no, so when wattpad delete a story they completely wipe it -- it's not in my drafts. it means all the additional chapters that included plot drafts, etc, are gone with it. thank gawwwd we were so close to the end!!

note from holly: originally published to wattpad in 2021 and also briefly uploaded to tumblr, too. It’s just hit 100k reads over on wattpad so I thought I’d put it here too!! There are two additional chapters on wattpad, connecting the story another fic of mine and also showing us jk + oc four years on from the events of NC!! when i open the link it doesn't show anything and when i check your wattpad you stated that some stories got deleted? so it seems like wattpad deleted that too. i was wondering if you could publish the night crawlers additional story here on tumblr? bcs i really want to see it T^T
so wattpad only deleted bad decisions -- my 540k word mammoth of a fic -- but i wasn't gonna give them the opportunity to strike me twice, so I took everything else down!! partially to protect the stories (once wattpad deletes them, they're removed completely even from the writers drafts) and also cause I don't want them making ad revenue off me lol
i can definitely upload it, but it ties into demimonde which is another fic and there's some context that might be missing. I'm in the process of transferring things over to ao3, so pls gimmie a little time. I'm a prolific writer so there's a lot to get done, waaa </3
everything is still a bit of a mess when it comes to my links etc 'cause I just haven't had the time outside of work to get it sorted. I'll get to it as soon as I can <33

it's fully uploaded on ao3! the chapters run a little differently - I have 2-4 wattpad chapters in 1 ao3 chapter, which is why it might seem like less.
i'm doing something fun in regards to the tumblr uploads--pls know they are coming, but I might need a little time <33

there's a pansori (traditional korean story telling) group that I saw at a festival last summer called leenalchi and they were like one of the highlights, so so good!!! highly rec if they're ever doing a show near you!!!
anyways, one of the members, chun hyojeong (전효정 is her name (same family name as kook but she opts for different romanisation!!)) is literally exactly how i imagine danbi.
like i cannot even describe to you how gorgeous she is irl -- my friend and I both turned to each other when we first saw her and were like... have u ever seen a more beautiful woman???!!! she has dimples, is a gym girlie, has her hair cut pretty short which isn't that common here and yeah, just the coolest vibes EVERRR. still in awe of her!!!!

so it's actually 51!!! or the writing process for it at least!
i do this thing sometimes where i spend like 96730538 hours writing and am like :D okay :D that's done :D like my brain is such jelly, and upload the chapters without going through them properly (me with throttle 37 a couple days ago lol).
there'll be a feeling of discontentment within me that wont rest, and so ill take it down a day or so later, add another 3k and realise that it was totally unfinished and not ready to be published -- but by that point my invested readers will have already read it and know then plot :( it always makes me feel so embarrassed haha, my least favourite feeling.
anyway, 51 was SUCH an important chapter, and it hit all the plot points it needed to, but the first iteration of the chapter felt rushed and not... good? i guess?
it just didn't hit the mark in the way I wished it would and I could really tell that readers shared my thoughts about it (even if they were too kind to say it!), and so yeah, I just hated that feeling.
so that's the process. i love the chapter now!! fixed it up nicely hehe
in terms of the plot? the one where they fought about hayun in his bedroom :(
