Yes, more often than not INFPs are good at reading people. And quite accurately. Reading between the lines is part of being an Intuitive type - xNxx. 😊

I learned that I could do this at a young age, but it wasn’t until I was a bit older that I realized most other people couldn’t read me as well. (I talked about that in another answer.)

INFPs compare what they see and experience with what they’ve processed from previous experiences. With each new encounter, more information is added until they become quite good at recognizing in the present what they’ve already learned from the past. This makes reading someone a quick process.

On a personal level, I think another reason I could read people at a young age was due to being in an abusive environment. Predicting the potential emotions of those around me became a survival skill. It helped to know if they were in an okay mood before trying to talk with them.

That environment plus being an INFP child with an Intuitive thought process made it easier for me to read people as I grew older. Later I also discovered I could not only pick up cues from the emotional states of other people, but I could feel their emotions as if I were feeling them myself - emotions outside of myself. As an Empath. (Which was not always fun.)

Add to that an INFP’s inclination to ponder limitless possibilities, this made it very easy for me to read people. 😏 Was I always right? Of course not. But it gave me enough of a profile to know whether or not a person was safe. And really, that’s a great place to start.

My answer- Yes, INFPs are usually pretty good at reading people. 💗

FS : He wants to convey times are very tough for him right now as far as trying to get his priorities in order and try to balance his emotions, that he is doing shadow work which has not been very easy for him with tower moments that have disturbed some of the friendships and relationships he has held dearly to him but he’s starting to understand why all that was happening also , he really wants to convey how proud of you he is for all the powerful changes you have made to better yourself , he would also like to mention when it’s time for him to come in to please be patient with him as far as being expressive with his love for you , he loves you but after what he has been through of recently it may take time for him to express affection as he once has but without a doubt he will show that side to you but also he wants to convey that have a realistic sense of expectation. I'm seeing a beautiful grin, very symmetrical, balanced features if you will. He's get well built and he loves looking presentable at all times. He's going to be very muscular and physically strong. I see him being into fitness. He's got dark brown-ish Or black hair. He could love layering his clothes. He's fond of sweatshirts and hoodies, and basically anything oversized.
