Ok ok theory time part two.
None of the things that happen in SUF will happen because of the result of bad people. I'm fully on board with the corrupted steven theory and the way I think it's gonna happen is:
Nothing bad will happen. The aquamarine and eyeball fusion won't be evil, the cactus steven won't try to kill him, white diamond probably won't go back to her old ways, and the new lapses will probably cause a small inconvenience at the most.
But I'm pretty sure that the last thing steven needs right now is small inconveniences. He's taking on problem after problem after problem, thinking he can just fix everything and hope it all goes by without a scratch.
There will be no villains this season, just a stressed out kid whose frankly had enough and is one more tiny poke away from exploding.
