𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚

This is a FNAF Security Breach short story based off of the beginning half of the song "Choice" by Jack Stabur. Highly recommend you give the song a listen for it is a good song and this story is gonna make a whole lot more sense once you've listened to the song.

POV Used:Second person (Use of You/Yours/You're/Your)

You’ve worked at the Mega Pizzaplex for a while now and to say it’s a headache to try and remember every animatronic you’re in charge of is an understatement, especially when some of them are as needy as a two year old. So, to spare your poor brain the pain, you’ve figured out code names for each of the animatronic you’re in charge of keeping up to maintenance with the other technicians. You even made sure to have the codename for each of them fit for one reason or another.

𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞. Chica was always the one to open her heart to anyone, the gal wears her robotic heart on those spikey bracelets she wears. While it would have been easier to just codename her something that has to do with food, it also would have been low hanging fruit. And there’s more to that chicken than just her gluttony! Her appetite may be big but her heart is just as big, maybe even bigger!

𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧. While may think Monty is just some party animal who only has a Thing 1 and Thing 2 in his head, he’s actually much more smarter than he is credited with. He had to be! Golf does take some sense of wisdom to be able to always get those holes in one on his first tries! While Monty is admittedly not the sharpest tool in the shed, he’s sure as hell ain’t the useless one in there!

𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭. Is it any surprise that the actual heart of the Pizzaplex is codenamed heart? Especially when you’re as big as a teddy bear as Freddy is! He’s got a robotic heart of gold, which often leaves him as the clueless victim to many of the older kid’s relentless pranks and teasing. Freddy is always ready to lend a helping paw to anyone! Whether it be a patron, a kid, a staff member, another animatronic, or even little stowaways with a mouth full of sass.

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥. With how obsessed Roxy is with always being the best it’s not hard to imagine that she can be quite bossy and controlling. Always yelling at the poor staffbots to do their jobs better and more quicker, screaming about how she can’t afford to be wasting her time when she has so many adoring fans just dying to get a photo with her or get her autograph. Roxy always has everyone around her on their toes since there’s no telling when her next command will be shouted from the inside of Glamrock Saloon or Rockstar Row.

𝐂𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞. With how off-the-walls and energetic Sundrop is, you’d think he’s running off of caffeine! He’s always doing something and when he finishes that something? He bounces on over right to the next thing! It’s nearly impossible to get a word in with him with how quickly he moves from one thing to the next with a scary amount of focus for a robot that acts so childish.

𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧. While this could also be considered low hanging fruit, what better way to describe Moondrop than the literal sleep aid that is in the candies he’s associated with? Moondrop is pretty much in his own right a walking sleep aid! He has a built in music box that plays a soft melody of the daycare’s theme that lulls you right to sleep and he smells like lavender! What better way to end off the day than cuddling with the gentle moon who will always make sure you’re well rested?

In your mind these codenames were easy to remember, especially since you work Monday to Friday and have to constantly be checking up on the animatronics. You’d even say them to yourself constantly in the order of what animatronic you went to:

This seemed like a flawless plan, just keep repeating the codenames to yourself and you won’t forget them! To anyone that thought process would make sense, why wouldn’t it? After all, repeating something over and over again will cause your brain to memorize that something! So what could possibly go wrong with this plan?

Well, what happened is that you started to feel very very sluggish as of late. It was like you didn’t sleep for a whole week with how tired you felt, and you knew you were sleeping! You remember going to bed before having to come to work! So why do you feel so damn tired all the time? It was already bad enough that your drowsiness was causing you to slack off on the job and mess up the simplest of tasks, but now you were starting to forget the codenames you gave the animatronics! You noticed that when you were going over the codenames in your head you forgot two of them:

You were forgetting what you codenamed Monty and Moondrop. You searched as far back as you could in your memory but you just couldn't seem to remember what you had their codenames as. You groaned to yourself as you rubbed your eyes, maybe you had it on a post-it note at home but you still had five hours to go before you got to clock out. In the meantime you decided to go to the daycare to see if Moondrop could help you get some rest so that you could be getting up and going for the rest of your shift. Hopefully this well needed nap won’t cost you your job.

Some good that nap did you. This night you feel even more sluggish than you did yesterday! How many moondrops did Moondrop give you to “help” you sleep? Probably half the bag with how tired you felt. You could barely keep awake as you were walking around, and it was evident that you were just one whiff of lavender away from passing out right then and there. Vanessa, the head security guard of the night crew, had came up to you multiple times throughout the night asking if you were OK or if you needed a quick break. Each time you had, very poorly, reassured Vanessa that you were find and just accidentally ate some of the moondrop candies that you somehow mistook for the sunnydrop candies. You knew she didn’t believe you but she never pressed on after you gave your answer. She just eyed you suspiciously and walked away. You weren’t sure how many half assed lies Vanessa would let you get away with before she forced you on a break but you were hoping that you could get through the night without passing out in the Atrium and Vanessa sending you home early.

As you were going to make your nightly rounds you tried to go over the codenames you gave the animatronics. Only to find you were forgetting one once more:

This time your were forgetting China's codename! At this point your faulty memory was starting to piss you off. The name was always on the tip of your tongue but it never clicks in your brain for whatever reason and it was beginning to become annoying. Even more so since you were tired as all hell and was on the verge of passing out. Always forgetting things paired with your tiredness makes for a very grumpy and irritable mood for anyone. Focusing hard you tried hard to remember the codenames you gave the animatronics, saying them aloud:

“𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧”

“𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭”-

Before you could finish you suddenly heard a female voice say in a singsong tone of voice “Wake up~” before something blunt slammed into the back of your head, knocking you out cold.

You woke up feeling groggy, memories of what happened feeling hazy as you blinked in and out of consciousness. As your brain slowly gained that consciousness you found that you weren’t anywhere in the Pizzaplex, at least you didn’t think so. You were in a dirty concrete room with a single lightbulb being the only light source in the poorly lit room. Cliche. As you looked around you saw that you were unsurprisingly tied to a wooden chair in the middle of the room. Typical TV kidnapped victim cliche, though you didn’t exactly expect someone to actual do this in real life. As you looked around you saw the figure of what looked to be someone in a fully body rabbit suit standing in front of you, staring at you with creepily glowing purple eyes that you could faintly make out the pupils in. Once the figure noticed you had woken up it smiled a disturbingly wide smile that glowed purple just like its eyes. Then it spoke in a distorted and chilling tone;

A/N:I hoped you liked this! This is my first full fledged story of any kind that I've posted to the internet, despite the fact that I've been writing stories for years now lol, so I hope that the online fan fiction writing critics like my story! So, the start of this is confusing in itself, bc 1) where is this starting? Because in the endings from SB I don't believe they leave off with the prospect of Gregory still there.

Which, that's definitely not Greg anyway right? It's something else using his voice, that I'm sure about.

2) wth is going on in general like, AR? Just randomly introduced? I love it don't get me wrong, the AR bunny dude is cool as fuck. I think he's not a bad guy, from what I've seen he's just trying to keep Cassie off of the V.A.N.N.I. network, which, yeah fair.

But that begs the question if he's trying to keep us off the network did he attempt to do so with Vanny? Or is it different for us?

Also Roxy apologizing is the cutest shit ever, I love her sm.

Chicka...I don't know how I feel about her yet, I'm sad about how she seems to be so.. paranoid? That when she eats trash now she is always looking behind her.

It's sad and I don't really like Gregory tbh, I mean, yes he was trying to survive last game but it still seems kind of... excessive.

Anyway thats just a few thoughts.

Monty is just a feral fucking dog man I tell you. Like go for it bro, be the best ankle biter you can be, bite that gate.

It's weird that when security breach first came out everyone was like, obsessed with Monty. Like the edits went hard man, that robotic gator had sex appeal.

Now he's just a shitty Chihuahua who chases you and eats your fucking ankles.

Let’s begin!

He enjoys talking to you but won’t initiate any conversations because he thinks you will get bored of him eventually.

He for sure loves physical touch and sometimes purrs when you cuddle him in his greenroom.

He’s a massive animatronic and will be gentle with you due to his size.

He hates his original name “Montgomery” according to him it is “A wacky name for a bass player” and that’s why he prefers his nickname.

He’s very jealous of you. If anyone seems like a threat to him he will stand next to you wrapping his tail around you.

If he is having an outburst again the other band members and staff would call you to calm him down. He seems to only listen to you when he’s in that state.

He’d definitely have a picture of you two in his greenroom.

He was the biggest fan of Bonnie and definitely had a plushie of him in his room.

He has the biggest marking kink you could ever imagine. He can’t go one session without giving you at least two bite marks.

He is very dominant and also demands this position. Every time you try to initiate something he’d quickly turn it around so he’s the one on top of you.

He would use the pet names “Rockstar” and “Babe” a lot.

He gets easily attached to things you give him. Even if it’s something as simple as a dandelion you picked up before work, he’d keep it forever…

He likes to pick you up and he will make cheeky comments about your height. (Even if you’re just 1cm shorter than him).

He loves to edge you until your legs shake from frustration and he’s always teasing you about it.

He loves seeing you get all flustered when he compliments you.

He’d be the type to say “Did ya’ do somethin with your hair? Looks great…” even though you did nothing new with your looks. It makes you laugh every time.

He’d have a hard time showing you affection through words so he likes to leave you little notes that say “have a good day/night” or “I hope we’ll see each other soon.”

When you’re working with him in Parts & Service he’d always look at you with admiration. He doesn’t know a thing about his mechanics so he’s really impressed with your abilities.

Sometimes on your breaks or after your shift you go to gator golf to see Monty and occasionally play golf with him. He’s obviously a really good player so it’s hard to compete with him.

Once you won a game and he just pushed you into the lakes and laughed historically as you tried to get out.

You tried to get back on him and do the same but he was too heavy to be pushed away. So he just jumped to the side and you fell down into the lake yourself. He laughed and said “Haha! Karma is a bitch, rockstar!”

He would also enjoy taking you around the Pizzaplex to places where you weren’t before.

When you cuddle with him he always puts his head on top of yours.

Sometimes you two get too caught up in a conversation that he forgets to charge and he goes on standby mode. (Freddy comes to help you if that happens).

He knows your work schedule better than you do yourself. “Monty when do I have to start working again tomorrow?”. “8pm till 6am. You have the night shift tomorrow.”

He lets you put on his glasses and eventually gets you a pair of them in the gift shop.

He loves to hear you beg for pleasure. He will overstimulate you so much that you can only say his name and beg for more.

With enough convincing and reassurance he’ll open up to you about his feelings. And once he does he’s extremely grateful that you don’t judge him.

If he’d ever hurt you by accident he wouldn’t forgive himself. But he’ll be harsh if you want him too.

When he has an outburst and you get called to handle it he’ll say stuff like “Why would ever want to be with me!? Don’t you see that I’m a monster…?” while his voice cracks down while he sobs in your arms.
