His team don't know what's going on but they enjoy this side of Kenma while they have the chance

The tips of his ears start to turn pink, but he can't help nodding along when you wonder aloud if you should come to more of his games. A possessive side (that shocks him to the core) pops up at the idea of you wearing more of his clothes. For once, Kuroo's idea isn't a complete train wreck.

You might possibly kill Akaashi because you've raised Bokuto's ego so much, but Bokuto looks at you with so much love in his eyes that it's hard to regret your decision (though, serious apologies Akaashi)

Putting Takeomi in the same category of bad brother as Taiju is wild by the way. There's a difference between being strict as a father figure (which happened when he was ~10, by the way) and beating your siblings. He was misguided. Their mother left and their dad wasn't around much. And he still had a good relationship with Senju, she lives with him.

I refuse to believe Shinichiro Sano, a very caring big brother, would associate with someone who put his hands on his siblings.

They also were together in the Bonten timeline, Takeomi was brought in as a trusted advisor. Hakkai joined Black Dragon because he was scared of Taiju.

Sanzu literally slashed Takeomi's face open with a knife, that's what his scar is from. But there's NEVER any mention of Takeomi putting his hands on Sanzu or Senju. Takeomi still has that scar on his face at the end, in the best timeline, where Takeomi manages him and Senju. So after everything, that still happened.

(I'm not slandering Taiju here! He had good character development. I just think it's really weird that people decided strict brother who meant well is = brother who viciously beat his brother and sister)

"I should be saying that to you." He gives you an awards-winning smile and you try not to faint. "I love your curls."

You try to compose yourself as he leans in closer, your foreheads brushing against each other. You think- he's trying to break you. And lo and behold, his next words makes your heart skip a beat.

"I've certainly never seen such a beauty in all of the seas."

You can't handle it, your legs start to tremble, you're definitely going to fall over. You can feel yourself going...

Until, Ace wraps his arms around your waist to stop you

The crew watches the scene with a bit of amusement at the lovey-dovey scene

Luffy's not as impressed

"Ace! Let me show you around the ship." In the middle of you, pushing both of you apart (using a bit of his devil fruit to make sure that you guys stay far away from each others)

You pout, upset that your moment has been interrupted

Ace is equally disappointed

And Luffy is now filled with determination to make sure both of you never talk to each other again

"Hey, gorgeous, wanna night watch together? The stars are almost as beautiful as you."

"Oh, well-"

"She's going to be too busy!" Luffy pops in, out of nowhere. Not even remotely near you when the conversation was happening. Lying through his rubber skin because you have fucking nothing to do.

That's how all your interactions with Ace go on for the entirety of his stay

"Gorgeous, wanna walk around the island a bit?"

"That'd be great! I just need to-"

"Too bad that she's helping Sanji search for food!"

"What? No, I'll be fine. You can go with Ace if you want." Sanji doesn't want to be dragged into the weird love triangle with Luffy and his brother.

Luffy, in a shocking display, glares at Sanji and stretches to wrap his arms around you, pulling you into him. He nozzles into you, despite your gasp at the quick motion, "she'll be with me and Usopp, so she can't come with you." He sticks his tongue out at Ace as an extra measure, though his older brother only gives a playful smile.

The crew also has their own playful smiles

Luffy is experiencing jealousy so badly and him talking about his feelings is such a laugh

He tries to talk to you but he's horrible at talking about his feelings and also has such a soft spot for you that he's not match for it

"I didn't think that your brother was like that." You swoon. Luffy wonders if he's imaging hearts in your eyes. Why do you have those. Ace is cool but not that cool.

"I didn't think you would react like that." He huffs out, "I don't even know why you're talking to him this much, he likes you too much."

You laugh, thinking he's just being silly possessive like he is over the rest of the crew. "He's just being friendly. Nothing wrong with that."

"I think there's a lot wrong with that." He insists, a prominent pout on his face and arms crossed.

"Luffy, it's not a big deal."

"Yeah, well..." He trails off when you tilt up and place your hands on his cheeks.

"It's fine Luffy, don't worry." You smile up at him.

A strange feeling swarms in him. Is he hungry right now? All he knows is that he wants your smile aimed at him forever.

When Ace is about to leave, Luffy is practically dragging him away.

He loves his brother, he does, truly

Just doesn't like the chemistry that he has with you

"I'll miss you, beautiful." Ace offers you a charming smile and you bite your bottom lip, giving him a bashful look.

"O-oh, th-thank-"

"Okay, bye Ace, won't see you for a long time!"

He pushes Ace onto his boat, the crew watching in amusement and Ace laughing the entire time.

"Now you can spend more time with me again!" He wraps his arms around you, you giggle at him.

"Sure Luffy- and there's no need to be jealous- out of the two of you, you're my favourite!"

Oh, maybe you weren't that oblivious after all.

Luffy's smile widens when he hears that, hugging you tighter.

Reo throws himself into a new relationship, who cares that you're now involved with Nagi. You guys dated for a bit and now you're over, you're allowed to be with other people. Nagi is one of his closest friends and he's so happy that you two are together. He's engaged, with a woman that's going to help his company prosper and give him political power. He doesn't need you anymore- doesn't even think of you. Forget the fact that he keeps his eyes on you throughout the entirety of his wedding. The ring that was meant to be for you, rusting away in his pocket, but never thrown out.

Nagi takes too long to realise that this really happening. He can't play the fool forever, eventually reality starts to hit and it's an extremely painful revelation. He sees you with Reo and that's when it all comes crashing down. He loves his best friend, but seeing you two hand in hand makes his stomach turn. He loved you so much- how could he let you go? Let the best thing in his life just slip from his fingers? He should have fought for you, but he didn't. And now it's too late.

Rin throws himself into soccer. This is all he has now, he can't waste it. He aggravates his teammates, yells at fans, starts fights with referees because of how horribly violent he's become while playing. He gets injured, but he plays anyway. The pain doesn't matter. It's seeing you with Sae of all people that breaks him. His brother, prioritising something besides soccer and you looking so happy tears him apart. He can't do it anymore. He doesn't care if doing this much kills him. He can't handle all this pain.

Chigiri tries to take care of himself, but he's drowning in his sorrows. Nothing with him is the same. His clothes are a little ruffled, hairs are out of place, he's not the same person that he was before your breakup. You being with Kunigami makes him want to scream. You're with someone better then he'll ever be. If he was barely taking care of himself before, now he's nothing. He lost you, what's the point? His cynicism has been proven true.

Sae has frozen his heart. He's always been cruel but he doesn't bother to restrain it anymore. He doesn't need or want anyone's support, he's not going through anything. He's fine. You're with Shido now, and he doesn't hide his critique. It's pathetic, disgusting, relationships only hold you back from what's most important. They accept me completely' Shido says and he bites his tongue so hard that the coppery taste of blood fills his mouth. Somehow, the pain is comforting. He doesn't say more, but his head is flooded with want and desire. What could have been. It's fine. He can push it all away.

Ya know what I just realized, the flashback in ch241 takes place right after shinichiro comes back from the Philippines, meaning he was gone for a good amount of time. So even if he knew about Mikey’s issues and got him treatment for it, Mikey would have missed getting help in all that time he was gone (yes this is grandpa sano slander)

Hell yeah more old man slander! I generally think that Mikey could go all dark impulses im front of his granpa and the old man still wouldn't notice.

First off, let me say that I wholeheartedly choose to believe that Hanma has heterochromia. The only reason that the anime doesn't show it because they're cowards

Anyways,

Starting with the entirety of his life

Because the manga severely deprived us of a backstory, I'll never forgive you Wakui it is up to me to conjure up something that makes sense

I'm saying it with all the love in my heart, Hanma has such strong fatherless and motherless energy

It's probably from neglect, I don't think he was physically abused, I just think he didn't have a lot of love in his life

He probably got his tattoos when he was insanely young because his family just, like didn't care

Also, I don't remember where, but there's a headcanon saying that Hanma's dad is a police chief and I'm deeply obsessed with that idea and I think that it actually makes a lot of sense

Like his dad pushed him away even further because he didn't want his rep ruined because of his delinquent son

Also makes sense that Hanma wasn't caught when he was a fugitive (I don't believe that he could have run from the law for that long, I mean, have you seen this man??? This clown attracts attention everywhere he goes)

It would also add up if Hanma gets bored so easily because he's a rich kid and his life's so predictable. He wants something: he'll just get it. It's absolutely horrible

If I had to guess what his mom was, I would say she either left him when he was young or she was an actress/singer (I don't know why it feels like it would fit)

Hanma probably didn't have a lot of friends growing up (pretty sure that's canonical) and the reason that he's so strange and weird is because he had a wild imagination to occupy himself when he was growing up

Got into fights because he was very possessive as a kid (he probably didn't drop that trait when growing up, let's be honest), so when he saw some other kids try to play on the playground, he immediately went into fight mode

He was born really strong, so other kids kinda stopped messing with him and they treated him really well (where he got his dream of wanting to be treated like a king and having 100 servants)

He got bored so he moved on to seeking out fights, lo and behold

He got his Reaper title

Was of course really bored until some light came into life

I think he loved Kisaki so much because 1) Kisaki was nefarious and he couldn't really guess what he was going to do next and 2) he's literally never had a friend before in his entire life and Kisaki quickly became his best one

Maybe he would have gotten recruited in another gang

I think he would have gone on living in order to keep Kisaki's legacy going on like wearing some of his old clothes, wearing his glasses, stuff like that

I think Hanma would enjoy Mikey when he's good or bad because he pretty much subverts expectations

The darkness that lies underneath those blonde locks would appeal to Hanma soo much
