Like Lady Gisila had a neverseen docter do all the checkups on the babies and only told Keefe's dad she was having one kid, and when she gave birth, Keefes dad just wasnt there immediately and she handed off the other baby to the neverseen docter or member to take somewhere else; so she'd raise one kid in the elven cities and the other in the human world in Neverseen hideouts and thats how keefe never figured it out.
