A Brief Interlude in Reality

So I had a cute little cardiac episode yesterday. After my best shoulder day to date, I did a little stint on the stairmill. I’ve been lax with cardio because it’s get-big season and I’m a HARD gainer, but lately at work I’ve found myself pausing to catch my breath with pressure in my chest (I’m in my 30s in good shape with a spotless diet; I should’ve reacted to warning signs sooner). So yesterday when chest pressure spread, I had trouble breathing, got all clammy, tingling up my left side...

Spent a nice little mini-vacation at the hospital, so I’ve got a sizable bill to deal with. Two reasons I’m even mentioning it:

a) if we’ve been talking or you’ve ordered a commission, that’s why I was MIA yesterday (and I’m back on it today, type-type-typing away)
