time before it hit twelve. yingxing then turned back to you. “don’t go telling the others about this place, alright? i’d prefer if you kept this place just between the two of us.”

you raise an eyebrow at his excuse. “that’s all?” you say, resting your chin on your palm. “you’re sure there’s nothing else?” you see yingxing slightly flush at your words, so you note that yingxing was being particularly flustered about this.

“…positive,” yingxing replied, short and straightforward and just a hint of embarrassment. “listen can we just move past this and talk about something else?” he huffs and glances back at you to see your cheeky grin.

that definitely kept him quiet.

the blacksmith sighed and turned away from you (in hopes you didnt see how flushed his face was). gazing down at the town once again, he could see everyone getting ready for the countdown. it’s almost time, then, he thought to himself. yingxing then turned back to you. “(name)! whats your opinion on the huangjiu? i thought i’d try something a little different tonight,” he asked with a determined smile. the blacksmith acted as if he took hours picking and choosing wine that would suit your taste.

you smiled at his attempts at conversation. it was pretty adorable if you thought of it. he reminded you of a child who was looking for their teacher’s validation on an assignment. you laughed at the thought before answering his question.

“it’s more bitter than i’m used to. definitely a transition from the usual sweet wines you bring,” you answer simply and yingxing nods at your response.

“you do like it then?” he queries, “or would you prefer if i just brought what i usually bring?” yingxing adds, looking at you intently.

you bring the cup to your mouth, taking another sip and you savor the taste of the wine this time. “if im being completely honest, i don’t mind what you bring, just as long as we enjoy the night,” you finally answer, setting down your cup and smiling.

“ah but that doesn’t really answer my—“

“but if you must know i do prefer the xiang xue jiu,” you swiftly add, which makes the blacksmith laugh a little.

“noted. i’ll keep that in mind next time,” he grinned, looking at the town one final time. you notice this and also take a glance.

“already loading up the fireworks, huh?” you can see the town getting more crowded as more people gather around to look at the fireworks. you look back at yingxing, smirking. “you know what that means, right?”

the man sighed and shifted his weight to one side. “the years nearly over,” yingxing poured himself another cup, downing it all in one go. then, the two of you start hearing people chant;

“five!”

you both look down at the town, seeing a crowd holding lanterns, sparklers, anything that can produce light. you smile at the sight, looking back at yingxing to see his reaction. the blacksmith has a slightly troubled expression on his face, ghosting his fingers on the rim of his cup— you figured out it was something he did every time he was nervous.

“four!”

you think of reasons to why he’d be troubled.

“three!”

new year troubles, you ponder. it’s possible yingxing’s anxious of what’s to come with the new year ahead of him. but then you think a little deeper.

“two!”

it’s not like yingxing to be nervous, is it? he’s usually so confident and bold, it’s almost laughable seeing him so nervous and bothered. you quietly laugh to yourself at the thought.

“one!”

a small smile made it’s way onto yingxing’s face when he saw you laugh. though it disappeared quick when the fireworks boomed and the “happy new year!” from the town below. you both gaze at the fireworks, simply admiring the sight.

you glanced at yingxing and he glanced back. giving him a subtle smile, you say, “happy new yea—“

though your words were abruptly interrupted by yingxing pressing a short, chaste kiss to your cheek, followed by a mumbled, “happy new year.” yingxing steps back, looking a bit sheepish. then a thought pops into your mind.

was this what he was worried about earlier? you laugh quietly at the thought, a subtle blush creeping up your cheeks.

“yingxing,” you began, chin resting in the middle of your palm as you gazed at him with the cheeky grin he had grown to love. “was there something more to this small gathering?”

how long ago was that? you’re not sure. you only know that it’s been too long since your last meeting with him.

since the last time you saw him.

it was quite infuriating, honestly. the moment you come back from your trip abroad, the only thing waiting for you was a letter. confused and distressed, you consulted jing yuan.

though the answers he gave you weren’t at all satisfactory.

more years pass by and you’ve started fresh. new life, new name, new everything. but the memories with yingxing and the quintet still remained. you knew you should’ve forgot about him when you had the chance. like how jing yuan managed to get over everything.

but you couldn’t forget. every time you walk by a familiar street, you always remember the days when the quintet was still active. especially that damned blacksmith.

you knew you should’ve forgotten about all of this years ago. it was the only way for you to peacefully move on. instead of doing that, however, you watch your old companions lead the lives of their choosing.

it wasn’t long before you spot a familiar looking swordsman on the news.

 .

Haven’t I given enough? ( Yes , now rest) ( Dan Heng x reader)

Havent I Given Enough? ( Yes , Now Rest) ( Dan Heng X Reader)

It sucks , how you always run around , and help people . And once you’ve done the work, they think that have the right to push you around to becoming their personal servant . An

That was only Belabog , the Lufou was worse .

Well, not for you . Dan Heng had it way worse than you . He was forced to get off the train to help his friends only to be attacked and unwillingly revealed his past .

Also the astral express plus the dozing general fought Phantilya ! That’s a very hard task to complete!

Mean while you just ran around helping people , enduring their insults , and getting tired , that was nothing compared to them !

Geez… how useless are you?…..

However , as time flies by , the memories you buried at the back of your head , came back . The memories of flesh and blood being torn from you just to save other people .

The memories of what used to be friends turned into betrayal . What used to be just a potion , was a curio that was destined to burn scars into your flesh . Now , you can’t view anything the same as before . Everything had a dark side and now you’re wary of everyone .

March coming into your room unannounced? Sword to her throat .

Caelus being loud? An outburst for him to be quiet .

Welt attempting to soothe your nerves? A suspicious move that may be trying to lead you to your death .

Himeko brewing coffee for you? A poison that’s trying to end your life .

Just how stupid are you? You try to calm your nerves, saying that their friends , but the mind can forget , the body and subconscious can’t however . Soon your in the archives sulking in a corner despising yourself for how utterly rude you’re being with Dan Heng warily looking at you from his spot .

(He’s the only one you haven’t lashed out on yet)

You don’t blame him for being suspicious of you . You refuse to show any skin , any past , or anything about you now . You snap at people and almost insult them .

( You wish you weren’t alive so you wouldn’t hurt people like this)

You pick at your fingers as you feel his stare boring into your soul and hear his thoughts about how disgusting you are. It’s honestly deserved .

Soon , you move to another corner where he can’t see you and start to cry silently. You hate yourself for being so rude .

( But haven’t you given enough?)

( You’ve went around helping people while they insult you . You blindly trusted your friends only for them to betray you and leave you as they escaped . You swallowed a so called medicine when in reality it was a curio that almost killed you and made you experience excruciating pain for months)

( So tell me , haven’t you given enough?)

You thought that was just a voice in your head but in reality, Dan Heng was right next to you crouching down and holding your head , gently wiping away your tears.

“ Wait what?…” You stare at him in shock as you try to come up with a reasonable response why he knows all of this .

He looks at you for a few seconds and then gathers you into his arms while revealing his true form to you . A cool , teal tail gently wrapped around your waist and rubbed against you .

“ I did some researching , there was a legend about a person , who faced great obstacles. Both mentally and physically. Friends betraying them , flesh being torn out of their own will to save others .

There’s a lot . There’s even one where a potion was supposed to help them but it was actually a curio . Basically they were used as a meat shield and testing subject “ He caresses your cheek .

“ If my theory is correct , based off the reactions you give and the reactions in the legend . Is it safe to assume you’re the person who is mentioned in the story?”

You freeze , then all the memories come rushing back , the faces that were so blurry became refined in detail .

But with memory of friends , comes the memory of pain.

You break down sobbing as you remember everything single thing that happened to you . You’d expect Dan Heng to stay still but he doesn’t .He coddles you and keeps you warm , gently draping a blanket over you .

“ So I was right….” He murmurs to himself .

You start to tire as your exhaustion hits you like a truck . Dan Heng notices this and just rocks you to sleep as you drift off .

You struggle to stay awake but he just continues to coddle you and just says . “ Rest, you’ve given enough “

Once the reassurance is given that he wouldn’t hold it against you for sleeping , you close your eyes and fall asleep .

Soon , neon blue eyes are glowing and a dark promise is given .

“ I won’t let you suffer again .”
