So, I upgraded deathscythes frame and thrusters. Thrusters take a little while longer because of the specific paint I use is a bit of a process. I also did a few parts like the tabs on the shoulders and the inner skirt armor. For some reason I never painted the fins on the pack and I can’t remember why. I think I might have been debating painting them white or copper. Either way I’ve gotta do them before it’s gonna be done. I also have to do the rest of the decals in the scythe as well as MAKE one of them because it comes in white and I need it in red.
This was the first gundam I ever painted. I did it about a year ago. There are lots of flaws, silvering in the decals, improper sanding/lack of sanding nubs, and chips in the paint, even the shading I’m not very fond of. It honestly should be repainted. However, this was my first so I don’t plan to change anything I have already painted. I just wanted to update the frame to match what I’ve done with the others for a project I’m trying to finish. Once I’m done I will take photos of it like I did with my Heavyarms.
I shouldn’t be allowed to have a video editing program. 😒 joker dance but with Prince’s “trust” from the ‘89 Batman soundtrack
Something I’m considering doing. The sensor is just a sticker and I’m not really fond of stickers.. so I noticed the runners for this saber are about the same diameter for the part. Considering lighting this guy up and using the flat parts for the eyes and main camera

Also did some seam hiding, gonna have to use a little putty here and there

Painted an old friends frame for a video project I’m trying to finish. This was the first gundam I ever airbrushed. I did it about a year ago now. Definitely a novice job done here but it will always have a special place in my heart. Anyway.. Wanted to update it to match wing and Heavyarms. Going to do Shenlong and sandrock next.
P.S. pardon the mess behind him, I’ve halted all projects to focus on one.
Where it all started

A concept I did yeeeaaaaaars ago. Like 2011? I never finished it and I lost the psd file so all I have is this png. I always liked the concept of trunks from the regular timeline growing up still wearing his green gi. I also like the platinum hair over the more yellow for ssj. I’m thinking about finishing this but I have to rework some shading and lines so I’d basically be doing it all over again.
