My King and Payt have eggs that will hatch in a week or two, how would the bitties react to this news? and be allowed to be the grandma/grandpa of the eggs?

You seem to be asking mostly for the bitties that you have with you and it’s a very specific situation so I’ll make this one specifically for you!

Teeth: Absolutely ecstatic for the two of them, will learn a lot from Payt about being a parent because Payt is a lamia version of him, will probably cry if offered the position as Grandfather to the baby bitties, no matter how young he actually might be.

Toriel: Thrilled for the two of them and will exchange parenting tips with them if they are up to it, absolutely floored at being offered a position as grandmother for the eggs, will accept with the biggest smile and will be eager to be around to help the little ones grow.

Mumcher: With you mentioning before how Payt is like her oldest adopted child she will absolutely be around every corner waiting to give advice and affection for her loved ones, will frequently feed the two of them with Teeth and Toriel to keep their magic high to feed to the babies, will accept the title of grandmother with honor and her biggest smile. 

That’s good news on some levels, I’m glad he’s eating and Spike is there for him, I am so sorry you and them had to go through that, I also understand that some messed up people are in this fandom but how dare they take advantage of your blog!

I just read your post and absolute fear shot through me, my friend Saiyuri from Tails-And-Scales adopts out Dream Lamias herself and I myself am very close to the Dreams I adopt out, is he going to be okay? I won't ask for the details but he'll be alright right? Are you okay?

So far, the little guy is alright.

He was beaten up pretty badly and was gagged and bound when I found him, but we’ve gotten him cleaned up and the worst of the bruises tended to. He seems to be entirely non-verbal, though whether from physical harm or trauma is to be determined, and he’s easily spooked as well as being severely touch averse, which is to be expected.

The good thing is that he’s been eating well, and he doesn’t mind being around others so long as no one tries to touch him. Spike seems to have taken a shine to him, oddly enough, and they’ve been sitting together in the medbay for the last while sharing jelly beans.

As for me…

I won’t say I wasn’t expecting someone to try something like this, there’s sickos and twisted f*cks in this fandom, but I will say it rattled me a bit. I’m just glad that I was the one that found him and not any of the others. Ed probably would have had a fit.

I was planning on making these mobile backgrounds simpler but I got distracted (which is a very normal thing) and I ended up spending more time on them than intended. XD (the dreamswap bros one, at least, the Blueberry one was easier)

How do your bitties handle courting or being courted?

Here’s courting from Nightmares, Killers, Murders and Toriels from past posts, but I will go into everyone and if you want a deeper analysis then just ask! <3 

Nightmare: (Courting) As stated in the above link they like keeping it a quiet and private affair between them and the one they’re interested in until the very last stage where they use almost all their magic to make something from dreams become reality. (Being Courted) If the one he courts wants to make it a public affair with their half he will allow them to do so, though he’ll be flustered when presented gifts or he has to witness a public display outside of dreams, more confident in showing affection and loving words in dreams than outside of them. 

Dream: (Courting) They like making it a public affair, absolutely hyped about courting someone and them being receptive to their love, probably looks like a lovesick sap most of the time (Being Courted) Also urges to make the process public, unashamed of his receptiveness to their own ways of courting, accepts them wholly for themselves and their own customs, even if they’re weird. 

Killer: As stated in their link, unless they are Reformed Killers and even then they just don’t really do romance, the most they’ll do is bring the organs or dust of their loved one’s enemies and either are accepted and immediately bond or not and move on, and that is the only way they might bond with anyone else as well, gaining the dust or organs of one of their enemies from the bitty that fancies them. 

Horror: (Courting) It doesn’t have to be spoken out loud to be obvious, he’ll hang around the one he likes much more than the others and also bring plenty of food for them to an almost absurd degree. (Being Courted) Also very obvious as the one courting him must bring him food among their own customs if they want to be proper about courting them. 

Teeth: (Courting) Very loud about his affection and will be constantly holding their loved one in one way or another, from holding hands to physically carrying them if they give him the okay or are bitty sized. (Being Courted) Much shier but equally as vocal in his acceptance of the other’s attempts to woo him and court him, very frequently looking lovesick for the one that loves him back. 

Murder: (Courting) A stated in his link he is very obvious as the moment he knows he wants to mate with them he tells them and moves their things to his nest/home, stays around them constantly, those that court him need to be aware of the more than slight clinginess of a Murder that tries to push boundaries so they both know if they can handle him. (Being Courted) A very flustered boy who will try to keep the courting quiet in case the other bitty changes their mind and  ducks out, though if they started courting him they should have been aiming for the long run.

Toriel: (Courting) Very passive aggressive at the whole thing that everyone would notice her favoritism of the other bitty as she tries to make friends with their friends, giving the best slices of pie and sowing in unnoticeable hearts in their clothes that need stitching but still keeps the needed distance (Being Courted) Does not shy away from the courting, very flattered that she would be wanted in such a way, goes along with every courting ritual even if it might be silly, she takes them seriously unless goofy was the intended effect.

Raggedy: (Courting) Much more aggressive and honest about her courting, very in your face about it as she isn’t one to be quiet about it. (Being Courted) Will take it however they want, will still mention it out loud to anyone who will listen as she wants to let the world that she’s being courted by someone she loves very much, may get flustered at very intimate displays. 

Queenies: (Courting) Very open and honest about it as she will be like a lovesick puppy for them, only the sweetest and prettiest flowers with the sweetest and sappiest love messages for them, loves physical affection but will wait until their loved one gives it. (Being Courted) Easily flustered she is very prideful of whatever her future mate does for her, will make the courting public if possible, still very much a lovesick puppy. 

Empress: (Courting) Only the finest things for her future mate, there is no one in the family that doesn’t know with the construction of a throne next to hers to share forever with, loves to spoil the one she will mate with in the future. (Being Courted) Very strange as an Empress is usually never courted, but if she is she wants it to be equally as public and wants them to treat her like the Empress she is, will appreciate that very much. 

Mumcher: (Courting) There isn’t much of a difference in how she treats her romantic charge compared to her other ones, except she will then exclusively sleep beside them and give kisses, there’s not much of a difference. (Being Courted) Will do anything they want to do, absolutely obsessed with the one that wants to court her and will commit everything they do for her to memory to remember forever, even if they fail she’ll love it as they tried to do something for her and she appreciates it very much
