He Even Stopped Smiling In This Arc That Probably Means He's Not Into Smiling God That Much Anymore - Tumblr Posts

I haven't been able to properly express my feelings outside of tags much, and this is a bit of a sleep deprived short post that probably won't make sense, but hey. I think Finknor(iams) want so badly for us to see Kevin like Cecil sees Kevin (a terrifying irredeemable cult leader) but every time they've written him before now, they give us so much insight into a man that can change, that isn't defined by solely his church or his time with Strex. A man that IS a cult leader, that DOES have a blood kink, but he's so much more than that. So even if they DO want us to see him as a big bad villain like Cecil does, showing him forgiving/excusing his abusive father's actions and possibly going down a path of following in his father's footsteps just feels... wrong. It feels like it erases so much of what we've learned about him and THAT'S the issue I have here.
