comforting Minecraft things I like to cheer myself up with

Hello yes here are some Good Things I love about Minecraft.

- the big big mushrooms you can make shelters out of

-lily pads to hop across

-the way birds dance with jukeboxes

-the sound of amethyst as you walk across it or place it

-the flower fields

-ghasts. Idk why but if they didn’t shoot fire at me I’d wanna befriend them.

-endermen according to MatPat’s theory—their little sounds and *vwoop*’s as they move around. Also how they carry around blocks!!

-iron golems protecting villagers to the bitter end

-the axolotls’ noises!!

-big jungle trees

-those little wells in the desert that let you know you’re not far from a village

-seeing sea turtles

-the way cats are slow to approach unless you’re still and calm and have fish.

-dogs doing the shake thingy after being in water

-bees being covered in pollen(this applies to real life especially)

-dolphins following your boat and jumping up out of the water

-lanterns. Maybe I’m a moth at heart but nothing hits like placing one in your base.

-emerging from a cave after a long journey without sun for a while. Nice to know you’re still in this world.

-the way end cities are built. The colors and the architecture is just soooo pleasing to look at.

-treasure hunting babeyyyy

-last but not least, the poem at the end (”and the universe said I love you”)

Let's talk about Ranboo for a minute! :D

I want to start by saying I love this guy, he's such a cool human being and I genuinely think he deserves every bit of fame he's gotten.

That being said, I can also relate to a bit of the fear and anxiety he has about his looks. And it's a giant step for him to do an eye reveal. I'm so fuckin proud of him.

But we can't get carried away. The people using his eye as a pfp--i feel like that's wrong. I don't have the words for it, but I just don't think it's something he wanted out of this?

Knowing eventually we will see his whole face is a good thing to look forward to--I mean c'mon, we've "known" this guy for a few years now and we barely know anything outside of what we've been told!

Some part of me worries that he feels pressured into it. That maybe we induced too much worry someone else would leak it first or find out what he looks like without his consent, so he ought to get it over with. Does anyone else share this line of thought or am I nuts?

I dunno. I'm excited to see what lies in store, but I wish the Internet wasn't such an uncomfortable place to be. :/

I'm super happy for him. To think that before 2019 I had no idea he existed and now I'm here watching with thousands, millions of others as he overcomes his fears is amazing.

Either way, happy Thanksgiving.
