note: this is just my interpretation of victim's feelings towards alan. ava alan specifically, not irl alan. this is me exploring deeper within the lore thats been graciously given to us and what i love about these stik figurs is that they all have reasons why they act the way they are. truly a testament to how great alan's storytelling is. :)

Yes, I did change some of the designs, but it's because I wasn't happy with them, and these designs should be for me first and foremost and I will be repeating this everytime.

I have a lot of things in my head about these stickfigures and I want to take them out on paper as soon as I have the energy to, so expect more stick content in the future!

headcanon designs🔥🔥🔥

(except they're in stick form... I made gijinkas/human designs first but i need to redraw them... So take these first...!!!!!)

RED: It's a bit covered due to the pose, but their right leg's sock is rolled up unlike the left. There's an X shaped scar on their left shoulder- from what, I haven't decided. Also, there's a silly little detail on their shoe.

YELLOW: Their hair warrants an entire separate diagram to show how that works, so I'll get to that at some point, but the only thing I can note here is that they've got a scar on their face/throat from The Showdown.

BLUE: The entire bottom half of their body is covered in burn scars, but the only visible part of that is their left hand (their right hand doesn't have any scars since they kept it out of the lava). Also, I didn't get to draw it here, but their shoes always have a bit of dirt on them.

GREEN: Nothing too notable honestly, but if you can't tell, I gave them a tongue piercing.

VICTIM: Nothing too notable here, just that the right side of their front bangs isn't long enough to be tied back, while the left side is long enough, and you can sorta see it looping back.

CHOSEN: THIS IS THEIR SEASON 3 DESIGN BTW, I forgot to write that down. Anyway, it's hard to tell, but they have fingerless gloves on. Also, you would never be able to see this anyway, but if you did bother to check these design notes, congrats! You get the snippet of information that Chosen has a shackle permanently on their left (our right) leg from the ball and chain, they just cover it all the time. :)

DARK: THIS IS THEIR SEASON 2 DESIGN. Anyway, the little tendril thingies don't spawn until they use the Vira-band (and there's usually two more of them, I just couldn't have this fucker take up more space than they needed to). Also, there's a little tag thingy hanging off of one of their belt loops. Fun fact, it's a matching accessory with Chosen's S2 design.

SECOND: The stitches on their pants are from The Showdown, as well as the scars on their face. They have drawing gloves on both hands. On the "drawstrings" of their coat, are the tool icons from Flash (better diagram coming soon). Peep their shoe for a silly little detail :)

I didn't draw the elytra this time around because it would have covered everything else. If you wanna see it, hmu, I'll probably add it to this post in a reblog at some point.

S1-3: It's a little hard to tell, but their side bangs are braided. The inside of their sleeves are vaguely colored like an elytra. The staff they're holding is just a fence with quartz taped onto it- y'know, since they were giving out quartz in their village and all. It's mentioned in the picture already, but by the time Season 3 starts, their hair is braided and more reminiscent of their Season 4 hairstyle.

S4: There's some cherry blossom petals in their hair. I didn't get to draw this out, but sometimes they use the flower clips in their hair to get the bangs out of their eyes. Some parts of their skin have some type of "glitch" effect on them due to literally getting blasted by the staff; there's no side effects, it's just a visual detail, a scar that remains there forever (it is most prominent when you look closer on the half where their face is covered and both their hands).

S3: Bro did not shave. His hair is very disheveled. He's supposed to look a bit messy, but still somewhat proper, or Trying to be proper. The cloth wrapped around his waist... is actually Gold's scarf.

S4: This is literally just a dude. He finally shaved and cut his hair and is keeping it proper. Hooray! He now properly wears Gold's scarf, and the little gem thingies on his coat? That's a gift from Purple.

Victim. Animator vs Animation. Suffering falling on deaf ears.

Been thinking about this 2mm thick stickfigure. Why is it so fun drawing these stupid weirdos. I kinda wonder if he knows if Alan is a human or not.

Anyways, I hope I cry my eyes out at the finale <3.

I find spiteful antagonists so intrinsically poetic. When a character's motives are laid out so simply as "I have been hurt and I need others to feel the same", we empathize. We all have felt rejection, or anger, or fear. And we all have felt that need to express it. We may not agree to a characters motives or actions, but we understand on such a deep level WHY they feel that way. And if that person isn't too far gone, we beg for them to step down. We beg for them to understand they are not alone. Because, somehow someway, we see ourselves in their suffering.
