Sometimes I Wish I Could Draw, To Get Some Ideas Across When The Words Are Missing Or Not There Yet To
sometimes I wish I could draw, to get some ideas across when the words are missing or not there yet to write scenes. I'm aware that having that skill is a product of a lot of practice, and I'm also aware that I'm sadly just not interested that much in drawing to sit down and do exactly that. But I still wish I just could. Aaaaah.

Eyes on me, Danny - 350-word drabble Rating: Mature but non-sexual Pairing: Something in between Louis & Daniel and Louis/Daniel. @vampirefest Kinktober prompt: Day 17 (Soft and Sweet)
Messaging people for the first time is so hard. What am I supposed to say? Like, "You seem really odd and your blog intrigues me. Do you want to have philosophical conversations or perhaps talk about fictional characters?" What! Whatever. I will just follow you back and stare at your blog with my big beautiful brown eyes.
"Daniel, it is very unrighteous of you that you restricted my access to the blender. First the microwave, now this. I do not understand why we have to quarrel about this, beloved. Do you not enjoy the juices and meals I create for you? I pour all my love into them. You need my love. But worry not - I found this mincer yesterday so I can- Beloved? Why are you so pale? Do not run away from me, Daniel! Daniel?!"

Sometimes I get hit with the realisation that most people around me do not deep dive into rabbit holes like spending 1 1/2 hours on Google Maps to research routes a fictional character could take - in an area, a country, a continent I've never been to. Decades before I was even born. Referencing a culture and slang I've never personally experienced. And then writing it down in that weird ESL mix of British English they teach in our German schools and American English which I got used to due to pop culture. Nobody speaks about how wild it can be to write fanfiction, haha. Like, I can't even talk to non-fanfic-obsessed people about it because they're like what did you do????? why????? or just that tense, "polite" silence when they obviously have no clue what to answer because the mere concept of fanfiction is so very foreign to them.
