- final fight for the discs is tomorrow
- cc tommy spent the entirety of his stream today hinting his character was going to die
- jack manifold and niki have both started plotlines involving tommy's character which would go unresolved if he died
- c!dream doesn't want to kill c!tommy
- one way or another, the disc war plotline will be tied up and over with after this fight, meaning that for whatever reason, the discs won't be a source of power anymore
- the 'your discs' compass leads to an unknown location that could give dream an advantage, and he may have allies in punz (mercenary) and ranboo (in his 'unaware' state)
- alternatively, since the disc war was basically the last real win c!tommy and c!tubbo had with no strings attached, it would be narratively satisfying for them to win this fight as well
- cc tubbo seems uncomfortable with acting like c!tommy is dead
- the prison is finished
- the main problem with putting someone in the prison is that it will be hard for them to make content
- cc tommy wants to focus less on streaming which he can't do as the 'main character' of the rp
- several 'villain' arcs targeted towards his character are based on the fact that they don't think he gets real consequences
- without the discs / threat of killing him, c!dream will probably want another way to control c!tommy, especially if he loses the big fight
- cc tommy pointed out his character (and technoblade's) are the only two with no way of knowing about the prison
- on a meta level, c!tubbo has plot armour because cc tubbo makes a lot of his content on the smp and he's just begun the snowchester arc
- when sam built the prison to be inescapable, he was probably not considering nukes
conclusion: fear.
okay actually if tommy decides that after wednesday he’s leaving the smp, none of y’all mfers better get genuinely upset at him for choosing to do so. yeah, it’s a sad decision that he would make, but it’s something that he wants to do & honestly none of us have control of what he does; the smp won’t be the same for me w/o him in it for me and a lot of others, but if any of y’all mfers actually bash him if he leaves? it’s *cocks gun* =)

Okay ya, Jack definitely sounds almost lost with Tommy gone. Even Jack sounds surprised that he's missing Tommy!
The man's really plotted to kill Tommy and is now confused what to do with himself... This is gonna be an interesting plot
EDIT: And now it sounds like he doesn't care about the hotel... I guess Tommy's death really got to him

I think it’s interesting that C!Tommy straight up gave away his music disc to dream, Though he was sad (or at least tired and frustrated), He showed some uninterest in them. I was hoping for a long time that C!Tommy would realize the discs aren’t worth anything, even though he worked so painfully hard for them. and I think it’s happening, But what concerns me, is C!Dream’s reaction to it. He seems so overjoyed that he got Mellohi, Even though he (Probably) saw that He might not be able to use it as leverage over Tommy anymore. This gets me thinking, Is there something more to these discs than their Emotional Value? Perhaps They are worth a little more than what Everyone originally thought?
