Donโt have time for 2 separate lunch breaks?

Wise words.
Any tips on gaining weight, because I have been trying to gain weight, but nothing is really working for me can you help?
Breaking a fast metabolism is very challenging, I struggled for a long time with this, I would recommend seeing what you are eating throughout the day and increasing it, eating when you are full etc, it will be challenging. I ate huge bowls of ice cream, pizza, and chicken daily to break mine. Do whatโs best for your situation though. Living with others while trying to gain is even harder as well if that is a issue for you like it is me. I was putting my gain on pause in some moments because of that, but anyways, here are the steps I would takeโฆ
- evaluate your situation (ie: living with others, mental health, do you have the funds/place to eat alone)
- see your eating habits (ie: do you snack all day or stuff yourself with huge meals)
-DO NOT calorie count!!! (I know other gainers will tell you to do this, but me personally, all that causes is E.D.s and mental illnesses to erupt. I did that in the middle of my journey and it really set me back that progressed me forward)
- Take your time!! (This is a journey, NOT an overnight thing, your body/mind needs to adjust)
-Donโt weigh yourself daily!! (I barely ever weigh myself, because all it does is depress me or makes me happy that is it, no in between, have a day on your calendar in which you weigh yourself, like the 15th of every month or the 7th. It is way better that way!
-Body weight changes!!! (In the morning you weigh less, than the middle of the day. Body weight fluctuates constantly!! DONโT STRESS ABOUT NUMBERS!)๏ฟผ
-HAVE FUN WITH GAINING!! (This is fun, with us it is supposed to be fun, not stressful! Donโt stress about not hitting goals or numbers right away! Itโs an experience, in which everyoneโs different!)
Started a new regime for my gaining today.
I usually have a tin of creamed rice pudding immediately before bed. Itโs a simple and quick 500 cals (nearly). Suddenly realised tonight that if I have a chug out of the tin and then refill it with double cream, my calorie intake goes from about 470 to 960cals for a 2 minute chug!
That will be the new snack at bedtime from now on. Well, on top of the hot whole milk and 6 digestive biscuits that I actually take to bed with me ๐๐ท


So, I have low testosterone syndrome and have been treated with Nebido for a couple of years. Itโs a large 4ml, horridly thick injection that should last 14 weeks but only keeps my levels up for 8 weeks. That means the rest of the time I go through the male menopause (andropause) every 2 months.
Not fun.
But, last week I was swapped to Sustanon. Itโs a 3 weekly jab, only 1ml and painless. Itโs used by bodybuilders, strongmen, lifters etc. And, boy, do I like it!
Within a day I felt brighter and I also seem to be ballooning. My belly looks almost bloated. Itโs weird. Itโs distended as if Iโm stuffed but Iโm not. Despite its roundness firmness I can still eat a shit ton of food.
I think this could be the start of some serious bellybuilding.
Anyone want to help push my limits and cover me in stretch marks?
No limits, no regrets! Get me as fat as you want.
Oh, and I officially fill my local McDonaldโs booths! Result!
