He was looking for you after a long day, wandering around the base and calling your name.

It wasn't until he heard sounds coming from the kitchen that he found you, standing over the stove and making something

His eyes widened as he saw you were making his favourite food, and a cheesy smile crossed his face

"Aw, darlin', you made this for me?" he says, coming up behind you

"Yeah! I thought you deserved it after today."

"Well, ain't you just the sweetest thing."

It had been a particularly rough day for him, practically dragging himself inside after the battle, so you had decided to make him something

He came into the kitchen, originally planning to grab a can of Bonk!, but he stopped when he saw you

"Hey, what're you doin'?" he asks, coming up behind you.

"Making you some food." "Wha- Really? For me?"

He's not used to people making things for him, aside from his ma, so he's a little choked up that you put thought into doing this.

"Th-thanks babe.." "Are you crying?'' "No."

You noticed he'd been feeling down lately, so you decided to make him his favourite food

After you were done, you brought it to his room, pushing open the door and getting him with a smile

He looks up at you from his book and smiles back, and then his eyes drift to the plate you're holding, and his eyes light up

"Did leetle Y/N make this for me?" "Yeah! I saw you were feeling sad so I decided to make you this!"

He smiles again and give you a big bear hug, thanking you over and over again.

Rest assured he was much happier after that.

Ohmygosh, my first Bad Batch request! I'm gonna do Tech because I miss him dearly, and his death hit me hard

He was really confused when he first saw your wings, the feathers gleaming in the sun

He wants to know more about them so badly, but he won't probe if you aren't comfortable with talking about them

Almost never touches them. He'd rather study them from afar rather than intruding on your space

On the rare occasion where he does touch them, he's extremely gentle, and he doesn't touch them for long (don' take it the wrong way, he's just trying to be respectful)

He'd rather just look at them, admiring the colours and patterns is you have any

I also think he’d really like to have them wrapped around him when he’s working on something. It’s a comforting feeling for him

Could you please do Wrecker x winged reader. He would be so careful because he would hear from Tech that bird bones hollow and he’d be scared of hurting reader.

Lord have mercy, this man is going to be the death of me

He loves your wings, always touching them and caressing the feathers

He was talking to Tech about them one day when Tech piped up, stating how he wondered if your wing bones were hollow like normal birds

Wrecker had asked what he meant, and Tech told him that birds normally have hollow bones to reduce weight to help them fly

It’s safe to say that after that, Wrecker was a whole lot more gentle when touching your wings. The times when he touched them became fewer, and it made you worried that you might have done something to make him less affectionate than he usually was

You confronted him about it, and he admitted to not being as touchy as usual. He explains what Tech said and how he was worried that he might hurt you accidentally.

You assure him that bird bones are actually quite strong despite being hollow, and he sighs in relief

After that he back to his usual self, although he doesn’t lean on your wings quite so heavily anymore, but as it gave you cramps from holding them still for so long for fear of disturbing him, it’s a welcome change
