Fking hell

Sends me a bill with methods of payment including online baking, money order, calling in with credit card details, etc. Alright, I'm choosing online banking. Go on to site only to realise the online payment service is down. Fine, I'll wait. This is a well established company, they'll fix it real fast, right?

Apparently not.

Sends me two reminders, over the course of two months(? More or less). Site still down. I was busy, I forgot, whatever, fine; that was my bad. Sends me a "Final Warning" letter. Fine. Worded your letter like I was an unreasonable moron who couldn't even make the time to send in payment when yall have so faithfully sent in the magazines. Fking fine. I'm not gonna talk about how I lost sleep over that due to guilt. The next day I go to post a money order to the address they stated on the bill.

Weeks later, letter comes in, "Your account has been put into the debt department because we have not recieved your payment."

You serious bro?

Checked the date. Money order was sent on the 9th. Letter written on the 17th. What?

Had to ask my dad for help since I'm usually busy with college during office hours. Dad tries calling the number stated in the bill. No answer. Just fine. Dad actually drives to the office as stated on the fking bill. That's at least half an hour's drive away on a good day, mind you. And guess what he finds out?

Moved. To flipping Singapore. And you didn't fking bother to change a damn detail on your fking letter and did not fix your dammed website and I currently literally have no way of contacting you other than pray you still maintain your email. And you expected me to be courteous? You wanna talk about how fking high and mighty you are?

Damn right you're high and mighty. High and mighty at the moral low ground, you are. And to think I lost sleep over that before.

You don't get to play the honourable one here. Fk you.
