Dude sometimes I don't understand people like it ain't that fuckin hard to ignore something and keep your mouth shut. Like a normal person, they could've just blocked it and stayed out. They aren't even in the fandom yet they said something to start shit. I get that the particular artist draws hella gory stuff from time to time, but some of it is for plot or it's stress art. Don't like it, just ignore it. You and the artist are hella kind so don't let people give ya shit!
