I know I haven’t been super active here lately, so I thought I’d share a bunch of meme WIPs from the past year or so.

Does Richie eat bugs, fruit, or blood?

He eats regular food, mostly, but he does enjoy fruit as an occasional treat. He likes bugs too, but is a bit embarrassed by that, so he tries to resist the urge to indulge in those. Blood is a definite no-no. He's not the right kind of bat for that.

What are your overall thoughts on this OK K.O.! episode "T.K.O. Rules" and how will it affect your Perfect AU? If you haven't seen the episode, you probably should watch it, it's on the Cartoon Network app.

(SPOILERS AHEAD FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN’T SEEN THE EPISODE!!!)

Overall, I thought it was pretty good. I was expecting some good ol’ T.K.O. bonding, but was plenty happy with what I got instead. Still, that ending just about tore my heart out. I feel like what K.O. did was the exact wrong way to go about somebody breaking his trust, unbreakable promise or otherwise, but at the same time I recognize that he is a child, and thus will make rash or impulsive decisions based on how he feels. I’m just hoping that he eventually lets T.K.O. out, and that they can put their differences aside and forgive each other (not immediately, of course, that would be asking too much, haha). I just want to see my boys develop and grow and learn.

As far as how it affects my AU, I’m not sure that it will. My fics have pretty much broken from canon by this point, aside from events that have nothing to do with the kids (the merger with Boxmore, for example). Plus, my T.K.O. is a little better at showing restraint and following the rules than the one canon just gave us. Between that, and the fact that K.O. promised not to banish P.K.O. to nonexistence (alongside the fact that P.K.O. permanently exists in the mindscape and would probably have a few choice words, had K.O. attempted something like this on T.K.O.), it’s pretty unlikely that a scenario such as this would ever happen. At least, not if they had the choice.

In other words, I have no plans to incorporate this into the AU at this time. That, plus I’ve been in a writing stump for quite a while. I’ve got a oneshot started, and I know how it’s going to go, but I just haven’t felt up to writing lately.
