This should be reblogged by everyone. Even if you’re straight, you should be a supporter.
oh, it was steve’s notebook…

IT WAS STEVE’S NOTEBOOK

Every time I think about PJO, I’m filled with this vague sense of loss and nostalgia. It makes my heart ache. Maybe it’s because I remember being a kid wondering what my life would be like when I became Percy’s age, and now I’m older than him and it’s nothing like I imagined. Maybe it’s because the times I can sit down and enjoy a book in the same way as I did in middle school have become few and far between. At this point, half of my love for the series isn’t even due to the characters or plot or writing. I love the series because of the emotions and memories tied to them. Who cares if they’re children’s books? Sometimes we all need to escape to a reality where the heroes win and the villains lose, where a couple of kids can save the world, no matter how hopeless the odds seem.
Bucky: I hate you
Sam: We were making out 5 minutes ago
Bucky: Irrevelant

reblog and put in the tags your first fictional crush (but don’t say their name, describe them)
You know you're an INTJ when
You know you’re an INTJ when you become more emotionally invested in fictional characters than real people.
Character: Hi Me: I LOVE THE WAY YOU SAY THIS, YOU HAVE SUCH DEPTH, YES
Real human: Hi Me: Shut up.

Honestly I straight up think Dylan’s character Dave hodgemen is hella underrated
Like I’m sorry but what I do to meet a guy like Dave, where do you find boys like him? I think it’s so freaking refreshing that movies like the first time exsist where the “dorky” guy actually gets with a “dorky” girl you no? Instead of said dorky guy gets with the popular guy and vice versa bc honeslty ‘dorky’/introverted/less popular girls kinda sometimes want someone they can relate to like the dorky/introverted/less popular guy and vice versa.
Also it’s like so fucking refreshing to see a character like Dave that’s not afraid to express his feelings. He lets Aubrey talk and talk and talk and he listens. Like actually listens to her. And he appreciates her. He’s so soft and sweet but is strong enough to be there when he’s needed. He’s sensitive which is such a turn on contrary to popular belief. He doesn’t care about what people think, he actually writes down what he’s planning to say to Jane. He writes that shit down, he’s actually thought about what he wants to say to her. He put in effort, he doesn’t care about his sensitivity, he embraces it. Yes please.
He realises that he should be going after the girl who’s lost and alone, not the one who’s using him as her own personal pet. He goes for the girl with ‘unclear’ skin , he goes for the girl that’s complicated, he goes for the ‘less prettier’ girl, he goes for the girl with ‘issues’. That is so fucking refreshing.
He wants to save her but he also gives her space. He’s there for her but he doesn’t stifle her. He believes in taking your virginity with someone special . Again, where are these time of boys nowadays.
At the heart of it he’s just a normal guy you know? Girls aren’t asking for much, we’re just asking for the guy to be themselves. to not get caught up make stereotypes. If you wanna be sensitive, be sensitive. If you wanna cry, cry. If you wanna fall in love and actual make love not just fuck then do it. Because more often than not girls will fall for that guy, not a doosh bag or a guy pretending to be one to fit in.
I think Dave as a character is so fresh and that film should legit get more recognition for its characters and there perfect complexities. And I just want a Dave in my life ok that’s all I want.
I had a dream that the king and the queen of a small country had a daughter. They needed a son, a first-born son, so in secret, without telling anyone of their child’s gender, they travelled to the nearby woods that were rumoured to house a witch.
They made a deal with that witch. They wanted a son, and they got one. A son, one made out of clay and wood, flexible enough to grow but sturdy enough to withstand its destined path, enchanted to look like a human child. The witch asked for only one thing, and that was for their daughter.
They left the girl readily.
The witch raised her as her own, and called her Thyme. The princess grew up unknowing of her heritage, grew up calling the witch Mama, and the witch did her very best to earn that title.
She was taught magic, and how to forage in the woods, how to build sturdy wooden structures and how to make the most delicious stews. The girl had a good life, and the witch was pleased.
The girl grew into a woman, and learned more and more powerful magics, grew stronger from hauling wood and stones and animals to cook, grew smarter as the witch taught her more.
She learned to deal with the people in the villages nearby, learned how to brew remedies and medicines and how to treat illness and injury, and learned how to tell when someone was lying.
Every time the pair went into town, the people would remark at just how similar Thyme was to her mother.
(Thyme does not know who and what she is. She does not know that she was born a princess, that she was sold. She only knows that one night after her mother read her a story about princesses and dragons, her mother had asked her if she ever wanted to be a princess.)
((Thyme only knows that she very quickly answered no. She likes being a witch, thank you very much, she likes the power that comes with it and the way that she can look at things and know their true nature.))
The witch starts preparing the ritual early, starts collecting the necessities in the winter so they can be ready by the fall equinox. Her daughter helps, and does not ask what this is for, just knows that it is important.
The witch looks at Thyme, both their hands raised into the air over a complicated array of plants, tended carefully to grow into a circle, and says, sorry.

This month's animal is one of the largest mammals to roam South America.
Although we think of sloths as arboreal animals, that is only due to the fact that only arboreal sloth species survived to this day. Throughout history, living on the ground was the most common lifestyle. This lifestyle was so popular, that 6 out of the 8 families of sloths that have existed in the Americas, were ground sloths.
While ground sloths had overall the same anatomy and lifestyle, they had wildly different sizes, with M. americanum being the largest. Thanks to its claws and its strong leg musculature, M. americanum was a leaf eater that filled a niche similar to that of modern giraffes.
Although the precise cause of its extinction is unclear, we know from cave remains that it was hunted by humans, making overhunting a probable cause. This is further supported by the fact that this animal was likely incapable of running, and lived in open plains, making it very easy prey for the apes with sticks.
we as a society need to accept that Heinz Doofenshmirtz has dilf energy
[Percy is meeting Annabeth’s (mortal) parents for the first time and is at their house for dinner]
Percy: Oh gods! Is that lobster?
Annabeth: Mom… I thought I told you… Percy doesn’t eat seafood.
Mrs. Chase: Oh!
Percy: Oh no, no, no, no… That’s okay, that’s okay… I mean, I… I don’t eat seafood… except for lobster… Yeah no, lobster I love…
Annabeth: Percy you don’t have to eat…
Percy: No, no, no, I actually it’s any kind of crustacean: crabs, shrimp… you know… especially lobster… and this, this nice juicy meat inside it… [he cracks the claw and tries to hide his wince, he takes a few seconds before he can put the meat in his mouth, clearly not enjoying it] Hmmm… yummy [Everyone buys it except Annabeth. She’s looking at him skeptically. Percy swallows] Hmmm… [at first he likes it, but then, in an instant puts his hand in front of his mouth and runs from the table. You hear a door slamming]
Annabeth: So…? What do you think? [looks at her parents, which look in disgust]
