You: *looks at him and rolls eyes*

Megumi: ughhhhhh!!! Fine, you win!!!

You: *arches brow in confusion*

Megumi: …shit, I suck at apologizes, so…..unfuck you or whatever…idk, just talk to me; please (T . T)

You: *smiles and giggles softly* hahahaha, you’re such a d♡ck…. *pulls him in for a hug*

Megumi: *hugs you tightly and inhales your sweet aroma* I am a d♡ck.

~~ So he just dumped you cuz you weren’t “pretty enough”?

muttered Megumi. He took notice of how you made yourself look smaller; you were sitting on the grass, holding your knees close to your chest as you sniffed away your quiet cries.

“ Embarrassing, right” you whimpered, as you looked at the moon.

Your glossy eyes made it difficult to view the beautiful bright moon; that was above you, illuminating both you and Megumi.

Megumi wasn’t the biggest fan of comforting people; he felt awkward, especially when it came to relationship problems. Yet, he was here with you trying his best to help you out with your problem.

“Look Megumi, I’m sorry that I had to call you here at this time. Just to talk about how shitty my ex boyfriend broke up with me.” you sighed.

Wiping away your tears with your sweater sleeve and trying your greatest to sniff away any visible boogers on you. “Here, take this.” Megumi advised as he handed you a tissue.

You glanced away from moon to his face. He had a sympathetic look; an apologetic smile. You gave him back a half smile and reached for the tissue. You looked away from him to blow your nose. “Thanks, Megumi.” you sniffed. Putting the dirty tissue inside your sweater pocket.

“Do you always keep a tissue with you?” you inquired. Megumi just gave you a small laugh and added; “Yeah, cuz you never know when one your friends ends up getting dump by their stupid boyfriend.” You chuckled at his remark and stood up from where you were sitting at. Megumi stands up as well and stretches his limbs.

“On a serious note, I’m truly thankful that you came here at this time to keep me some company and hearing me vent about my shitty ex boyfriend” you stated. Megumi looks at you and takes a couple steps closer to you. You just stand there; observing how he takes your hands into his.

“I will become the lowest person to exist but I could give two fucks. A simp.” Megumi let’s go of one of your hands; only to caress your left cheek. You blush at his actions; you always had a mini crush on him but you always disregarded your feelings towards him. Obviously, cuz you had a boyfriend and well, Megumi was just a good friend.

You guys look into each other’s eyes. “A simp? I don’t understand you, Megumi.” you gave him a puzzled look.

Megumi signs and confesses, “You are a pretty girl. Just by looking into your eyes, I can see the beauty.” You’re left speechless, you didn’t know what to say or what to do. You never thought this would happen, not even in a million years.

Blinking a couple times, you notice how you’re crying again. They’re not sad tears but happy tears. Megumi gently wipes your tears away and pulls you in for a hug. You hold onto his embrace; taking in his aroma. Tears falling on his sweater; but Megumi doesn’t care. He’s been waiting for this moment. He hated seeing you with that douche bag of your boyfriend. But now, that you’re no longer with him, he can finally get his chance to be with you. It might sound greedy and selfish of his part but like he said, “I could give two fucks.”

megumi who's actually really good at drawing and makes unrealistic characters like this and gives them clothes he would probably have.

megumi who watches breaking bad, daria, mtv downtown, south park and his favorite movie is the outsiders and the hitman

megumi who only wears wired headphones and sometimes beats when it goes with his outfit. blasts deftones, the smiths, mcr and foo fighters.

megumi who has straight B-'s and is fine with it. he really doesnt know what he wants to be when he grows up and hasn't put any thought into it.

megumi who plays rosemary by deftones on his guitar religiously

megumi who gets nervous easily so it makes his palms all hot and sweaty.

megumi who ends up joining a band in his junior year of highschool, their only guitarist cus hes so good they don't even need another one.

megumi who ends up performing with them at a festival and start to get a little popular after that.

6:00,that was the time he would usually receive some gifts and sweet pastries from this unknown person.

But since the day that Megumi perceived that you were the one behind those little presents,this daily routine of seeing bags full of sweets and Teddy bears quickly dissipated.

Not that he expected you to still undergo this regular task of bringing those usual offerings after what happened last time.He literally humiliated you and didn't show any compassion when he stepped on the photoframe that you made for him.

Ironic that now,this same photoframe is hanged up to the wall of his office,and he's been staring at it for a few days after your last encounter.

Instead of focusing on the meeting that was actually taking place,Megumi's mind cannot help but project the face you made that day.It has been 4 years already since you walked out of his office.

To say that he regrets everything that he did would be an understatement.The supposed girlfriend he had at his house the day you showed up with tears in your eyes was just a random girl he hooked up with in a way to convince himself that the choices he made were regretless.But did it work though?

Probably not.Because they didn't even last 3 days;the woman in question was no different from the other women who he slept with behind your back.Just a quick fling with a gold digger.

And the iconic line of him 'falling in love with someone else'? Megumi was a good businessman but also a talented actor if he was able to feed you with that lie.For him to fall in love with someone else,he should have a heart.But he didn't.Because his heart was stolen by you.

You think that he doesn't want to come back to you and to beg on his knees for you to take him back?Yes he doesn't want to.Why?Because he knows that you would take him back.That you won't even bother listening to his pleads and just make him some tea.That was the kind of love you had for him.But he didn't treasure it.

Instead,he chose to act like a total asshole.Leaving you waiting for him until you would collapsed on the sofa of the living room,while he was out drinking and dancing with random girls.

5:45 the clock read and your car was not even in the parking lot.

He hurt you pretty badly.But didn't he always did so?Why did you decide to stop coming now?He didn't even hurt you that much did he?

The meeting ended but Megumi felt like it didn't even start.His day was full of thoughts of you and his heart was feeling weak.

But he suddenly felt a glimpse of joy.

Because sitting on a bench next to the receptionist table was his lovely Y/N,with her bags in hands and a welcoming smile on her face,walking in his direction.

5:50 the meeting ended.

Was it the meeting that got him weak?

Was it the load of paperwork he had to sort out this morning that made his head dizzy?

Or was it the heartbreak he felt when you walked past him?

"Yuuji!!"

Yuuji?Wasn't he the guy who was working in the same project as him?Did you come for him?

"Y/N..Baby!"He heard the guy respond.

"I brought you food and your favorite dessert because you told me that you will have to work overnight with the big project coming."he heard your lovely voice said.

'I'm staying overnight too' he wanted to say.

"I even brought you some warm clothes and a duvet large enough to warm your whole body in case you feel cold!!!"you said.

'Where is mine?'Megumi thought.

"But you didn't bring me my Teddy Bear"he heard your new lover's voice muttering.

"Here!!"you laughed,probably giving him the toy he wanted.

"YAY!!!"the room was filled with the laughter of your boyfriend and you.

'You didn't bring me anything?'he wanted to ask.

The funniest part was that the interaction between you and your new partner was all happening behind him.He couldn't find it in himself to confront you,to say the least to even look at your face.But he effortly turned around to face his fate.

He didn't care about you,he doesn't care about you.

And yet tears were already brimming in his eyes at the sight of you smiling at someone else.

He didn't love you anymore.His actions clearly showed it.So why was his heart breaking when he saw you kissing Yuuji?

'Did you seriously think that she would stay tied up to you?'he was laughing sourly.

"I have to go back home.Your mother just texted and said that she just brought Yuki home. Oh God."you sighed.

"Ahh sorry,my love,that I have to leave you alone today but I'll make it up to you and to our baby tomorrow,yeah?"Yuuji exclaimed.

Not only did you move on,but you already had a family with someone who was treating you a lot better than Megumi ever did.

You did your best to ignore the latter's presence since you came into the building today.But you felt that you needed a closure.

So,you finally turned around to look at Megumi,who was in such a pitiful state.Eyes full of tears,dark circles clearly showing his lack of sleep,hair dishevelled from all the pressure he's been through.

You shot him a warm smile,to show him that you didn't loath him,even after all the torment he put you through;that you and him would still be friends.

Megumi wanted to tell you that the little things you gave him did make his love for you grow fonder.

But he didn't.

Because it was already too late.

The time on his watch read 6:00

6:00,that was the time you gave up on him.
