Aliens vs Human Instincts

Ahem. For the consideration of the Humans are Space Orcs/Oddities/Deathworlders/Australians I present: wound licking instinct.

Humans, and most mammals, are hardwired to lick their bleeding wounds because our saliva contains tissue factor - which helps clot blood - and the enzyme lysozyme (also found in tears) which helps prevent infection.

However, human saliva also contains a horrifying amount of dangerous bacteria, so it's anyone's guess whether they're going to prevent or cause an infection when they start licking up their own blood. Human saliva coated wounds have caused infections bad enough to cause amputations and deaths, historically speaking.

Now imagine you're an alien whose species does not have the wound licking instinct.

You're already scared out of your mind because you've run your limit and the human is still following you. You hit it with something sharp. It staggers, it's hand bleeds.

It reaches up and licks the blood off its hand. It consumes itself with bared teeth. It hasn't taken its eyes off you as it does this.

In the ensuing scuffle it bites you. Somehow you manage to escape. But the wound aches and burns and the infection nearly costs you your arm.

You see the human again later that day. It waves. There is no sign of death in its hand.

FUCk, now thinking about alien kings with human advisors. Like, the human is seen as this mystical, strange creature (who really was just doing some research on the planet and got roped into the political drama) and now they stand stoically behind their bizarre, cosmically horrifying monarch, surveying the parade of potential suitors, land grabbers, and visiting monarchs.

Imagine it! Just a human made up in the regalia of the alien court, whispering in the ear of an eldritch king, eyeing you from across the hall.

JinChul beloved

Istg i will write this fic myself- With all honesty, i really like the thought of Woo Jin-chul working to the point of beyond exhaustion, being in his headspace while working and not noticing the time AT ALL.

Like you know those times where you are doing something and really focused on them you didnt realise it has been hours?

But in Jin-Chul case, this might be unrealistic but he's been working for 𝘥𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘥. His substance are powered by coffee. Gallons of them at this point probably.

Promtly then snapping out of trance as he realise his body weaken. Like, tired kind of weak where youre muscles feels like jelly and stuff.

then Go Gunhee came into the office after another worker decided its probably a good idea to let the Chairman knows of his right hand man's situation.

I'm sure Gunhee is a busy man but he could always spare some time to do something else. And SOOOOO.

Gunhee took matters into HIS own hands. That being carrying the half-conscious Jin-Chul and manhadles him into bed in Jinchul's apartment.

And man does it look 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘤. Its clean and all but the food- Fridge is empty asf and even cupboards!

Gunhee is aware about Jin-Chul staying in his office often and stays there at most time, though it never till the point he worked into passing out. Jin-Chul ate yes but only a good few bites before he stores them back into the office's fridge and going back to work.

So, Gunhee personaly, 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘺 takes care of Jin-Chul. Like ordering food and suplements. Most food are not to heavy for the stomach too due to Gunhee worrying it'll do Jin-Chul no good at all.

Though after a good meal and chat with Gunhee, Jin-chul fell asleep for 𝙛𝙪𝙘𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨.

Lets say four or three. Just sleeping there with occasional and really short time of him waking up to take a drink or bathroom break. Before plopping into bed knowing the chairman visit him in the evenings making sure of things are okay and dandy.

that said, Gunhee worries for the young man's health. Sleeping for days? Isnt that an anomaly by now? Though the healer says everything fine other then immense amount of fatigue and the lack of nutrients.

In the end things turns out fine, JinChul and Gunhee had a talk about the situation. Jinchul assures its fine and he'll try to take care of himself better.

Which spoiler alert, it happened again. Few times each year.

So Gunhee isnt suprised when someone calls him in for help.

Im gonna write this istg i will. The plot gon be where someone ask for Gunhee's help.

Cause JinChul beloved just passes out and they are all confused on what tf to do with it.

An Opinion About Megatron

So, lemme just start by addressing this one song called 'I'm Gonna Win' - by Rob Cantor. Desc below will be long so yeah :D If you want the summarise go to the very end.

I've been listening to this song multiple times actually, and eventually i slowly to really soak the lyrics and what it could possibly means. That and i've been into TF for a while now. Megatron became one of characters i liked, it came from someone explaining how tragic a Vehicon's life is, from then on i start to dig out some things about Decepticons. And its very interesting in my opinion. Especially the cause of their risings and why they did this even though they have strayed far from the original reason in the long run. Their reasons are from what i found and summarise is: to eliminate the unfair system of Cybertron, ultimately to put an end to it and to achieve change. This came because Megatron is treated unfairly as a miner-slave right? He was an expandable Miner before he became a gladiator. He saw the corruption within Cybertron's Leaders [𝘐 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘸𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘴 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘶𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘳𝘶𝘯 𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘵.] And he wants [𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘥 𝘰𝘳 𝘸𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘥, 𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘺 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵: 𝘠𝘦𝘢𝘩 𝘯𝘰, 𝘪𝘧 𝘯𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘢𝘪𝘯'𝘵 𝘱𝘶𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘵, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘪'𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰 𝘪𝘵 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧] to change the systems because he's there, he lives in it, and he doesn't like how unfair it is. Thats why he brings up the whole revolution thing, theres a line from Megatron that says: "The name was meant to demonize us. Instead, we wear it as a badge of honor for if speaking the truth is deception then we are gladly guilty." I think it meant to address how Megatron started this whole thing for the good of the lower caste and how many doesn't agree to it. Tbh, TFP Megatron is a whole goof in this. There is a lot more i wanted to say but the post will be too long and its getting late for me.

I'm very new to the fandom, just been here for a few months and read a lot of in-lore fics- thats where my knowledge about TF builds up because theres actually really great authors with deep knowledge about TF's lores and character's background. What i really wanted to say is the song above suits well with Megatron, just my opinion. Theres a lot phrases that i think will describe Megs's life journey and his a chunk of his motive.
