I didn’t think Goomy was a dragon when I first saw it. More like an innocent slime monster that needs your protection. Rain is where it thrives, so this is a good place to train one. Route 19, Grande Vallee Way, with a swamp beneath the bridge to Snowbelle City. An area that I remember fondly seeing Goodra for the first time.
Goodra evolving to be this cute, friendly slug monster is so far removed from the EDGE of Hydreigon that I wonder if it was on purpose.
