“Healthy women eat.” That last bit really struck a chord with me. I have always struggled with my body image. I’ve gone through periods of starving myself because I want to be thin. In my mind thin = pretty. If I’m not thin I can’t be pretty. I’ve grown a lot, but getting out of that mindset some days is really hard. So thank you for that. I think I’m going to make that something I say to myself whenever I go to that dark place of wanting nothing to do with food.
