I couldn't decide which one is better so have both :)

He became more of a twink then I originally planned but I still think it looks good. Also I have no idea if it is noticeable, but I play around with shadows and light resources more, so it took me a whole fucking day to finish this, I did brighten up the picture quite a lot so it probably isn't as prominent

Also the idea with the hands came from me when I just applied hand lotion, and my squirrel brain was acting up because I wanted to draw but I had gross lotion hands. Originally I also wanted to write lotion hands on it but decided against it

So yea i finally watched the movie and it's save to say I want to protect and love this dork.

Also one note I started to read the novel and BOY, movie and novel Martin?? Two different people. While movie Martin would apologize for breathing to hard near you, novel Martin would fight you on sight if you look at him for to long.

The first picture is inspired by the different versions of their respective meadia. While movie Martin is baby, novel Martin would probably scratch your eyes out.

I also had a small discussion with someone( if I remember right) that they really wanted a female version of him, so I made a sketch :)

At the moment I reached chapter 7.

I think we all remember the scene in the movie were Martin found out that the one housewife was cheating on her husband and our boy cought them red handed. In the movie he adapted really good with this new problem, showing that the boy got some brains,but the novel??

He straight up beaten the man into a bloody mess. My guy got some secret anger issues. I was a bit shocked how aggressive he reacted to the whole thing. In the book it's even described how aimlessly he throws the punches out of blinde rage.

But even tho novel Martin is more feral and aggressive, there are a few glimpses of our beloved vamp boy from the movie which makes me smile.

He also seems a bit more scatter brained then the movie version, like there is a lot of repeating words and sentences that maybe have a few different words thrown in there that the sentence isn't completely the same.(On another note, novel Martin is confirmed twink skinny legend)

Also, just because Martin has his thoughts a bit jumbled up, he is still a smart guy and got a lot of patience with stalking his victims and finding out their daily routine.

I need to say from what I have seen from him at the moment all the hostility from Cuda is justified. Since someone gave me a few trigger warnings and they told me that (I think) chapter 20 is going to be some heavy shit. I wouldn't be so surprised to be on Cudas side on the end of the book and being happy that Martin dies (if the ending is going to be the same like the movie).

Wich I definitely didn't feel in the movie and got quite upset that our boy ended up dead.

(I still hate cuda tho, he slapped Christina (I think that was her name, god I'm bad at remembering names) multiple times and made her cry. Like she is the only one were I would be so fucking mad when something bad happens to her).

I believe in old man lenz supremacy, the more I spent time in the blog the more I fell in love, I love him so much like,, I am straight up a simp now
