Got any fully charged headcanons? :>
Not any particularly interesting ones,
But I do like to think daini has a MAJOR sweet tooth
I also like to think that because of said sweet tooth, daini picks up baking / cooking as a hobby but considers it a little embarrassing to admit,
(Although everyone knows, because he has definitely baked the odd pastry for aki and suna at least a few times)
He may or may not be taking cooking classes with gutsman
(Because who else is gonna teach him)
Other headcanons I didn't really feel like drawing include (WARNING THEY ARE KIND OF STUPID AND YAPPER YAPPINGTON CORE SO YEAH⚠️⚠️👹👹)
It'd be pretty interesting if Daini had a damaged core (like protoman, but not as severe of course) this could have been a result of dangerous training or an extreme accident he never fully recovered from, either way I'd imagine it really stunts his energy output, so he's most likely very sleepy to compensate.
Aki has made a habit of gifting people the most random things, a really cool smooth rock? It's for you! Shiny marbled on the floor that are slightly scratched up? He thinks you'll like it! An extra edition of his favorite comic serious? He wants to be able to enjoy it with you! He's sweet like that, but it can sometimes get a little much.
Suna has probably grown to be a very good engineer / mechanic. She often helps Dr. Light with his inventions or fixes up Aki / Daini after rough battles (mini appreciates the help) of course she also uses her skills to upgrade her own armor, and often handles the tougher fights that Aki or Daini might struggle on, after all, nobody is expecting to be sliced into ribbons when facing two gun wielding children.
Once Daini starts something, he often has trouble stopping, so much so that if he often forgets to recharge and take a break, homework? Doesn't stop until it's all finished and the answers are correct (he will make sure), chores? The house will never look less than clean on his watch (his own room does not apply). You ask him to get something from the kitchen? He does it immediately, no questions asked.
Aki, on the other hand, is very forgetful about his responsibilities. He often puts them off until the very last moment and regrets it dearly. He doesn't do this on purpose, of course, but tell me, if you had to choose between playing your favorite video game VS doing homework, would you choose the homework? I don't think so. Because of this, Aki and Daini often bump heads about tidying up.
Suna CANNOT catch a break, she constantly has to be the head of reason whenever Daini and Aki bicker when eachother, she also might catch a few strayed herself if it's heated enough, but she has the verbal artillery to be able to snap back pretty quickly, so for the most part they don't test her. Sometimes she waits things out, othertimes she has to stop them from Lord of The Flies-ing each other off of a cliff (no pig head on a stick required) but like most sibling squabbles, everyone makes up and gets over it (unless it's over food, food thieves are never forgiven /j)

Recently I learned that my computer does not render scenes very well
Even though I'm not very happy with how it turned out, I figured I might aswell share since it took me about two and a half days just to render the thing,
(it was supposed to be a simple looping animation, and I wanted to focus more on the background, but apparently, my computer doesn't handle that stuff well)

What's funny is, I was also fresh into joining the Megaman fandom when I watched Fully Charged so the way people got upset about it, didn't affect me because I was new to it 😭
Tbh, my sister was already a fan and saw her watching Megaman Ruby Spears and that's how I got hooked 💀
But there's just a huge difference of having negative opinions towards the show and it's either you watched it completely so it's valid OR you watched someone TALK about it badly which made you also agree with said commenter 😔

People are incredibly hasty when it comes to judging new content from old IP's and I kinda find it disheartening
I dont really understand the collective cynicism surrounding fully charged when it realesed, I'm sure people were heavily disappointed by the show not continuing an existing megaman plot, but I feel as though they also had to have understood that the show was ment to get younger kids interested in the franchise and keep megaman as a franchise atleast a little relevant in the later years, (at least that's my rationalization for why Capcom decided to make another show instead of making another game)
And for what it's worth, the showrunners did try and include bits that nodded to the actual franchise to entertain older fans, (like roll's Rockstar poster, and man man's existence as a whole, and of course suna and the robot masters with their design nods to thier respective counterparts) though I feel like they where a little limited with what they where given
One last small tangent, I see people often complaining about the fully charged robot master designs, especially airman for some reason, and it might just be backseat I didn't grow up eith the classic airman design, but I feel like those who say the classic design is better are just maybe a smidgen based with rode colored glasses, they are both cool designs, don't get me wrong, but I sorta feel like the fully charged airman is just more intricate, as abused to classic airman who is is quite literally a giant fan,
(Agian, no hate, I like both designs, I just think fc Airman has more going for him design wise,)

In addition, the unnecessary and frankly (I feel) irrational hate people have for the show can be a real deterrent for people actually wanting to watch/ look into it,
I don't think it is very outlandish to think that these same people probably misconstrue their personal criticisms with constructive ones,
And don't get me wrong, the show definitely has critique worthy aspects,
But there just gets to a point where personal baise really murkes the credibility of those critiques,
Like, at what point is it still an actual problem with the show, and not just some personal bitter vendetta of: "grrrrr, this show isn't living up to my expectations and standards of how a megaman show should be written!"
Which, is not to say people can't have that opinion, but it should be known that the opinion is just that, an opinion, it doesn't really apply as an actual problem of the show
And it frankly strikes me as unfair when people complain about it,
Though I should probably specify, I wasn't even alive long enough to be able to experience the early megaman franchise,
So my perspective probably isn't as seasoned and should be taken with a grain of salt,
Tl;dr
I agree with this post a lot, and I think people should be able to differentiate their personal grievances with the show and actual problems it has within it

Why are we STILL getting people bringing up that Fully Charged is shit? I swear to Christ these people have only one fucking joke and it's "haha look, 2018 bad cgi Megaman show HATE IT"
Like my god, a TV show created for children and newcomers with it's own storyline is making us Megaman fans cry and complain, I'm gonna go back to playing Megaman Battle Network even tho it's not close to classic Megaman :[ Actually I'm gonna play Legends instead, there's no robot masters or Wily but I'm a sucker for girls ❤️❤️😵💫😵💫
