The worst thing of all happened tonight.  Someone broke into my house!  I don’t think they took anything, but there was definitely someone here.  I heard them bumping and banging around.  I called the police right away, but the officer came too late to catch whoever it was.  I spent the rest of the night tossing and turning, unable to sleep.  I finally got up to write to you guys.  I wish you were here...I don’t feel safe by myself anymore...

End of Year Tag 

@anotherplumbob and @beaella9 both tagged me to do the End of the Year tag, and since I’m home with my computer now, I guess I’d better get on it.  

I started Bluewater Challenge Round 2 in January 2017, so I’m going to start in those folders and pick one picture from each household for Round 2 and 3 (what we’ve seen so far, anyways). There’s a lot of them, so look under the cut. Thanks for the tag!  It’s fun to reminisce about how far I’ve come in a year!

Landgraab Round 2 - Abby Slater becomes a backstabbing bitch and Malcolm gets his heart broken

Delarosa Round 2 - Gilbert and Breanna are cute on the beach, and Florence thinks Herb is adorable

Tinker Round 2 - Stephen and Wanda both getting pregnant, and Melody being a great big sister

Ramirez Round 2 - The best family photo I’ve taken to date, Checo and Lisa looking snazzy at the fancy party they went to, and finishing eating 20 grilled cheese sandwiches! 

Larson Round 2 - Random townies making out at the store, Jodie’s reaction to finding Jason making out with his girlfriend, and the twins actually getting along for once. 

Jacquet Round 2 - Eek, a glitch!, Gilbert and Breanna being cute again, and Denise finally being happy with Hardimos the cat. 

Supernatural Roommates Round 2 - A beautiful picture of Cyd in Takemizu Village and the boys meeting the Wise Old Man in the Hidden Pagoda.

Kat Round 2 - The difficulties of posing cats for a picture, Faline jumping at the snore zzzz’s, and Samantha keeping one eye on Tara just in case she sets something else on fire. 

Kim Round 2 - Cynthia peeing herself after Bob’s bad dirty joke, Justin with the robot his dad made for him, and Malcolm freaking out in the bathroom at the baby shower.

Melody at Uni - Stephen saying goodbye to his baby girl, Brittany’s adorable sad face, and Melody being gorgeous while calling home

Malcolm’s Bachelor Challenge - The title shot, Malcolm kissing Charlotte on the balcony, and Malcolm’s face as Cynthia and Sylvia finished their pitch.

Landgraab Round 3 - Abby wondering what will happen to her after Malcolm rejected her, Malcolm and Charlotte on the swings, and Lillian looking through the window while Malcolm and Charlotte hug.

And that’s it for 2017!  I played a little bit of the Tinker round before Christmas, but none of those pictures are all that great.  We’ll have to see what happens with them, and the rest of the residents of Bluewater, in 2018. I can hardly wait! 

🎄🎄🎄Merry Christmas from Bluewater Village!🎄🎄🎄 The formatting on the Christmas letters I just posted was truly awful, so I’m saving those for another time. (They were all jumbled together and I couldn’t get them to separate.) I hope you’re all having a merry Christmas (or just a good day if you don’t celebrate). I’m looking forward to another year of sharing stories and sims here on tumblr with all of you. ❤️❤️❤️

I have a snow day from work today (the perks of working in education), so I’m going to open my game and play the Tinkers.  (I told myself I’d do that this past Friday when we had a snow day, but ended up going back to bed instead. But today I mean it.)

Merry Christmas, everyone! I’m going to work on some Christmas posts for Bluewater, but I need to collect pictures. (I’d take new ones but I don’t have my computer here... Maybe I’ll do a photo shoot for New Year’s...) Hopefully I’ll have something extra for you tomorrow. In the meantime, I wish you the merriest of Christmases and the happiest of holidays. *hugs*

Thanks for the reassuring call.  It was good to hear your voices, and to get your advice.  I invited Herb over right after we hung up.  He got here really fast and I was so glad to see him!  I told him everything.
