I Have A Bunch Of These Chainmail Cubes That I Use As Juggling Balls, And I Really Like Them For That

I have a bunch of these chainmail cubes that I use as juggling balls, and I really like them for that purpose. This was one that someone bought recently, and they only wanted a single one, so I'm assuming they'll be using it as a fidget toy.
Made of stainless steel, woven with a Japanese style weave extended up into a 3D lattice.

I’m thinking about making a bunch of heads like this to use as display props when selling at conventions and craft fairs. I'll probably want to simplify the pattern a bit, but this was a good first shot. It seems to fit a mask fairly well as is, so the basic gist is good.

This leather wolf mask can be worn with glasses! Also, of the canine masks I’ve made, this is the one I’m happiest with the snout on.
Here it is up for order on Etsy!
In my quest to make more glasses-compatible masks, I had another idea for how to get good solid shaping on snouts, and I’m pretty happy with the results, at least visually. Since the bridge of the nose can’t be a structural portion of the design, I made a solid base mask that gets extra stability by continuing down over the mouth, with the snout built off of this base. The only issue I’m worried about is that it covers over the mouth, so that might not work for everyone.
I think I’m gonna try making a dragon in this style next.
I dont know if your on here. But if you could send me more pictures of how you start out your see scalemaille tail I would be grateful. I've been trying to make one but I just can't seem to figure out the first 4 layers.
Here’s what I got: https://armoreddragon.tumblr.com/post/102660390855/
For the very tip where it’s only 2 scales around on each row (or 4 I guess if you’re counting wrong), you kinda just have to mentally force-unwrap it to a sheet, stare at it for a minute, and weave each scale down to connect to the two scales in the previous row. It really wants to fold flat at that point, so you either add in some extra links between the connecting rings to bridge across the center of the tube; or you just skip that bit and go straight to the 3-scale rows and avoid that problem.
Maybe one of these years I’ll put together a real tutorial on these tails, but at the same time, it doesn’t feel right to give every anon detailed step-by-step instructions for how to replicate the product that’s made me the most money for the last decade.

Here’s the new dragon hood mask! The surface is finished with a range of shimmery blues, and the eyes are an acrylic plastic that reflects green and blue from certain angles.
I'll have this for sale at my table at Arisia this coming weekend, and afterwards I'll put it up on Etsy. (Either directly if this one doesn’t sell, or for custom orders if it does.)
I still need to come up with a more specific descriptor of this design. The blues really emphasize the aquatic feel, and the swooping seams between the pieces remind me a bit of a dolphin or orca. I’ve already got a mask design that I call a sea dragon though...
It’s made of 6 oz vegetable-tanned leather, which is a bit thicker than what I normally use. I really like the weight and stiffness it gave though. Makes the whole thing feel very solid. The pieces are cut with a laser cutter, then wet-formed, dyed, painted, and riveted together by hand. Progress shots of the build are here.
It buckles on with 5 straps. The ones shown in the photos are snagged from the cat mask that I’ve also finished up recently (and apparently haven’t posted yet), because the blue shiny ones that will match this mask were still drying when I went to take photos.
