But this one, a practical phantom, had caught his interest. None of his family have managed to catch him, and aside from attacking people found abusing animals or other civilians, he had committed no violent crimes.

No, this person's MO was to break into abandoned homes, factories, businesses, and "areas of notice" to turn them into animal sanctuaries overnight. That or he would build odd structures in random places for stray animals or homeless people to crawl into for safety and warmth.No one knew how he did it as it seemed many of these structures were fused together to build them in the absence of nails or adhesives.

Whats more is that these creations were large and incredibly durable, making them a nightmare to remove or take apart.

As an artist himself, he didn't exactly see the abstract formations as an eyesore, but was instead intrigued by them, regardless of what he told the others.

Honestly, he thinks father is after this person not for justice but for the need to know.

Especially after one of the largest of these installations popped up inside Wayne Enterprises own lobby without a trace or hint of how it got there.

Hmm... Dcxdp au? Not my usual jam, but hella willing.

Basic premise: Danny ends up in a clone body (it wasn't clear who's) without his powers. It seems that he eventually gets them back, but he's not in his body. He gets "rescued" by the JL, but he isn't aware of this. He doesn't know who the JL is and thinks he has to become a hero like them. He thinks he's still under their control. It's only after Danny keeps fighting in spite of his injuries that the JL clues into the fact that something is up.

Hmm... How fun do we want to make this? Since it's Cadmus, we're assuming that the clone Danny inhabits is from Superman. Could be a different hero, but let's say Superman.

We shall also say this occurs after Kon.

Therefore, the JL has some experience with clones but is also biased because of it.

I think Kon didn't have his powers (or all of them) when he first popped out of the tube. Thus, the JL clue Danny into what powers they think he should or could have [flight, x-ray vision, super strength, invulnerability, TTK, freeze breath, etc.]

Danny only displays the powers he has that align with those.

The JL is also hella confused why Danny pops out and names himself. (He straight up goes, "I'm Danny" when someone tries to name him).

How similar is the clone body to his OG one? Why did he end up in it? Does the time ghost guy (I can't remember names rn) know where Danny is? Does Danny go to the Kent Farm? Is Jon Kent alive yet?

College student Danny Fenton is taking a much needed break from his studies, sitting on the roof of his apartment building. He’s sleep deprived and a little delirious, watching several of the Gotham vigilantes grappling between buildings in the distance.

“Do birds ever just fly for fun, or are they always on some kind of mission?”

Danny isn’t talking to anyone, he’s up on the roof on his own to de-stress. He was just thinking out loud.

So when he heard a snort and a chuckle from behind him, Danny felt like he was justified in his reaction of not only swearing, but also throwing a solid right hook at the same time that he spun around to see who the hell was there.
