Okay wait. I see your "Ford being the Disney princess of Gravity Falls' cryptids" and I raise you-

STAN being the Disney princess.

Think about it- he lived there three times as long as Ford did, the creatures and things would know him better. He had to have had some wild encounters with the creatures that lived there, and yet he stubbornly refused to deal with them, where as Ford tended to capture them for study and experimentation.

Even funnier if the creatures flock to Stan because of his weird denial/respect of them. He's just trying to take out the trash and several critters are trying to be friendly with him.

Ford comes back and he's eager to study the monsters again, but they won't get near him because they remember him. As Ford is setting up traps, frustrated that he hasn't found anything, he looks over and sees Stan begrudgingly petting a plaidypus as gnomes and hide behinds watch him from the bushes and is just like "wtf."

Mr Mystery, but he has the hair length of a ✨🎀 𝓟𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓬𝓮𝓼𝓼 :)

Ford will have to help him brush it much later lol
