I'd be embarrassed to self-plug, but you're looking so I'm offering! My mountain of WIPs are pretty much all I post about, unless I get tagged/asked. I also try to post daily, so I hope you're prepared for essay-long posts about my worldbuilding lol.

This is so cute!!!

I made Fuafua, the slug-fox mascot of my fantasy world Yssaia, into a kawaii bag! The bag is very lumpy and doesn't fit my shoulders very well, but I'm new to sewing and I'm pretty proud of it!

Fuafua is a maret -- which fills the same niche as ocelots, only way more aquatic focused. It has the texture of like... a stress ball -- sticky but not HORRIBLE. They do come in many bright colors -- in the wild, they tend to be more brown and gray speckled with color. But humans like it when animals are pretty colors and have made pastel ones.

And Arlasaire starts using one as a service animal partway through the story and names it Fuafua -- which is the sound pillows make in Thuillean.

Diacaius is DEEPLY amused by this because, not ONLY is Fuafua nothing like a pillow, but also, Fuafua may secretly be a very powerful, world-shattering entity and he thinks it's great his daughter basically named it "fluffy".

I probably wouldn't look at the fanfiction or the cosplays (gotta leave some space for just the fans), but if they sent me fanart?? I'd eat that UP. That being said, it's not a real fandom without a good set of memes imo.

In honor of this dumb meme getting way more attention than I thought it would, I decided to make a tag game out of it!

Hello everyone! I'm Faye (she/her). I'm a 26-year-old office worker who loves hiking, TTRPGs, cats, and writing! It's been a hot minute since I've used Tumblr, but I'm willing to give it another try since there's such a wonderful, thriving writing community here!

I've had time to start fleshing out a few of my story ideas recently, and I hope to publish both novels and serialized web novels!

My preferred genres are definitely fantasy and horror, but I'm also a fan of sci-fi. I'm also a huge sucker for found family, magic with consequences, defying fate, and bittersweet victories.

a science fantasy story featuring looking into the void and the void looking back, planetary arts and crafts, sentient magic, discovering self-worth, and fighting the government.

the eye of the abyss

a gaslamp fantasy story featuring portals to hell, spooky specters, psychic warriors, soft lesbians, gay panic, reincarnated villains, and destroying the world for the sake of love.

echoes of our dark demise

a high fantasy story featuring time travel (kind of???), surprise fatherhood, political intrigue, chosen ones and fated villains, badass siblings, angelic/demonic analogous forces, and a band of mercenaries just trying their best.

It's not technically the last line I wrote, but it's the third-to-last line I wrote and it's the only one that makes sense out of context.
