Hello All, This month I seem to be hesitant in keeping up to date this blog site with my original spiritual works. Perhaps the bah humbug spirit has struck me, however since I'm not the type of person to put up a Christmas tree, at least not since my youth. Many of the holiday festivities seem to pass me by when at home. Nonetheless I always make it a habit to give thanks in both the small and the greater occurrences in my life. Irrespective of a formalized religious traditions I keep God with all my mind, heart, and most of my actions. Aside from this Holiday Season no matter the particular faith being celebrated. We are each stewards of the divine that we carry in our very souls. A divinity that has no bounds and overlaps into every sincere expression of our lives. One that binds us up together with God and whichever holy figure you choose to worship. Be it Savior, Saint, or Prophet all are welcome to be reflected upon equally in a deepening sense of a dear fulfillment of the spirit. Today's "Jewels of Truth" spiritual wisdom statement was written earlier this month. Standing at #1882 in the series on the topic of Heaven. How my Angels within describe the paradise of the soul as I describe their views. Enjoy. ---------------------------------------------- Heaven: 1882) The afterlife no matter your religious persuasion in the world is a unique realm of immense glory filled possibilities. Not so much of the sheer amazing vista's perceived by every soul in heaven to be encountered. The array of heavenly lights as breathtaking as it is puts to shame all the combined art that has ever been created. No matter if it has been fashioned by every form of intelligent species within Creation itself. This splendor is natural beyond every contraption conceived and placed into any given form by the children of the cosmos. Many have depicted heaven as a place of many mansions each as its own wondrous resort in practice. This is yet still a crude interpretation of such a pristine celestial paradise. Instead picture a natural fauna of a living rainforest within a shaded canopy of a bio-diversity of living souls each with their own habitat. An Eden like no other where everyone flourishes together in a united harmony in witness to God's inner beauty. Every scenery is alive not with make believe Imagined surroundings, but in a living self-aware purpose that is magnificent. This intelligence becomes a living life breathing aura in a meta sense we call God(dess). This celestial light is molded to our every whim as souls within heaven. Like a clay made of ethereal stuff ushered forth by our willful thoughts in themselves or in concert with the combined thoughts of many. God, plays with us his children in heaven like any parent would with a toddler child. The play is both instructive and totally entertaining beyond any theme park could ever provide. Like children with over glazed eyes in amazement we listen as God speaks in melodic tones absorbed into our hearty souls. We are almost as in a magical trance of the senses where our questions come not at the end of his discourses, but all throughout. Such is the timeless nature of heaven allowing answers to all questions to come instantaneously. Akin to a telepathic neural connection in a commune like pupils arena. Newly arrived souls from Creation be it in the physical universe or elsewhere of such semi-lucent beings. Receive a nurturing orientation to recall themselves fully before total immersion in the drunk tank of (im)mortal life. Once such an assimilation is complete often referred to as the "Hour of Judgment" by the multitude of mortal faiths. This serves the purpose of gleaning an infinite constructive impact by a compassionate truth for the betterment of every entity in heaven. For those unfortunate to descend into hell see this very same practice as a raping to be tortured by the denizens of such a perdition. Twisting the truth into a warped abomination to heckle and punish its recent inhabitants. However in Heaven all is meant for enlightenment so as to understand from all perspectives. For every life you've directly or indirectly have touched as a person not to sit in judgment of you but to set you free by grace. Your soul always continues to live spiritually to what it had done prior to your mortal incarnation. Regarding your eternal interests and joys as angelic like beings by every pursuit Imaginable. Jewels of Truth Statement: "Why God Is Neutral Amongst Us"

Hello All, I've finally gone and done it! :0) Tonight I have finished in long hand mind you Volume 5 of the "Jewels of Truth" series. Meaning I've finally completed my 1,825th spiritual wisdom statement and its only taken me 19 years since starting in the year 1995. Tonight I have also started Volume 6 with statement #1826 on this Oct. 6th day of the year. So this has nothing to do with Nero thankfully, quite the opposite in fact of all benevolence. Albeit that coincidence doesn't escape me with my angel guides in tow spiritually speaking. However I'm currently at 330 statements added onto my 3rd Volume manuscript draft. Once I reach the magic number of 365 I start to begin organizing it into book form. Just giving you my readers a heads up. Since If I'm talking about volumes five and six without volume three being published yet. Quite the back log any publisher would have a headache with an author. Not my problem since I'm freelance right now without a professional publisher. Today's statement has used metaphor although read into it what you will if it be truth or simply figurative as an illustration. I meant or channeled the statement from my angelic guides as is. It can be considered controversial although it does in simplicities sake explain in a concise fashion. Why God is neutral as the "Great Witness" in all of our lives. Enjoy, may you find it enlightening if not challenging as you awaken spiritually. Amen. -------------------------------------------- God: 1823)  Many have asked why God is neutral in happenstance while I suffer in the world? And, many an atheist has mocked the faithful; "Stating why such a perfect loving Creator God abandons you to your suffering"? As the worshiper struggles to answer such a basic question in fullness for a moment. Otherwise a tepid response is given that it is our free will at work to fully experience good and evil in life. It is for the faithful to find their own path back to God as a whole as they struggle and as they achieve glory with him. I say to the seeker of faith and to the atheist alike that the "God of gods" is the "Great Witness". Not on a puffy cloud in an obscure heaven overlooking Creation like an aloof distant king. He, She, It resides in each of us as the "Ancient One" or the soul of us all. Be we faithful and atheist alike in the "Holy Spirit" of God himself. God, became the neutral observer by having a great clash and annihilation with his internal forces of good and evil. Both as his purest self in essence of all that is true and pure. Many in Christianity would recall the mythological Great Battle with Satan. It is for all spiritual matters under heaven and hell a distant memory of our soulful heritage. A vestige so powerful that it has become a legend unto itself told as a cautionary tale. Albeit in the retelling after the eons it continues to be diluted away from its original grace in occurrence. Pure good and pure evil stood toe to toe as both selves or identical halves of God himself. Much as we are both capable of good and evil within each of us in life. After much struggle the eternal battle of good versus evil as the fairy tale fallacy told to all. It was God whom merged on purpose pure good and pure evil to cause an effect of annihilation as two opposing forces. So in our spiritual reality both heaven and hell are in neutral harmony with the other without any harm of the fallacy of angels battling demons. After such an ancient clash before time ever became created as a dimension of being their was the void. Some call this period the real oblivion before Creation itself but they are mistaken. For Oblivion is a warped lie spake by those whom misunderstood or sought out to confuse on purpose despite the truth. For shortly after such a void as the after glow of those two forgotten halves of God's pure essence. Came a wondrous almost magical miracle deemed as perfection of what was lost appearing as the Great Void. Became the "Great Paradox" instead as one of the very first enshrined divine laws in heaven and hell and every Creation thereafter. Otherwise known to all as the Absolute. Thus to this eternal day and night as only a memory of our godlike recollection does our soul retains this memory from the mind of God himself. That after the great clash of pure good and evil. Came the all consuming nothing the void as Oblivion. After the blinking of an eye a total instant a flash of not even a full second of time like no other dilation of a continuum came the Absolute I Am That I Am! As the simultaneous phenomena that God(dess) is both nothing and everything as a bi-lateral expression of being dynamically alive! Jewels of Truth Reading From: A Soul Odyssey Within, Volume 1

Hello All, Today's entry is on the topic of Judgement. How we accuse each other with this or that dislike or wholehearted error. Whether the judgement is deserved or not in plain truth. Matters little to our spiritual identity as eternal souls. However every false judgement even in a naive lapse of the ego. Weighs on us on a psychic auric level if not individually than collectively in conjunction with the meta soul of our planet earth. As the saying goes "What comes around, goes around". So it is and the only escape from this is stop bearing false witness and the utilization of the sacred gift of forgiveness from God himself. Enjoy today's reflection from my 1st Volume of the "Jewels of Truth" series. -------------------------------------- Judgement: A God of absolute love does not hold an iota of grudges or recriminations against his own creations. However we here in this life as conditional beings of nature do hold onto slights, grudges, and judgements. And all the other sins over own own heads as guilt and of our fellow brethren as shame. This is one point of understanding on the path of eternal enlightenment for all of God's creations. Moment by moment in this blessed eternity to achieve a like grace near the same and equal mentality of our divine Creator, God. Public Health & Safety Concept: "Pharmaceutical Addiction Responsibility Fund"

Hello All, Prescription medications when they serve their purpose are a welcome balm of healing to our healthcare system in America. Healing and treating an array of symptoms that patients so dearly need for the care of any magnitude of ailments. However when such a pharmacology of medications gets abused by patients and ancillary individuals the society as a whole suffers. While researching the topic of prescription drug abuse in America I came across a litany of statistics. I read somewhere that Americans are 5% of the global population say around 311 million, but prescriptions are written like we are 20% of the global population. Pain Killers are the real scourge in America being excessively used. For instance more addicts die from over doses of pain killers than they do of Heroin and Cocaine combined in America. This hasn't gone unnoticed by the trade association of the pharmaceutical industry known as PhRMA. This trade group is very concerned about these societal trends where they are vigorously engaged in community education with local community partners nationally. So says such a web page entry citing crucial data points right here. PhRMA on Prescription Drug Abuse (Link) What I'm proposing with tonight's public health and safety societal conceptual design initiative goes much further. Than mere placing their pharmaceutical toe in the American society waters by means of community and education out reach. To share the pain (pun intended) of the mortality rate and for the living addicts getting high from their manufactured medications nationally. Meaning to establish a good faith public health trust fund of sorts available to these aforementioned community local partners. Such as drug rehab clinics and hospitals perhaps even narcotics anonymous groups. Drug Courts across America helping to staff and run them, especially by hiring more public defenders on their municipal payrolls. Aid Narcotic Vice Police squad departments with additional resources be it with awarded grants for equipment and additional personnel. Besides help the affected police departments with the disposal incineration costs of destroying seized prescription medications. Since twice a year nationally the DEA (Drug Enforcment Agency) paid by tax payers foots the bill to promote the "Prescription Drug Take-Back Day". I'll quote from their opening paragraph from November 5th of this year on their event press release. DEA Press Release (Link)

"NOV 05 (WASHINGTON) - On its ninth National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day on September 27, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and 4,076 of its national, tribal, and community law enforcement partners collected 617,150 pounds (309 tons) of unwanted prescription drugs at 5,495 sites.  This brought the total amount of drugs collected in four years to 4,823,251 pounds, or 2,411 tons.  (A breakdown of this ninth Take-Back Day’s results by state can be seen here.)"

I recall back in the 1980's during the Reagan Presidential Administration years. When cocaine when hitting the streets across America for the very first time. That eventually American military advisers a.k.a. special forces were sent to Columbia to combat the co-ca plant production. By training the Colombian National Army in dealing with this mess in their own backyard. I'm sure the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) got involved by forging partnerships of all sorts. (ie Iran-Contra Affair ring a bell?) My point is the "War on Drugs" being a catchy phrase having mediocre success nationally in these past few decades. I hear nothing now about a war on drugs although Mexcio is practically in a civil war. With 6 major drug cartels just south of our American border. The pharmaceutical industry be it domestically is just sitting pretty making billions of dollars in profits. Some of which I suppose are from illicit uses of the medications they themselves have manufactured. I bet they have those internal numbers somewhere in accounting departments in each company. I'm not stating to declare a war on the pharmaceutical industry that is plain lubricious. However they are helping that this societal public health and safety dysfunction to continue even if indirectly. Time to pony up a few billion of dollars every year into the aforementioned Public Health & Safety Trust Fund. I wonder if there are any unseen or unheard of policy research papers from think tanks. Exploring how culpable the pharmaceutical industry is with the prescription drug abuse? Stopping production is not what I'm advocating altougth stricter quality control distribution standards wouldn't hurt. Thankfully here in the State of Florida our recently reelected State Attorney General "Lady Pam Bondi". Spearheaded a couple years back a prescription drug database which several other States also are now using. That tracks medications between physicians, pain clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals avoiding previous abuses by addicts. Since only a couple years ago Florida was notoriously known as the Pill Mill Capitol of the country. That title no longer applies thanks to this statewide prescription drug database and Statewide Law Enforcment efforts. Florida gained notoriety after 2007 because of the proliferation of pain clinics in the state that were prescribing large quantities of drugs for pain with little medical justification and were being used primarily by persons abusing or diverting opioid analgesics, benzodiazepines, and muscle relaxants (2). In 2010, Florida was also home to 98 of the 100 U. S. physicians who dispensed the highest quantities of oxycodone directly from their offices. In response, Florida enacted several measures to address prescribing that was inconsistent with best practices. The Florida legislature required that pain clinics treating pain with controlled substances register with the state by January 4, 2010. In February 2010, the Drug Enforcement Administration and various Florida law enforcement agencies began to work together in Operation Pill Nation (3). Pain clinic regulations were further expanded later in 2010. In February 2011, law enforcement conducted statewide raids, resulting in numerous arrests, seizures of assets, and pain clinic closures. In July of that year, coinciding with a public health emergency declaration by the Florida Surgeon General, the state legislature prohibited physician dispensing of schedule II or III drugs from their offices and activated regional strike forces to address the emergency. Mandatory dispenser reporting to the newly established prescription drug monitoring program began in September 2011. Finally, in 2012, the legislature expanded regulation of wholesale drug distributors and created the Statewide Task Force on Prescription Drug Abuse and Newborns.

About less than half of the States in our Union are each utilizing such a strict prescription drug database as a safeguard measure. Paid wholly by tax payers, don't you think the pharmaceutical industry should have some economic skin in helping States fund such initiatives? Or is the community education and local partnerships enough of a responsibility for them as a form of accountability? Prescription Drug Abuse: Strategies to Stop the Epidemic finds that 28 states and Washington, D.C. scored six or less out of 10 possible indicators of promising strategies to help curb prescription drug abuse. Two states, New Mexico and Vermont, got the highest score, receiving all 10 possible indicators, while South Dakota scored the lowest with two out of 10.

According to the report, prescription drug abuse has quickly become a top public health concern, as the number of drug overdose deaths - a majority of which are from prescription drugs - doubled in 29 states since 1999. The rates quadrupled in four of these states and tripled in 10 more of these states.

Prescription drug related deaths now outnumber those from heroin and cocaine combined, and drug overdose deaths exceed motor vehicle-related deaths in 29 states and Washington, D.C. Misuse and abuse of prescription drugs costs the country an estimated $53.4 billion a year in lost productivity, medical costs and criminal justice costs, and currently only one in 10 Americans with a substance abuse disorder receives treatment.

So my concept or requested initiative is that the pharmaceutical industry show a combined fortitude nationally. Be it through their trade association of PhRMA or other corporate institutions domestically. By placing their combined leadership and custodial responsibility to rather be a great healer. Versus an indirect benefactor financially from the sales of these illicitly used medications. To share in the burden Uncle Sam is dealing from Nationally down to our local streets. Now that States like Florida are better safeguarded from abuses by unscrupulous physicians and pain clinics writing red flag prescriptions.The drug addicts I hear on a minority basis are holding up pharmacies directly in robberies just to get their fix. So the dilemma continues from one source in distribution to another unfortunately. Do consider how the Pharmaceutical Industry needs to be held to the highest possible standard in our health care concerns. Just as the government is in combating these efforts from the misguided end users abusing themselves and our society. However keep in mind this concept initiative can easily apply to Small Firearms Manufacturers and the Pornography Industry in America. Both are indirectly financially profiting from citizens being victimized from gun violence and sexual assaults. They should be held to a higher standard economically since the tax payer is again holding the bag once more.

Our topic today is on Grace which in its many appearances operates as a meta agent of God. Either with the "Holy Spirit" or the Angels at large orchestrating wonders of whatever order and scale. Be the recipients faithful or not be they human or not across Creation this is a metaphysical truth expressed in beauty or grace itself. Such a love is not timid, nor is it foolish, it is a love that has upheld nations by a common trust. It is the love that both saints and lovers live by to the fullest of spiritual delights. Grace when it is released into our shallow experiences breathes new life into our hearts and minds. This life is one of renewal from the old ways that led us astray. Down alleys filled with shadows and shallow experiences that at times was beneath our fullest expression as people and especially as souls. Grace is the long arm of the Lord God as an agent of the Holy Spirit to carry out the "Will of God(dess)". By allowing grace to take hold in our lives we permit justice and truth of the holiest spirits to rescue us from ourselves and from this crazy world. Political Campaigning Regulation Concept: "Classifying Mud Slinging Political Attack Advertisments as Hate Speech"

Hello All, Right now a week from today at least here in my State of Florida we're having on August 26th our governor primary election. Aside from the State Attorney General and/or local municipal public elected offices up for grabs. Back in December 2nd 2009 here at "Atrayo's Oracle" blog site. I posted a "Gem of Opportunity" concept called the "Governance Concept: Separation of Corporation and State" (Link). It was regarding how our elected officials in public office spend at least a 3rd of their time chasing after political donors. Especially the sky rocket prohibitive costs of running in television, radio, Internet, direct mail, robo phone calls, etc... media political spots. That former concept of mine in Dec. 2009 was to utilize Eminent Domain of such national and regional State airwaves. Removing the broadcasting costs to politicians running for elected office. Where those economic costs would be redistributed to the public relations and advertising agencies instead as creators of such adverts.  However today's concept now 5 years later piggy backs onto such a multimedia direct to voter audience practices. By politicians themselves and their political action committees (PACs) under their influence or from out of State actors beyond their control. If one didn't know it the much lauded First Amendment Constitutional Right of Free Speech from the American government Does Not Protect Certain Forms of Hate Speech. (ie Terroristic Threats, Fighting Words, Electronic Communication Harassment, etc..) Constitutioncenter.org Regarding Hate Speech (Link) This political campaigning governance regulation concept is to curtail hateful political attack advertisements wherever they are found. Be they such as innuendo's, misquoted statements, half truths, misinformation or disinformation, character assassination, and just plain dirty lies. This form of political election campaigning as a form of Propaganda. Has reached an ugly art form starting nearly 50 years ago with the famous Nixon era Presidential election national television ad spot with a detonation of a nuclear bomb as a little girl is picking flowers.

Why I'm I so aghast at such a political election form of campaigning because I see it as a corrosive public psychological acid. Where voter apathy and disgust with our publicly elected or appointed officials in government has reached all time highs. What this permits is political advertisement agencies to use proven psychological warfare often employed or developed by the military historically speaking. Hurray! Political attack ads have the desired effect of turning away from the voting booth someone of an opposing viewpoint or opinion. This becomes a vicious loop of a successful short term victory at the ballot box but a notorious dilemma to our democratic constitutional representative republic. Now besides allowing dodgy political candidates into public office with cutting edge minor victories at the ballot box. This can have a disastrous effect upon radicalizing unstable citizens in terms of mental health issues. What comes to mind is the 2011 Tucson, Arizona campaign shooting of U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords. Wikipedia.org 2011 Tucson Shooting of Gabrielle Giffords (Link) She was campaigning at an open air parking lot of a strip mall where a lone deranged gunman opened fire on her and those attending. Lady Giffords survived but suffered with a brain injury that took months of rehabilitation impeding her speech functions. With six others dying including a federal district court chief judge, a staffer, and a nine year old girl. So now consider radicalized disaffected citizens with a militant disposition anger at our society. With disgusting political attack ads becoming the trigger for someone going postal in rage. Targeting another government official in full swing of campaigning in their local district. Now your starting to get the picture what I foresee occurring in the years to come if such political mud slinging degenerates further. Right now as of August 12th 2014 our national Congressional approval rating is at historical lows of 14% on average. Obama Gallup Polling (Link) What I propose during a functional Congressional session rather than this low hanging fruit legislators Federally speaking. Is that partial to full comprehensive regulations be imposed with mostly punitive fines under the auspices of hate speech. If criminal charges are included which I highly doubt then add Treason to the mixture. Causing a whole jeopardy to our American electoral processes in swaying or otherwise brainwashing voters with those aforementioned political hate speech. This includes all current forms of advertising or any future technological ones. (ie Television, Radio, Internet, Social Media, Mobile Phones, Robo (Automated) Phone Calls, Direct Mail pieces, Bill Boards, Posters / Flyers, etc...) If the United States government can call to the mat internationally countries like Saudi Arabia and Pakistan for hate filled Madaras (Islamic Religious Schools). Then look at its own hypocrisy with these 50 years plus of vicious political media spot attack advertising. I suggest the entire pipeline from Political candidates, public relation consultants, advertising agencies, political action committees (PACs), lobbyists, activists, broadcasters, etc... All have their feet held to the fire of public decency standards. Allowing political advertising be something other than assassinating political candidates in public in terms of their character or record. Let it all go back to the basics much like non partisan elections in your local municipalities. Such as political campaigns about the issues at hand and the personal resume of the candidates themselves. None of this Orwellian operatic drama only to rally the fundamentalist extremes of either political party and drive all the rest completely disgusted.
