Mob!Yelena x wife where she surprises Yelena with adopting Fanny after Yelena mentions that she worries about her wife being alone when she can’t protect her.

Yelena never wanted to push you into decisions that made you uncomfortable. She wanted to keep you safe but not at the expense of your freedom. When you first told her that you weren't comfortable with her bodyguards following you around, she stopped them. She didn't exactly like it, but she did. For your sake.

Getting Fanny was your idea, so she didn't question it. You took the lead on making sure she was trained. You wanted to show Yelena that you knew how to keep yourself safe. Not that she doubted, but you understood why she worried.

You sat Yelena down on the sofa, telling her not to say anything just yet. Fanny finally returned from the training school, and you were excited to show Yelena all that she could do to give her some peace of mind.

You put a giant stuffed animal on one end of the living room and stood next to Fanny on the other.

"сидеть (sit)." Fanny followed you order, and you gave her one treat. "сторожить (guard)." She moved to stand in front of you. Her snout was in the air, and her tail was pointed straight out. "Fanny, атака (attack)."

Yelena jumped out of her skin when Fanny darted across the room and jumped on the stuff animal. It didn't take long for stuffing to start flying in the air, but you whistled to stop her from doing too much damage. She instantly stopped at your whistle and sat next to the remains of the stuffed animal.

"Well," Yelena laughed in almost disbelief. "I guess that settles that, huh?"

Natasha and you had been dating for almost half a year now, and those months had been the best of your entire life. She was everything you could have asked for and more- she was understanding, loving, and just so kind.

But there was one small issue. You hadn’t really… opened up about your regression yet. She wouldn’t ever judge you for it, you were sure. That said, you were absolutely terrified that she’d see you differently.

You sat in your room- you had decided on separate rooms so you both had your own space- flipping through a book. You had ended up regressing the night before after Natasha fell asleep, and you still had some pacifiers laying around. But Natasha rarely ever came into your room, so it shouldn’t be a problem- right?

You jumped when Natasha bursted into your room with a large grin, which slowly died down when she say the little gear laying on your nightstand. You swallowed back tears- you were completely and utterly humiliated.

“Hey, hey. Come here. I’m never going to judge you, never.” Natasha reassured as she scooped you in her arms and gave you a firm kiss to your forehead. “I love you for you. Little or not, baby.”

You sniffled for a moment before replying, “Thank you. I love you, Nat.”

“And I love you, little duckling.”
