My boyfriend's new favorite hobby is looking over my shoulder while I'm working and dramatically reading Quaritch's dialogue in a micky mouse voice 😭

This is the same boyfriend who told me he wants spider to get eaten by a flying jellyfish in Avatar 3

I read the latest chapter of Weaving the Web and this line really stuck out to me:

"There was even a rumor that it was all just a ruse to put the boy back together enough just to break him all over again for information..."

What would happen if Spider overheard some RDA grunts talking about this rumor and he started to doubt Quaritch's intentions? Especially since he is struggling with paranoia as a side effect...

Spider would try to hide his growing suspicion of Quaritch, which would ultimately lead to another complete panic attack meltdown but with worse consequences. Spider would be more argumentative and try to trigger Quaritch's anger or catch him in a lie. But Quaritch is a good dad in this one...he won't give up on his boy. 🥹

I've got a good standoff in mind now...I'll tag you in the chapter I put it in! 🕸️🕸️🕸️

I wish we could've gotten more peaceful moments between these two in A2! By the end of the movie, they supposedly have built such a bond that Spider is willing to save Quaritch's life in spite of all the harm he caused. JamCam, you can't just have a big character moment like that and NOT show us the positive side of the relationship that led to it 😭

I love listening to music and made Rey’akina her own playlist I put on repeat all the time! Here’s a few that inspire me with certain characters and character relationships. The lovely leading lady has no words to her song but the vibe is her all the way! She doesn’t need words. 😚🩵

I don't normally write romance, but I did have this silly idea for a fanfic where Spider meets a human girl his age while he's in Quaritch's custody/captivity. She's the optimistic, inquisitive daughter of a bumbling old scientist and she's fascinated by prolemuris and wants to learn about them in their natural habitat. The girl immediately gets a big fat crush on Spider, but Spider's never had anyone interested in him like that, so he just thinks all human girls are this friendly. Spider shows her prolemuris in the wild and teaches her all about Pandora. The two develop a romance, but the girl is heart-broken because she's supposed to leave for Earth soon and she'll have to say goodbye to him forever. In the end, Spider convinces her to stay on Pandora and the two escape and live in the jungle happily ever after.

Also, she wears yellow and her name is Jane.

Omg ok so human reader is the child of some scientists or whatever that came back to Pandora to do research and when Spider escapes and reunites with the Sully family, reader is just tagging along like “hey I found another one”
