Figured this would be the place to let my geeky, fangirling, lady loving, feminist self put things that are important to me and, hopefully, others.

I can't help myself. I have to share. More Star Trek people today, plus Catherine Tate (who grabbed my badge and signed it bc the sutograph I got was for my sister and she though that was so sweet), and 3 of the 4 Hobbits (Frodo, Merry, and Pippin). Didn't get photos with all of them bc money, but they were all so nice and wonderful to talk to.
Most especially though was Michelle Hurd. I was so nervous and excited to meet her that I was literally shaking and she was never impatient as I rambled about how much I appreciate her work, on screen, yes (playing queer multiple times even when it could have been detrimental to her career) but also for all she did during the writers' strike and for all she does for women of color, women in general, the queer community, and combating the lies that orange cheeto guy and his cronies spread. She is an amazing woman and one of the kindest I have ever met at a con.

So I did a thing... I sat with the idea for at least six months and it's taken me two to write the thing, so I'm happy to be able to put it out into the world now.
Mental illness is so weird. Something that made me ecstatic and so fucking happy a week ago now leaves an ache in my chest, a soul deep, bittersweet ache, that threatens to bring me to tears.
Being the nerdy lesbian I am, this post is a fandom post. Lol. Doesn't make it less real, though.
That Imodna kiss got me deep, deep in my feels.

****Minor spoilers for C3 Episode 65****
Y'all... if Laura ever says Imogen wasn't in love with Laudna from the beginning of the campaign, she's a big, fat liar. This still is from EPISODE 4. Bertrand had died, they are all saying their good-byes to him right here. When Imogen was done she went to stand by Laudna who wrapped her up in a big hug. That smile on Laura's face is immediately after Marisha says that Laudna hugs Imogen.
As a disaster lesbian myself, I know exactly what happens when your long term crush shows you affection and this is it. This is exactly it.
Dis bitch has been planning that kiss from the beginning and I will not believe otherwise.

Don't know if any of you out there are Star Trek fans, but I got to meet several of them today and it was amazing!
