Please, Kill Me.
Please, kill me.
Pairing: Dean x reader
Word Count: 864
Warnings: Feels, spoilers for season ten, cursing
Summary: Dean asks something of Y/N, something sheâs not sure she can do...
A/N: Hope you like it!

âY/n,â Dean called out to you, voice surprisingly steady, as if he was struggling to keep it that way.
âI have something to tell you,â he said when you had made your way to him, sitting down on a chair next to him.
âGo on,â you said with a small smile, your gentle voice softly urging him on. You had realised the severity of the situation because of the look in his green eyes. You had never seen him like this, and it took you a bit by surprise. He was frowning, and his whole face had a clouded expression of thoughtfulness, but his eyes were practically talking to you. They were full of despair, and full of something else, too; something you couldnât quite place, but it was there and the hurt it radiated was almost palpable.
You reached out and gently squeezed one of his hands, trying to reassure him.
Dean took a deep breath, closing his eyes as if composing himself. For a second, you were cut off from the torrent of emotions pouring out of his eyes, and this time when he opened them again, you were prepared.
âI...â He cleared his throat before continuing. âI want to tell you something. Itâs... something very important.â He took one last deep breath before finally saying what he had wanted to tell you from the start.
âIf... if anything happens to me; if I ever become the same murderous son of a bitch I was when I had the Mark... I... want you to do something for me,â he said, fixing you with a steady gaze. âIn the line of work weâre in, you know that itâs entirely possible for the same thing to happen to me again. I donât want that. I donât want you and Sam and Cas to see me go through all that again. Itâs not fair for you; itâs not fair for me; and most of all itâs not fair for the people I would mercilessly kill and their families.â Here, he paused to regain his bearings, and he tiredly rubbed his eyes with his free hand, the one you werenât holding.
You were almost unable to breathe. You had the slightest idea of what he wanted you to do for him, and you were hoping heâd say something else, something less serious.
âI want you to kill me,â he stated, and that six-word sentence seemed to be your whole world in that moment. Like a mantra, it played again and again in your head. You were clutching Deanâs hand so tightly that you felt the hunter tense.
âI... I canât... I could never do what youâre asking of me... Ask Sam...â you whispered, and he shook his head.
âYouâre the only one I trust to do this. I know Sam. Heâd never kill me, not if I begged him. You... you have to. For your own good. Please.â Dean was desperate now. He had been expecting a negative reaction, but he was determined to get his way.
When you expressed your disagreement again, he sighed, but didnât give up.
âPlease,â he repeated. âIt has to happen that way. Not only for you and Sam and Cas, but for myself too. I wonât ever be a normal person again; I canât take it anymore. So... if it ever comes to that... Kill me,â he said.
This time, you nodded. âOkay.â Your voice was small, hesitant, but it was all Dean had at the moment. And it was enough
âThank you,â he said, and you nodded.
âYeah... youâre welcome,â you whispered, smiling softly. You didnât really want to smile, but it was either that or bursting into tears, so you decided that the first option was better.
âThis means so frigginâ much to me, thanks,â he said, and you could only nod in reply.
You bit hard on your lower lip, and you felt a tear escape your eyes. Dean leaned forward and wiped it away with his thumb.
âHey... hey, Iâm sorry... but I had to say it. I needed to make sure that the world would be safe from me if anything happened again,â he said, and you leaned into his touch.
âYes... I know. But that wonât stop me from being upset over it,â you murmured.
âBut you will do it. If itâs the only option left, you will,â he said, almost as if trying to reassure himself.
âYes,â you whispered, feeling another tear trickle down your cheek.
Instead of replying, Dean leaned forward to press his lips against yours. At first, it wasnât much of a kiss; it was more of two pairs of lips touching each other. But then he opened his mouth, and you opened yours, and it was a heated tangle of tongues and limbs as you tried to come impossibly close to one another. When you pulled away, you were both breathing heavily and you had somehow straddled him in the passionate haze of the kiss.
âI said I will do it, but Dean, I donât want to. I never want to get the chance to.â
Again, he didnât reply. He just pulled you into another whirlwind of a kiss.

HAPPY SHERLOCK DAY!!!
As Long As Adventure Calls
Pairing: Tenth Doctor x reader
Word Count: 708
Summary: The Doctor is being unusually silent and the reader wonders whatâs bothering him. The answer is unexpected, and so are the results.
Warnings:
A/N: I hope you like it!~

The Doctor was silent today. Silence usually wasnât his forte, but today he was lost in the darkest recesses of his ever-whirring mind.
You hadnât disturbed him, but you were worried. He had never been so silent before, at least not for as long as youâd known him, which was about a year and a half now if your calculations were correct.
After approximately half a day, you just couldnât take the silence any more.
âWhatâs wrong?â you asked the Doctor, and he looked up, meeting your inquisitive gaze with his intense brown one. Even now, after so long, the weight of his gaze startled you. It was old, and full of memories and guilt and so many emotions that churned behind his always-calm façade if you knew where to look.
âThereâs nothing wrong,â he said, eyes sparkling with life and mouth tilting upwards in a smile.
You frowned, not believing him. âThere is something bothering you. I donât know what it is, but it is something, and it must be important for you to be that quiet and thoughtful all day long,â you said, and this time he didnât try to contradict you. You watched, heart breaking slowly, as the smile fell off his face to be replaced by tightly pursed lips, and his eyes lost their lively brightness. He looked tired, lost, defeated. For one moment, you caught a glimpse of exactly how old he was. Every year, every thought and memory and burden he had to carry was evident in the slight slump of his shoulders and the extinguished spark in his eyes.
His loss of control was momentary, a blink-and-youâll-miss-it moment. He was his normal, thoughtful, self just half a second later.
âIâll tell you whatâs wrong, Y/n,â he said with a sigh.
âYouâve been with me for so long -and donât get me wrong, I love it; I love every single second of it. Every exhilarating adventure weâve been through has brought me joy and all the seconds we spend together are some of the very best of my entire life. But⌠if there is one thing I know for certain itâs that every single good thing in life ends. Everyone leaves in the end, no matter how many times they say theyâre going to stay. I was wondering⌠when our time would be over,â he said, sadly looking at you.
You were speechless. Had he really been thinking of all that? And could he honestly think that after all those wonderful things you two had gone through, you would just leave him?
You shook your head. âDoctor, no⌠Donât think that way. I wonât leave. Our time isnât over; not yet. Iâll be here to go on adventures with you for as long as adventures will be there to go on. I promise. I could never leave you,â you say, looking at him with wide, honest, eyes and willing him to understand that you would never willingly give up on him.
He could see the honesty in your eyes. He really wanted to believe you, and in the end that side won.
âThank you,â he said truthfully. âThank you for not discarding my worries aside. You care about me the same way I care about you,â he said, taking a few steps closer to you and grasping your hand in his.
âDoctorâŚâ you muttered, and something in his eyes made you want to continue with your spree of truthfulness.
âYou canât care for me the same way I do for you, because⌠I love you. I love you so much,â you confessed. You didnât know how to feel about your confession. Part of you wanted to turn the clock backwards and take those words back but the larger, more insistent part of you told you to wait and see.
âYou do?â he asked incredulously, and you were surprised to see his eyes light up with a million sparks when you nodded. He grinned and leaned down to press his lips to yours in an eager kiss that made your heart melt in a puddle at your feet.
âThatâs a wonderful thing! Because I love you too! And also because we have an adventure waiting!â the Doctor said, his eyes gleaming eagerly.
âAllons-y!â
Iâd like to apologize to Tumblr on behalf of my fellow Sherlockians right now.
We might break your website tonight. Sorry not sorry.
Cheers, The Sherlock Fandom
Why donât you two just elope?
