I feel awful, emotionally and physically, I feel very sick and I'm having an awful time. I think my blood pressure just plummeted or something, I feel dizzy, nauseous, weak, my limbs were tingling and I was suddenly feeling out of breath. And now I feel extremely exhausted, still dizzy here and there and still feeling sick...

And I really don't feel like the people I considered close care all that much at all, they're just extremely dismissive of what I'm experiencing. Even though I keep telling them I struggle with feeling awful in multiple ways, day after day.

I really wish people would stop being weird with me and put some actual effort in having a normal conversation, actually trying to say what they mean and consider me as a person in their actions.
