I'm Going To Go To The Riverbank,

I'm going to go to the riverbank,

Smell the sweet stench of the water,

Lay on the sun-soaked rocks,

And pretend to be a bloated corpse.

I just washed ashore, cold and alone,

Waiting for the ants to eat me.

Gonna read Lord of the Flies again so I can relive my trauma

Maybe I'll just evaporate into the clouds,

Only for them to rain me out somewhere different,

And likely less desirable.

Walked into a spiderweb today, didnt even flinch. What have I become?
