Once Upon a Dream
Part 2
Taehyung makes it home before the sun fully set in the west. He sighed. Surely his Uncles would be worried about him and wonder where he had been.
He finally catches his breath and walks inside. “Uncles! Hobi, Jimin, Jeongguk? Where are you?” He asked out loud. The cottage was strangely dark and quiet except for the light coming from-
A cake! And a lovely blue outfit! “Why it’s-” “SURPRISE!” He hears all three of his Uncles jump out at him. “Happy Birthday Tae tae!” The trio sang happily together. Taehyung smiled at his Uncles.
“Oh my goodness! This is the most glorious day of my life! Thank you, all three of you for this… gah, I can’t wait for you to meet him!” Taehyung said happily.
This caused the happy trio to go silent.
“Him? Who is him?” Hoseok asked. “Taehyung, did you meet anyone today?” Jimin asked as well. “Why yes! And he is no stranger. He is the most handsome man I have ever met.” Taehyung gleamed happily.
“Oh dear.. He’s in love..” Jeongguk spoke worriedly.
“Of course… I’m eighteen.” Taehyung says. His happiness is slowly crumbling.
“It is not that, my dear. You see, you are already betrothed to a prince. You are the son of Kim Namjoon and Kim Seokjin. The Kings of Seoul.” Hoseok explained.
Taehyung had no idea what was going on. Why were his Uncles telling him this? “B-but that is impossible! I cannot marry a prince. I need to be one!” Taehyung says with disbelief.
“It is true Tae tae. Please understand. We had to take you in. Your father’s wanted you to be safe!” Jimin said.
“Tonight, we take you back to the castle, where you’ll be safe. Your fathers will be waiting for you.” Hoseok explained. “But I promised him to meet me here!” Taehyung begins to shout. “I am truly sorry but you will never see that boy again.” Jeongguk responds.
“Why?!” Taehyung’s shouts become cries, as he runs off to his room. He cries onto his bed. He never thought he belonged somewhere else.
Deep down inside, he had always loved living in the forest.
And now he has to leave everything behind.
He continues to cry until he feels like he can’t spill anymore tears.
When it is already sundown, The trio of Uncles bring Taehyung on a journey to the castle. Taehyung was wearing the blue outfit that his Uncles made earlier. He felt so empty from all the crying he had earlier.
He never wanted this.
Only a quiet life, and hopes to meet somebody to take care of him. Never the life as a prince.
All of them had finally arrived to the castle. Taehyung had never seen a castle before in his life. Was that where he was born? Taehyung had so many questions.
“We’ll go into the same hidden entrance we used years ago.” Hoseok mumbled quietly. The group continued to make their way towards the castle. The closer they got, the bigger the castle seemed to get.
Taehyung couldn’t help but stare at everything he came across. He never knew he would end up here.
Hoseok guided the group through the entrance and they made their way into a room where they will prepare Taehyung what is about to happen.
The trio sat Taehyung in a chair right in front of a mirror. Taehyung stared at himself. He surely looked handsome, but his eyes say different. He could tell he looked miserable, and yet his Uncles were busying themselves.
“Aha!” Jeongguk cheered, and walked over to Taehyung. He was holding a crown. Jeongguk cleaned it up a little bit, and placed it gently on Taehyung’s head.
“Oh my! My prince, you look even lovelier with the crown. It shows you are a true prince.” Jimin spoke with glee.
Taehyung couldn’t help it. He couldn’t looking at himself in the mirror. He never wanted this..
He began to cry again. He cried and placed his head in his arms on the desk. He wanted the whole world to swallow him whole.
He’ll never get to see Prince Yoongi again.
“Let’s give him some space. He needs to let this sink it some more.” He hears Hoseok say.
And then the quiet surrounds him. Taehyung felt hopeless. He thought about the handsome Prince Yoongi he met. Oh, how terrible he felt. He made a promise and even he couldn’t keep it. He had felt so awful about his feelings.
‘Oh what to do?’ Taehyung thought.
Suddenly his tears stop flowing down his cheeks.
His whole top body rises up and then he is staring at himself in the mirror again.
Except he isn’t alone.
He sees a creature standing behind him. He wants to scream for his Uncles. He wishes they would hurry back.
But he wasn’t in control of his body anymore. He gets up from the chair and turns to face the creature.
The creature looks feminine, and has horns at the top of her head. He stares at the female for awhile until he sees her point in the direction of the fireplace in the room. Magic seeps out of the stick she is holding, and a doorway magically appears.
He feels the need to follow the magic, and find wherever it’s leading him.
He begins to walk. Taehyung knows he should stay there, but his curiosity is bigger than the need to stay put.
He walks towards the doorway and the door opens for him. The magic is waiting for him only a few feet ahead. Taehyung continues to walk slowly and follow the magic.
Taehyung should feeling fearful. He should be afraid for his life.
Instead, he feels peace.
When he reaches his destination, another door blocks his path.
It magically opens for him, revealing a room.
The room is not empty.
There, in the middle of the room, was a spinning wheel.
Taehyung had never seen one up close. He walks towards it, taking a closer look. He sees it working by itself, with no one using it.
He turns to see the spindle-it’s sharp tip willing to pierce anything.
Like human skin.
Taehyung reaches out to touch the spindle. In the background, he can hear faint voices of his Uncles. The yelling gets louder; “Do not touch anything Taehyung!”
But it was too late.
He pricks his finger on the spindle of a spinning wheel, and then he falls unconscious.
By the time the three fairies got there, it was too late for them.
Maleficent began laughing maniacally, and disappeared.
“Oh no… the prince…” Jimin whispered, a silent tear fell from the angels' eyes.
“This is our fault. We shouldn’t have left him alone for too long..” Jeongguk murmurs quietly. “How will we tell the Kings?” Jimin asks.
“We won’t..” Hoseok says through tears, trying to remain strong.
“We won’t? But they are expecting us!” Jeongguk says. “We will put the whole kingdom to sleep, they will awake when Taehyung wakes. Come my brothers. We need to put the Kingdom at rest.” Hoseok says.
He waves his wand around Taehyung so that he is floating in mid air. The trio bring him up to a tower and rest him in bed.
While Taehyung rests, the trio of fairies work together to put the kingdom to rest. Spreading their magic everywhere, the people begin to fall asleep.
When they reach the ballroom, they see the two kings sitting upon their throne. King Seokjin was already fast asleep. King Namjoon was slowly drifting off into a slumber as well. The only one that was trying to fight it, was King Min.
“Well, Namjoon seems like he’s been talking to someone. He seems to have fallen in love with a peasant boy..” King Min mutters, but Hoseok hears it loud and clear.
“Peasant boy! What do you mean Peasant boy!” Hoseok tries to shake him to get an answer.
“Just some peasant boy he met..” King Min repeats. “Where, where?! Where did he me him?” Hoseok asks again.
“Once upon a dream…” King Min whispers before sleep take over him.
“Once upon a dream… Of course! Taehyung met Prince Yoongi!” Hoseok gleams.
But that means…
The prince would be making his way to the cottage.
“Oh no!” Hoseok gasps.
“What is it Hoseok?” Jimin and Jeongguk ask. Hoseok looks at them, worry in his eyes. “The boy Taehyung met is Prince Yoongi! He is going to the cottage to see Taehyung, come on, we have to get there as soon as possible!” Hoseok says in desperation.
The three fairies take off flying towards the cottage as fast as they can. “We have to hurry! Maleficent Might do something to him!” Jimin yells out.
Unfortunately, they were too late.
By the time they got to the cottage, it was already ambushed. Stuff was broken, only one thing remained unharmed.
A hat was laying on the ground. It shined brightly in the night.
“This is the Prince’s hat. Maleficent was definitely here.” Jeongguk said through gritted teeth.
“You don’t think she brought him where I think she did?” Jimin asked timidly. “She most likely brought him to her palace. That place of filth. We’ll have to go there.” Hoseok responded.
“We can’t go there! It is too dangerous!” Jimin said.
“We have to.” Jeongguk replied to the green fairy.
“We must. For the Prince, and saving Taehyung.” Hoseok stated with confidence.
The three fairies gathered up courage, and flew to the palace.
Where danger, lies ahead.

The Beginning:
Once upon a time, in a land far far away, there lived two kings happily married in the kingdom of Seoul. King Kim Namjoon and King Kim Seokjin were peaceful rulers. Everyone that lived in the kingdom loved their beloved kings.
Seokjin, King Namjoon’s husband had recently given birth to a healthy baby boy. The future prince of Seoul.
Prince Kim Taehyung.
Namjoon and Seokjin really loved their first child. Namjoon made a promise to himself, that his son would always be safe.
The kings decided to throw a party, celebrating the arrival of their son.
Friends and rulers from nearby cities came to the Kim Palace, including Namjoon’s close friend, King Min and his son Yoongi.
The pair made their way to great the royal couple, and congratulate them on having a child. Prince Yoongi looked into the small crib were the newborn prince was sleeping. He made a face at the baby. He didn’t like how the child looked at all.
The two Kings laughed at Yoongi’s reaction. Little did the young prince know, he was betrothed to the newborn prince, in order to unite the two kingdoms.
A bright light shone down onto the sleeping prince. Three fairies flew their way down from the source of the light. The three fairies, known as Hoseok, Jimin and Jeongguk.
The trio greeted the Kings. Hoseok bowed in respect, and flew over to the resting child.
“What a beautiful child, King Namjoon, and King Seokjin! I will give the prince the gift of beauty.” Hoseok waved his magic wand around the child and sparkly red dust flew around the air.
“He will be the most beautiful prince.” Hoseok smiled to the two kings. King Namjoon nodded, as Hoseok flew back to the trio.
Jimin flew over to the prince. He sighed at the precious sight. “My lovely prince,” Jimin stated, “You will be gifted the gift of song. May your voice be the most lovely when you sing.” Jimin waved around his wand while green sparkly dust filled the air.
“When he sings, angels will sing along with him.” Jimin bows to the two kings.
Jimin flew back to the two fairies. Jeongguk was the last one to give his gift out. He flew over to the baby, and was about to grant his gift, when a gust of cold wind flew throughout the castle.
The youngest of the trio was extremely confused. Only a dark fairy could cause this activity. Jeongguk flew back to the older fairies, where the two were scared.
Then, a blast in the center of the castle formed.
“Maleficent…” Namjoon whispered. Seokjin grew worried. He had hoped that the evil fairy would leave his son alone.
“What is this? A party? I seem to be left out. I deserve an invite, don’t I?” Maleficent chuckled.
“We did not know you would’ve liked to join us.” Namjoon said coldly . “Oh truly, I am not offended at all.” Maleficent grinned.
Everyone was watching her movements. “You truly are not offended, Maleficent?” Seokjin then asked.
Maleficent looked towards the cradle, when the most wicked grin crossed her face. “Instead, I’ll bestow my own gift for the child.” Maleficent said, as she made her way to the prince.
Seokjin went to move for his child, however Namjoon stopped him. “I can’t risk you getting hurt..” Namjoon whispered.
Maleficent peered into the cradle, while grinning wickedly. “Listen well all of you,’ Maleficent spoke, “The prince will grow in grace and beauty, beloved by all. But, before the sun sets on his eighteenth birthday, he will prick his finger on the spindle of a spinning wheel and die!”
“No!” Seokjin cried out, running towards his child and grabbing the prince. Holding his son close, Seokjin wished Maleficent never existed.
“Guards! Kill her!” Namjoon ordered while rushing to protect Seokjin and his son. The guards attempted to kill her, when a blast of light and magic filled the area; Maleficent disappearing with it while laughing.
Seokjin began crying, holding his son close. Namjoon was beyond worried. He didn’t know how to save is son from a dark curse.
“Your majesty! Jeongguk has not given his gift to the child.” Hoseok flew over, while the two fairies followed him.
“Can he remove the curse?” Namjoon asked desperately. “Her powers are too strong, but I could probably change it.” Jeongguk replied, while flying over to the sad kings and sleeping prince.
“While Maleficent’s curse is strong, it cannot defeat this strong prince. Rather him fall to the death, he will fall into a deep slumber. Only true loves kiss, will break the curse.” Jeongguk casted his gift.
Even though the prince will not die from the curse, King Namjoon was still worried for his son. So he ordered for every spinning wheel to be burned, in order to protect his son.
Seokjin, however felt that his son was still unsafe. So along with Namjoon and a sad heart, Seokjin sent his son to live with the fairies Hoseok, Jimin, and Jeongguk.
The trio changed themselves so that they would look human for the child.
Heartbroken, the two kings let the child be taken into the depths of the forest. They will never see their beloved son until his eighteenth birthday.

massacre at pride parade in poland
this is a signal boost. please share it, for the love of god, media doesn’t cover this enough yesterday my city held its first pride parade. we were warned by the far right that they won’t allow it to happen, we knew it was going to be bad, but not this bad. nationalists from all across the country took trains here and occupied the area where parade was supposed to start, waiting to begin a massacre. the first people to have appeared at the spot were brutally beaten, there are 4 officially unconfirmed (clarification: this might be fake news, nobody knows anything) deaths of teenagers. they were attacking children they pledged to protect from “gay pedophiles”. i saw them covered in blood. i saw them crying. i saw them running, hiding in nearby shops, chased through the streets by organised groups of nazis that kept screaming: WE’LL KILL ALL FAGGOTS. 50 grown men against a single kid. 10 different men against a 14-year-old girl. she was thrown on the ground, kicked, and beaten, because she had a rainbow on her shirt. the parade was disrupted, but continued to march on. the amount of rocks, bricks, glass beer bottles, bottles with piss, rotten eggs, explosives that were thrown at us, is uncountable. my throat is sore from screaming RUN RUN RUN each time some landed nearby. then they exploded. have you ever experienced the ringing in your ears, so frequently shown in war movies after a grenade detonates nearby? i did, yesterday. people have burns, traumatic brain injuries, broken bones, broken noses, not to mention bruises and cuts. i saw so much blood that day. we were choking because of smoke and pepper spray that police used against those who attacked them. them, not us. people who threw rocks/glass/bricks/explosives/eggs, slicing our temples, cracking our skulls, breaking our bones, are facing no consequences, unless they’ve attacked the policemen. 25 had charges pressed against them. 25 out of thousands who gathered with the sole purpose of attacking us. they outnumbered and surrounded us. they chased people after the parade ended, screaming death threats. screaming that they will find us through the photos, and kill us. do you know what our right-wing media does? they’re claiming we, the peaceful parade whose numerous members are currently hospitalized with terrible injuries, were the ones who threw rocks/glass/bricks/explosives/eggs at “good christians who were protecting traditional values”. do you know what our church does? it’s thanking those who attacked us. the church approves violence. and so does the government. welcome to poland. run.
