Tanjiro loves bringing Milo flowers every day

If one of them have been on a long mission, they’ll spend an entire day off just to be with each other

Tanjiro often refers to Milo as “angel”

The only way Milo can (properly) fall asleep is if she’s with Tanjiro

Milo is very clingy so when she and Tanjiro have missions together or if they’re just hanging out, she clings to him like a koala bear

Sometimes, when cuddling, they have tickle fights

Milo always gets very shy when she wants something, like if she wants to cuddle with Tanjiro she gets very shy

Tanjiro loves helping Milo do things, such as, getting things from high places

No matter if they seem separated, the other is always close by

They always hold each other’s hand no matter the situation

When Milo found out her aunt had become a demon, despite being mistreated by her, she was heartbroken, Tanjiro was the only one who truly understood how she felt

(for kimetsu academy) Milo often comes to help at the Kamado family’s bakery

When Zenitsu and Inosuke are around, Milo usually hides behind Tanjiro since they make her wildly (no pun intended) nervous

If someone is even the slightest bit rude to Milo, they better run (they got a protective aunt Aika and boyfriend after them)

Tanjiro loves to make Milo laugh, her laugh and smile are so beautiful to him

If Milo is tired and they’re still going to the mission location, Tanjiro lets her get on his back and he puts Nezuko’s box on his front

If they have to set up camp for the night, they take turns keeping watch, Tanjiro always lets Milo sleep first despite her rejections

Milo never received much affection from her parents (her parents do love and care about her, they just aren’t very affectionate people) so Tanjiro always makes sure to provide her with lots of affection

Both Milo and Tanjiro often have nightmares (Milo’s are of when her friend and her family were killed by a demon and Tanjiro’s are when his family was killed) so they spend a lot of time comforting each other whenever they have nightmares

Whenever they have their (very rare) arguments, they don’t ever let them get drawn out, they always apologize immediately

Inosuke reminds Milo of her uncle, aggressive and violent, so she sometimes has small panic attacks if he’s around and Tanjiro always helps her through them

I got a new idea for a story and well I want to post the Prologue to see if people are interested.

If it's a success I will write again, if not, I'm back to Infinity Hiatus.

Crows continuously flew overhead, announcing the deaths of various slayers.

Tanjiro fought until the very end, then a crow announced something he never expected.

“Muichiro Tokito, Milo Suzuki, Genya Shinazugawa, and Maki Kizukai have been killed by upper moon 1.” A crow announced as it soared above the battle.

Tanjiro froze in place at the news. “No…” He whispered, tears filling his eyes.

He growled angrily, grief overtaking his body. “NOOO!!!!” Tanjjro yelled, instantly killing the demon before him, Muzan. (inaccurate but idc lol)

Tanjiro and Kanao walked up to Milo’s, Muichiro’s, Maki’s, and Genya’s graves, honoring each of them.

Kanao looked over, noticing Tanjiro’s solemn expression.

“Just whenever she finally started to get comfortable with her emotions…” Tanjiro muttered, his eyes filling with tears.

Kanao nodded, hugging her husband.

“It’s ok, love. I know you miss her, I do too. But hey, at least she’s safe now, with Muichiro.”

Tanjiro smiles softly. “She always referred to him as her surrogate brother.”

He finally works up the courage to put down the flower crown of cherry blossoms that his and Kanao’s children had created in honor of Milo.

The couple walked home, more at peace than when they arrived.

Milo’s spirit walked out from behind a tree, smiling sadly, her blue eyes sparkling with tears.

She watched as Tanjiro and Kanao walked off in the direction of their home.

“Bye Tanji..” She whispered.

“I’ll continue missing you for all eternity..”
