Finally finished this beast up! This is for the awesome Christopher for winning my 5K followers contest over on Instagram. It evolved from a simple bust into an insanely fun steampunk/ Star Wars/ Firefly/ inspired family portrait!

Challenge 61: QDC ‘Future’ Collaboration: STYLTRON3000

I was lucky enough to get paired up on this challenge with my friend/ crazy talented illustrator, Sayada Ramdial.  Since our theme was ‘future’ we both came to the conclusion that it’d be fun to focus on the future of hair! And to give it a twist, Sayada came up with the idea of a 'Stylebot’ ( evolves into STYLTRON3000 with the use of a moon stone ) that operated like hair styling apps you can download, except this one could actually change your hair for you. In the spirit of the app we decided to make it a gif, cycling through different hair styles!

Work wise: The initial sketch was done by Sayada, it was passed off to me for inks, then back to Sayada for colors, and then back to me for final edits. We were also responsible for 2 unique hairstyles each.

‘I will CRUSH YOU!!!’

My full illustration for Light Grey Art Lab’s show, ‘BOSS RUSH!’ Was almost a no brainer that I’d choose to draw the infamous M.Bison from Street Fighter Alpha 3 (but let’s be real, any chance I get to sneak my girl Cammy into a piece I’ll take it!)!

The show is currently up and running until early - mid April, so definitely stop on by if you’re local!

Heyo!!! If you follow me on Facebook/ Twitter/ or Instagram you know that during the month of February I participated in Sketchuary (an event similar to inktober, that encourages you to draw/ sketch daily). This year instead of random prompts I decided to focus specifically on Sailor Moon Villainesses. I had  A LOT of fun (especially since I hadn’t drawn some of these ladies in quite some time) and was also beyond thrilled that everyone else seemed to enjoy it as well :D

So, since I got some requests I compiled all 28 sketches (plus a bonus one) into an adorable 6x6 book. It’s now up for Pre-Order, and I have 2 options available so make sure to check them both out! 💗
