Another day with the phantom troupe and you are already losing it. They are so smothering, physically and socially.
Let’s just say you no longer fear death.
Shalnark is the worst. Always with you doing something, everything Shalnark says was a hint of malice behind it he scares you.
Let me walk you through an average conversation with Shalnark “[readerrrrrrr] what are doing outside, you know your not supposed to be outside without a troupe member” he says as if you were a toddler caught in the cookie jar.
“I think you and me both know why I’m outside” you say, wasnt it obvious you hated it here and wanted to escape?
He walks up to you, you step back out of reflex “Next time you leave without a troupe member I’ll break your leg, as punishment” he says smiling. He pats you on the head before taking your hand and dragging you back inside.
So in short you are basically fucked, after that warning you stopped trying to escape. You now had little regard for your own life, as I said you no longer fear death. After what you have been through I can’t blame you.
Meanwhile with Killua and Gon they are currently scheming trying to find away to get you back. “They must be so scared!! What if they are torturing them or worse?!!” Gon said almost to tears at the thought of you being tortured.
Gon was like a chaotic mother hen, always stressing over you twenty four seven. Killua on the other hand was more calculated, in short he’s the brains of the two.
Kurapika and Leorio were with Gon and Killua the boys insisted on helping Kurapika with his revenge journey, mostly for you but also because Kurapika is a close friend and they want to help him.
Meanwhile with you, you were currently talking with Chrollo. Just about random things y’all liked it was weird to have such a normal conversation with them.
Chrollo had informed you that you were going with them to catch someone that worked with the chain user. Apparently he was working with a team of bodyguards. They were going to some hotel to find them.
So off you went, you were chilling by Machi’s side walking down some random street. Suddenly you felt a very familiar presence, the boys they were here. You had a knack for sensing people’s presence.
As much as you wanted to say something, you knew that this was your chance to escape from both of the groups of psychopaths.
So you devised a plan of escape, it was simple run when the boys attacked.
And soon enough they striked, sure enough you booked it as soon as they jumped out. The phantom troupe were caught off guard but recovered quickly. Unfortunately for them you had already started running and you didn’t plan on stopping.
The phantom troupe was to focused on the boys they didn’t notice you had already run off. After catching the boys Machi looked around “hey where’d the kid go?” Machi said confused despite you being right next to her she was too focused on the boys to notice that you slipped away.
The boys shared a look with each other a look of relief despite them being caught you had escaped that’s all that mattered.
You had run and didn’t stop you were finally free and this new found freedom gave you an adrenaline rush. It was euphoric, you were hopping on top buildings, going left, right, left right. Trying to make it hard for anyone following you to follow.
You were scared to look behind you what if you saw they chasing you. So when you were positive they couldn’t have followed you, you looked, no one was there. A wave of relief waged over you, you stood there in the rain for the first time in months, alone.
It was so nice you started crying, tears of joy it was amazing. Crying in the rain alone not having to worry about psychos smothering you.
After you stopped crying you realized how all that running made you insanely hungry. So you wondered the streets, you were broke so your only hope was to either dumpster dive or steal someone’s wallet. You were so hungry you didn’t care about the law.
With this new found wallet you bought your favorite food in the whole world, sat down and ate alone in peace. It was pure bliss you didn’t even care about the rain.
Eventually you found a nice ally way to sleep in, better than the phantom troupe you thought. As you found a flattened cardboard box to lay on a door creaked open slowly. You shrunk back scared. “Hello?” A child’s voice asked. You looked to see a kid that looked your age, blond hair and a big pink dress.
She scanned to ally and found you “oh are you alright?” She asked in a kind voice. “Yes miss dong worry about me I’ll be leaving now” you said rushing out of the ally but someone had snagged your shirt collar “I don’t want trouble honest” you said pleading.
“I’m not going to hurt you!” She said in an almost annoyed tone. “My names Biscuit Krueger just call me Bisky” she said holding you up by your shirt color like you were a kitten.
She inspected you intensely before staring at you wide eyed. After her shock wore off she put you down and ushered you inside despite your protests.
“Come along” she said leading you into her house “sorry miss bisky but i don’t even know you” you said planting your feet in the ground to stop her from dragging you.
“Your right how rude of me, what your name?” She asked as if she didn’t just shove you into her house. “[r-reader]” you said unsure if you should truthfully answer or not.
After getting more aquatinted she sat you down on her couc, brought you a towel and tea. “There is something very important I need to tell you” she said sounding like she was about to tell you you had cancer or something.
“There is something I sensed in your aura, something bad” she said worryingly “what do you mean?” You asked now worried “well this might be a stretch but I believe you have been hit with something that is affecting not only your aura but your entire being”
You were officially scared, could this explain the way the people around you have been acting?
“I’m entirely sure what is happened to you but I know that something is terrible happening to you” bisky said thinking about what could possibly be plaguing you. “….” You were lost in thought at first you thought she was insane dragging you into her house like this big the more you started thinking the more things made sense.
“Could this thing you are talking about could it, it affect the people around me?” You asked hopeing that you weren’t stuck with some type of virus making people act like this.
“Possibly, I need to do more research before I can answer, anything strange happen to you lately?” She asked.
I could name a mountain of things you thought. But how do you tell someone that not only did your closest friends turn psycho but the fricken phantom troupe kidnapped you and started playing a fucked up version of house.
“Well…. The people around have been acting strange… like possessive strange, always around me trying to keep me safe but it hurts me more than it helps” you told her trying to beat around the bush that you had been kidnapped.
“Well that is certainly strange, I’ll research it more, you should get some sleep” au said getting up “wait!” You said grabbing her hand “lemme help you, I’m not tired” you said trying to plead your case.
“The bags under your eyes say differently” she says pointing at the grey-purple blobs under your eyes.
“You can shower here I have spare clothes I’ll lay out a mat for you”
She leads you to a bathroom, giving you spare clothes to change into. You hopped in the shower, pure ecstasy washed over you. Finally peace, you thought washing yourself.
You had a sound sleep for the first night in months.
You woke up to Bisky shaking you, you opened your eyes looked up at her. She had a grim look on her face, big a good sign.
“What’s wrong??” You said now fully awake and worried.
Bisky sat you down and shared the grim news. “I didn’t want it to be true” she said sadly “but I’m almost positive……[reader] I believe you have been plagued with…. A nen curse”
“What is a nen curse??” You asked with a mix of curiosity and worry
“Some people in the world have the nen ability to give others curses.. of sorts. It’s complicated but a nen curse usually affect the persons nen but in your case it is affecting your entire being”
“…” you didn’t know what to say is this why people are treating you like you are made of glass?
“It most likely happened if you recently got into a fight with someone who can use nen” Bisky continued “I’m so so sorry this is happening yo you” Bisky says sympathetically.
You feel a strange stinging in your eyes, you were about to cry.
Then something went through your head bisky was most likely going to become like the rest of the people you talk too, “I-I need to leave” you say getting up in a hurry.
“Wait [reader]!” Bisky says grabbing your hand. “Look your going to become like everyone else I meet for mine and your own safety stay away!” You said grabbing your hand back before running out the door no longer even caring.
You life was over this stupid curse has ruined your whole life.
“[READER]!!” A male voice calls out, oh no it’s him RUN.
Suddenly you hear biskys voice “[reader]!! There might be a way to remove the curse!] she says desperately
To late.

(Hey guys sorry I haven’t been active it has been a ROUGH few days, to cut a long story short I’m back in therapy. You know what that means that means MORE UPDATES 💪 I’m doing better so I’m gonna try and update more love y’all so much ❤︎)
Life with the Zoldyck family surprisingly wasn’t as bad as staying with the phantom troupe. The Zoldycks weren’t openly threatening you but they gave you a look that said ‘try me and I’ll kill you’ type look.
It was low key creepy staying with them because of how quiet most of them were.
Kalluto was quiet and reserved but he always lingered around you, following you around. He is good at sneaking around but you being on edge all the time allows you to feel his presence.
Kikyo was how do I put this, smothering. She was always asking you questions and having you try on outfits and dresses. (even if you are a boy she’s making you try on dresses) She treated you like a doll it was VERY annoying.
Milluki never left his room and therefore never bothered you, but you did see him occasionally he always gave you a look.
Illumi was well strangely suffocating, not in a physical way he never touched you but his overall presence just feels a bit suffocating.
Zeno was chill, you thought he was cool. He would share stories with you about his past mission and such he was actually really nice to you. He even at first helped you train your nen.
Silva was a character, he had a glare like a mountain lion but treated you with kindness. He was nice to you but was always standing over you, watching you as if you were about to make a move.
You knew your curse was slowly infecting the family. You even for a split second considered staying cause of the luxury of their mansion but you knew it would only lead to more pain for you in the future.
So for the millionth time you created a plan, you knew that they would be almost impossible to escape, from their butlers to the cameras to the big fuckin wall of theirs escaping is virtually impossible.
So you decided to smooth talk your way out of here.
You were currently eating dinner with kikyo, Zeno, Kalluto and Illumi. Kikyo was ranting about various things. You had been poking at your food while lost in thought.
“Dear? hello? [reader]?” Kikyo said trying to get your attention. You snapped out of it and were greeted with them all staring directly at you.
“Huh what?..” you said confused. “Are you feeling alright dear?” Kikyo said putting her hand on your head checking for a fever.
“Yea just… distracted…” you said trying to find the words.
Kikyo didn’t seem to take this answer well she bombarded you with various questions.
You looked at Illumi desperate for him to do something to get his mom to stop but he just stared back blankly, same Kalluto except he just looked sad.
You then started at Zeno with pleading eyes, he seemed to get your message “maybe they’re just tired from all the stuff they’ve been doing today” Zeno said interrupting Kikyo.
In reality you hadn’t done much of anything today, just try on clothes, walk with Kalluto, talk with Illumi about his upcoming mission and talk with Zeno. It was a mostly uneventful day.
But you simply nodded in agreement and left it at that.
Kikyo sent you off to bed, while walking away you turned to Zeno and mouthed a thank you. He simply nodded.
You laid in bed restless, you had been up thinking about what to say and who to say it to. You needed to leave before this infamous batch of assassins got to protective.
You decided you needed to talk with the head off the house, Silva. You got up and attempted to leave your bedroom, key word attempted.
You got stopped by the butlers immediately. You started struggling “lemme go! I have to uhhh bathroom!” You said frantically.
“Let them go” Illumi said from behind you the butlers paused. You could have sworn you say fear on their faces.
They dropped you, you told Illumi you needed to talk with Silva and it was very important. You said some lie bout the phantom troupe and he let you pass.
The hallway was long and dark the butlers eyed you like you were the scum of the earth. Finally you got to Silvas room.
You knocked 3 times announcing it was you. The door creaked open and you slowly shuffled in.
He was sat on a bed of pillows, his room was strange.
He invited you to sit, you explained your predicament with the whole nen curse thing. “And i can get the curse removed but only my friend knows how to, it’s kinda an unknown thing so like she’s the only one who can do it.” You said trying to sound as convincing as possible.
You had also maybe told Silva that the curse was slowly killing you. In your defense this might have been the only way he would let you leave.
You hadn’t lied, just bent the truth a little. “I see” was all Silva said he thought for a moment on what to say.
“I’ve noticed your nen there is something wrong with it, you may leave to have the curse removed.” He said calmly.
“Really?!” You said excepting for him to say no.
“Yes, but after the curse is removed you are to return to us at once.” He said with a hint of sadness.
“Thank u thank u!!” You said happily. “You may leave tomorrow morning” he said closing his eyes he seems to be thinking quite intensely.
You slept happy that night. You got up bright and early, you snuck out of your room tiptoeing as to not wake the others.
You ran into Kalluto on your way down the hallway. “We’re are you going?” He said with genuine curiosity. “Oh hi?.. I’m going through something pretty bad right now and I need to leave to get cured of something that is plaguing me” you said trying to sound professional.
He didn’t say anything, you just sorta left he watched you as you walked down the stairs slowly.
You passed by Zeno on your way out. You looked at him and he nodded as if to say goodbye.
“HOW COULD HE LET THEM LEAVE LIKE THAT!” Kikyo said running around the house frantically. “WHAT IF THEY GET HURT?! Oh it just isn’t fair!” She said crying.
She had gotten quite attached to you.
“What if they are lying” Illumi said to his father, “they were telling the truth there is a curse attached to them” Silva said in his usual calm voice.
“What if they don’t return” Illumi said despite his calm demeanor he was mad you left. “We can get them back easily” Silva said.
“Ah sweet freedom” you said enjoying the sunshine. You needed to find Bisky and find a way to get this stupid nen curse out of you.
You took several trains and a blimp back to were you had last met bisky. You walked towards the direction of her house.
“[reader]?!” You whipped you head around and found Bisky standing there. She ran up to you giving you a hug. “I thought they kidnapped you!” She said softly.
After a heart felt reunion, you and Bisky sat down at a coffee shop table together. She told you about something that might help you.
“I’m not positive it will work but it’s worth a try” she said drinking her coffee.
“There’s this game greed island have you heard of it?” Bisky said. “Oh yea I know what you are talking about! It’s that game you can go in right?” You said almost happy.
“Yes! Look at the auction this guy bought it and he’s looking for contestants to play it, whoever completes the game takes home 3 cards from the game with them!” Bisky said now exited.
“It’s all really interesting but as I was saying there’s this card angels breath it’s a healing card maybe if we go into the game and find angels breath it can heal you of your curse!” She said now incredibly excited.
“You think it will work?” You said hopeful.
“We have to try, first of all do you have a hunters license?” Bisky said “yea I earned it a little while ago it was rough but totally worth it” you said proud of your accomplishment (for those that haven’t read my other parts, reader meets the boys in heaven arena so that means you got your license by yourself)
“Good good because to even have a chance you need a license”
After eating y’all left towards the building Bisky said would get y’all in the game. Of course the guards didn’t take you seriously but a beating and showing of y’all licenses was enough to get y’all in.
The guys that bought all the copy’s of the games, interviewed y’all and eventually y’all were let in.
Everything was going smoothly a bit too smooth.
As y’all waited in the room guess who you spotted or rather they spotted you.
None other than Gon and Killua, Gon practicly jumped on you. “[READER]!!!!!” He screamed as he tackled you.
Of fucking course you thought.
They bombarded you with so many questions it made Kikyos question look like a breath of fresh air.
They held onto you so tightly it was impossible to breath. You started thrashing and screaming, guards rushed over and threatened the boys that they would be kicked out.
The guards stood between you and the monsters, they started arguing with the guards saying that you were their sibling and they had a right to talk to you.
You simply ran back to biskys side(she wa sin the bathroom so she didn’t see them jump on you)
“Are you alright?” Bisky said concerned “yea I’m fine…” you said keeping your head down as some strange attempt to make yourself small.
The guards explained the rules and how the game works the entire time the boys were staring at you intently.
A quick rock paper scissors game happened to see who would go in first. Gon of course won, you had placed 17th and bisky was 16th she said she would wait for you.
As you entered the game you met a weird lady that let you know the jist of how the game works and off you went. You landed and almost instantly grabbed biskys hand and ran. Lucky for you Gon was occupied with some random guy that was talking to him.
Luck seems to hate and love you.
All you could do was hope Bisky was right, what wonders await you here?

First Time Watching HxH!
I have been watching HxH. I’m only the season 1 episode 8. And I swear to god watching Hisoka being bloodlust is the most scary thing I could watch.
But this man is a whole different character. I swear I wish I was one of his cards!
OMGOMGOMG
I saw the argument where it says that Gon and Killua are the perfect depiction of nature vs nurture, AND IT IS DRIVING ME INSANE. Because all throughout the show we see Gon seen as the “good” guy but when in all reality when things that are bad happen to him and his friends he doesn’t really cut back and does everything he can to hurt the other even if it costs him his life, and in Killua the one raised by assassins we seem him think more logical about situations, whether or not something is right and wrong, I just think it’s so so cool because if Gon was raised not by his aunt and others, we can see him go way way worse. This is even stated by Nobu with him saying he could see the similarities between Gon and Uvogin. With Killua we seem him actively resisting the role as the heir to his father, but with Gon I’m sure he would take it. Because Gon’s sole objective is to chase after his father because he wants to know why it’s interesting.
I always end up fighting for my life with nendoroids. Bakugou's boot is in a crevice somewhere and will return to him eventually. But he's here in his winter costume :3

The fact that the 2011 HunterxHunter didn’t include the scene with Kite and Gon in the beginning, (like it did in the 1999 version and the manga), to show why Kite meant so much to Gon really makes me upset. So now the people that only watched the 2011 and not the 1999, or read the manga don’t know and just think Gon was just being dramatic during the Chimera arc.
