"Rian Was Trying To Adapt Star Wars In Something More Marketable To Women And Younger Audiences And JJ
"Rian was trying to adapt Star Wars in something more marketable to women and younger audiences and JJ instead decided to market to the group of Star Wars fans that is either going to die of Red Bull overdose or old age in a few years." - My Dad

*thinking how it's time i move on from tros, i've thought about all its flaws long enough, there's nothing left for me to be upset about*
my brain:
Ben Solo marketing
They released the comics right before the premiere which made it clear that Ben Solo did not destroyed the Jedi Temple and did not kill any jedi student. He just wanted to get home. And that certain night when Luke tried to hurt his nephew, Luke Skywalker was indeed under the influence of Palpatine. All these canon materials were released to tell the audience this young man was abused every sense of the word in a brutal way..ever since he was born.
All of these meant to prepare the audience for the “ Redemption ” and Ben Solo’s happy life…
Before JJ Abrams and his crew changed and destroyed everything. 😡JJ Abrams and Chris T. changed, rewrote and undone everything has been set up by TFA//TLJ//other canin materials.
Thank you Adam Driver for playing Ben Solo in the Star Wars Sequel Trilogy (2015-2019)
WE WERE ROBBED AND I'VE GOT PROOFS: BEN SOLO'S DEATH SCENE WAS REVERSED
I just hope everyone in this fandom will see this post: it's really really important. I worked a little bit on the gif (made by myself) of the Ben Solo's death scene and I found out they really robbed us.
I've seen other posts in which people said the scene looked unnatural or that it was reversed so I did my best to find out if this was true or not. Well, this is what I found out.
1) I made a gif of the scene. Just to be sure everything was crystal clear I adjusted the exposure. This is the original gif.
2) I slowed down the gif. In this way is easier to analyze the movements made by both Ben and Rey.
3) I was not convinced by the scene, so I reversed the original gif.
as you can see there are some problems in this clip: the movement of Rey's arm is strange (it looks like she's pushing him down; I noticed this the first time I saw the movie and it really looked strange to me) but also Ben's hair moves in a not natural way. In my opinion, Ben's hair are the key in this scene so keep an eye on them.
4) Just to be sure, I slowed down the reversed version.
I don't know guys: it looks clear to me. They reversed the original scene: Rey was pulling him up. The movements of Rey's arm and foot and Ben's hair are now more natural. Also, you have a sharp eye, you can see the exact moment in which they cut the original clip to make the reverse start. I noticed it immediately because I like to do video edits sometimes and this thing happens a lot of times: if you don't cut the clip in the right way you can tell it.
They reversed the scene. Ben was not meant to die. Rey had to pull him up and then they would kiss. I repeat: Ben was not meant to die
I made a tread on Twitter and I tagged Star Wars and Disney so if you want to show a little bit of support go and chack it ;) Let's make them fix this mess of a movie
