Pounding, piercing, disorienting pain.
For a good few seconds, that is all there is. You realize that this sensation is concentrated to your head. No, actually, your stomach, too.
After a few moments more, you remember that you have other senses, as well, which allow you to feel your sweat dampening the sheets embracing you and to hear the melodic songs of birds outside.
Lastly, you're struck with the idea that you possess the ability to open your eyes. It kind of makes the ache sizzling within you a little angrier and so you have to struggle some to pry your lids apart, but you eventually succeed. Though, as soon as you do, an expanding part of you wishes you hadn't.
Because you're met with a familiar mess of blonde, frizzy hair.
In the same way that the early morning sunrays sting your eyes, memories from the previous evening come pouring in to sting your brain. You drown in flashing impressions of Felix's toothy smile as he buys you a drink, his hand holding yours as you stumble through the bar and past the prying eyes of your coworkers, his breath against your mouth as he swallows your moans while he fucks you into his sticky sheets.
Oh god. No no no.
You feel yourself freefall into awareness, stomach turning as you fully awaken into your grueling hangover, head pounding in time with your heartbeat and room spinning slightly. Or maybe you're still drunk, you can't tell. It doesn't help to sit up but it's an instinct, as you dizzily try to assess your surroundings.
Clothes are scattered messily across the floor - you're naked, he's naked. Felix's shoulders rise and fall steadily where he lies with his back facing you - he's asleep. The sun is bright outside, casting the room in a white, blinding glow - the busses have definitely started their schedule for the day. You remember Felix telling you his roommate is out of town - you could make your escape unnoticed. Your stomach grumbles, bubbling uncomfortably - you need to use the bathroom.
Having determined your first quest in the escape plan, you slowly uncover yourself from the duvet, standing up on unsteady feet. Your hands shoot upward to cradle your throbbing headache, eyes squinting to find your way into the bathroom as you try to ignore waves of nausea that threaten to pull you under with every other step you take.
It takes a distressing amount of time to settle your upset stomach, eyes closed to concentrate on not throwing up and feet planted firmly against the floor to prevent yourself from falling off the toilet and onto the cold, tiled floor. As you stand up, you swear gravity shifts and you grip the toilet to maintain your balance. For a moment, you seriously consider not flushing to decrease the risk of Felix waking up from the sound but quickly realize that it's a ridiculous thought and press the button, your headache pulsing in time with the loud noise.
What meets you in the mirror is nothing short of a walking, talking, swollen monstrosity and you quickly look away, cringing. After washing your hands and splashing your face with some cool water to counter the beads of sweat traveling down your forehead, you make your way back into the bedroom.
You release a breath you didn't realize you were holding when you see Felix, still unmoving atop his bed. Your narrow glare jumps between the articles of clothing spread around the floor. It is time to let the second quest in your escape plan commence.
It is certainly easier said than done to crouch down and pick your strewn-about clothes up when your sense of balance is thrown completely out of whack, let alone to stay standing on one foot at a time as you try to dress yourself while simultaneously keeping bile from rising from the pits of your stomach. It only takes a few times of bending down and standing back up before your ears are ringing and your headache is creeping its way forward to probe at the sides of your eyeballs, feet stumbling clumsily across the floor. And all you can think about is how the hell you are going to make it all the way back home like this.
Your thoughts are abruptly interrupted when a hand lands on your shoulder and a disorienting jolt shoots through your body at the surprise.
"Wha-"
The only reason you don't fall over is because another hand comes up to steady you, holding you firmly until you've regained some semblance of balance. The hands have a sturdy grip on your upper arms and you can feel your heart trying to beat its way out of your chest when the hands slowly turn you around to face their owner.
Felix's eyes are barely open, eyebrows deeply furrowed and yellowish hair closely resembling a bird's nest atop his head once you face him. Somewhere far, far back within the tangled knots that are your mind, you resent the fact that despite looking like he was clubbed across the head, Felix looks nothing short of unarguably attractive.
Those swollen, pink lips were busy kissing you last night, you annoyingly remember.
He says nothing and neither do you, unsure of what to tell him in your half-dressed state, shirt still hanging from your fingertips and zipper still wide open over your crotch. Gently, almost blindly, Felix's one hand travels down your arm to take your shirt from your hold and drop it on the floor again. You can't protest through the tightened walls of your throat. With one hand on each of your elbows, he begins walking and steering you toward his bed. In order to not fall over as you stumble backward, your hands instinctively shoot up to grip his elbows as well.
"Felix," you rasp, finally finding your ability to verbally object.
"Shhh," is all you get as a response.
Just as the backs of your legs reach his mattress, Felix stops before slowly pushing you down, making you sit. He doesn't stop there, completing his task by guiding you back to lay on his bed again and pulling the covers over you before standing back up, fingers rubbing across his eyelid.
"Felix-"
"Sleep," he orders, his already deep voice even deeper now that it's laced with leftover fatigue. It makes something tingle beneath your skin.
When you seemingly give up on protesting, Felix stumbles away, probably toward the bathroom and you can't help but watch his bare butt as he does.
You'll resume your escape plan once the opportunity arises again, you think, determined to not stay here and prolong the embarrassment of your careless, drunken decisions. So, when you hear the distinct sound of water spraying from a showerhead on the other side of the wall, you inwardly pump your fist in triumph. Your chance to sneak out came easier than you thought.
But your eyelids are pretty heavy, you realize. And Felix's mattress is really soft. And the sound of him showering is kind of soothing. And before you know it, you're being swept back into an ocean of slumber.
........
Waking up again is slow, it's comfortable, it doesn't feel like suffocating in dizzying pain. You turn, hug the sheets tighter against you, head weighty where it sinks into the pillow. Sleep beckons you back into its grasp, to pull you far away from the reality of Felix's bedroom.
Shit.
You jolt upright, eyes darting around the room. Felix's room. Which you were supposed to escape from.
He is nowhere to be found. The sound of showering that lulled you to sleep is long gone, replaced with a heavy silence. The light swimming around in the room has turned a shade warmer, telling you that the morning has passed and long since turned into day. Your headache has nearly vanished and you no longer feel faint or nauseous. How long were you asleep for?
Your shirt and socks are not discarded on the floor anymore, now neatly folded on the bed beside you, next to a stack of seemingly clean clothes from, you assume, Felix's wardrobe. There's a sticky note on top of the pile and you reach over, grabbing it.
'Drink the glass of water, take a hot shower and put these on.' There's a smiley face at the end.
You look around and, indeed, a tall glass of water stands on the bedside table. Your heartbeat picks up in your chest and you feel somehow flustered, a bit overwhelmed by his kind gesture, even though it's small. It's still thoughtful.
The water isn't as cold as it probably was when Felix poured it up but it feels nice on its way down your throat, nonetheless. You don't hesitate to follow the instructions you were given, obviously abandoning your previous plan of making an escape. A shower sounds too nice, right now.
You take your time washing up, pleased to find that Felix has conditioner on his shower caddy. Less pleased when you unintentionally wonder if he only has it there for girls that he brings over, it being almost halfway emptied. You swat the thought away before the bitter taste of it can spread its way too far down your throat.
Felix's fresh, baggy clothes feel nice against your clean, moisturized skin. Much nicer than you think your clothes from last night would have felt; tight and smelly.
After hesitating for a moment, you fold the rest of your clothes and place them next to your shirt and socks on the bed, making sure to hide your panties on the bottom, in case Felix were to see. Which is admittedly a bit silly, considering that he has not only seen you naked, but been inside you. Still, you relent.
It's nerve-wracking to walk up to his bedroom door, especially when you start hearing that sounds are actually emitting from the other side of it, suggesting that he is very much there. But this makes you realize that he probably heard you showering, which means he already knows you're awake. You think that is what gives you the courage to open the door, hand slightly shaky around the handle.
You have an uninterrupted view into the open-plan kitchen from the gap formed by his door, where you quickly see Felix hard at work, engulfed by the sounds of something frying atop the stove as his back faces you. His hair looks washed now, closer to how you' see it every day at the office.'re used to seeing it every day at work.
Cautiously you move into the living space, feeling your heart jumping its way up toward you throat, climbing further with every barefooted step you take. You hate how you feel your hands trembling at your sides.
It's when you reach the closest counter that Felix happens to turn his head and see you. He's surprised for a second, before a warm smile spreads across his face, bright eyes looking you over. Your heart stutters in its climb up your trachea.
"Good morning, love. Sleep well?"
Love. Why does he think he can just call you that now?
You swallow, lick your teeth. "Um-" Your voice catches in your throat and you clear it. "Er. Fine?"
Felix's eyebrows arch skyward and you watch him purse his lips to hide his amusement, before turning to the jar in his hands. You chew your cheek, provoked.
"Hungry?" He glances your way.
You nod tentatively, noticing that eggs are what he is cooking on his frying pan.
"Coffee? Tea?" he asks, observing you expectantly.
"Um... tea?"
Again, he tries to prevent a smirk from forming across his lips, sort of failing. You think the insides of your cheeks might start to bruise from how you're chewing them.
"What's funny?" you dare asking, somehow riled by his amusement.
He cannot help but to break into a grin this time, snickering some. "Nah, it's just- You're so... I'm not used to seeing you this shy. You're usually so feisty."
You stutter in your stance, feeling your wide eyes blinking at him.
He takes in your form once more, where you're stood rigid against the corner of his counter, something fond swimming around in his eyes. "It's cute."
A blazing blush blooms across your face and your eyes turn to dart across the tiled floors, avoiding his stare at all costs. Another deep chuckle tickles your eardrums. "Shut up," you manage, but there isn't much bite in your tone.
"Yes, ma'am." You can hear the grin in his voice.
For the next five minutes or so, you watch in silence as Felix moves around his kitchen, preparing two cups of roasted green tea and plating the eggs from the frying pan. After one pinch of salt atop each egg, he places one of the plates next to you on the counter, followed by a fork and your cup of tea.
"Watch the tea, though. It's still hot. Might be best to give it a minute."
You follow his advice and reach for the fork. The two of you take your first bites in tandem. He watches you chew, then swallow. Your eyebrow rises at his shameless stare.
"Is it... edible?" he asks.
You blink, puzzled. "Yes? I- like eggs."
He nods, suddenly sheepish. "It's just- I'm not the best cook, so- Aside from the brownies I bring to the office sometimes, I- really don't make much else..." He chuckles at his own expense.
The corner of your lip twitches. "It's fine, Felix. The eggs're good," you reassure him, scolding yourself for finding his timid smile endearing.
You proceed to eat wordlessly, forks clinking against your plates as you do. You keep catching Felix looking you over, though, yet he seems unbothered by it as he doesn't stop. After about the tenth time or so, you arch another eyebrow in his direction.
"Why do- Is- What is it?"
He simply shrugs, plump lips curling upward. "Nothing. My clothes look nice on you, is all. I like it." He grins.
You feel your throat tighten and look away, unable to stop yourself from considering how many other times he has told somebody the same thing. Shaking your head, you shove the last big bite of eggs in your mouth, chewing silently with a deep crease between your brows.
"You okay?" You can hear the questioning arch of his brow in the way he asks the question.
"Fine," you mumble around the food in your cheeks.
"You sure?"
Your eyes turn to glare in his direction, meeting the slightly puzzled look on his face reluctantly. As you chew, you cannot really help the words that bubble their way up your chest, something inconvenient having formed them from somewhere in the backrooms of your mind.
Right after you swallow your bite, your mouth speaks of its own accord. "You had conditioner in your shower."
Felix blinks. "Yeah." He smiles. "It smells nice, right?"
You lick your teeth. "Is it yours?"
His head tilts sideways, making him look like a puppy. "Yeah?"
A sigh. "Is it- Was it- Ugh, never mind." You turn to your empty plate, fiddling with your fork, embarrassment catching up to you and effectively shutting you up.
"Huh? I don't get it."
Trying not to roll your eyes, you face him again, finding genuine curiosity there. It takes a while to structure the words in your head and even longer to make yourself utter them out loud.
"It's just- Usually guys don't use conditioner, especially floral ones and so... It just made me wonder. That's all."
For several long seconds, Felix simply watches you, no less confused. "If I have a girlfriend?!" He sounds mildly bewildered.
You cringe. "Not exactly..."
Silently, you watch him dissect your words in his head, turning them over, examining them closely. It's when you see a light of understanding flicker in his eyes, a delighted twitch catching at the side of his mouth, that you quickly turn away, not waiting to see the entertained smile growing on his face.
"I used to have longer hair, remember? Used bucketloads of conditioner back then. Just have some left over, now." You can hear the amusement in his voice and feel a shame-fueled heat crawling its way up to settle in your cheeks, finding that his words are making sense. "So, who'd you think I'd have it there for?"
You turn to shoot him a glare, provoked by the obvious glee shining across his features.
"Felix," you warn.
"Yes, love?"
Your heart seizes at the familiar pet name and you hate how he seems to notice, grin stretching further between his prettily freckled cheeks.
"Just- drop it," you grumble.
His head tilts to the side. "But I don't want to. I'm curious."
Your eyes narrow at him. He's unperturbed. "You know," you relent. "Just... girls."
He hums, unyielding. "Yeah, I know, but like, why'd you think that?"
Your head jerks back some, quizzically, considering the prodding look on his face. "Well, y'know, you're flirty. It just made sense for you."
It's Felix's turn to jerk his head away, seemingly taken aback. "Huh?"
You scoff dramatically, not suppressing an eyeroll this time. "Oh, come on. You flirt more than you actually work at the office. Especially with Sabae."
Felix's brows twitch. "Sabae?"
"Uh, yeah," you assert, as though it's obvious. "Literally every day. Even last night! Sometimes Laura, too. Since her desk's beside yours, I guess..."
"Laura?" He questions, but he no longer looks confused, a smirk slowly finding its way back onto his face.
"Yep. Not to mention Becky. You think it's a coincidence she always gets her coffee at the same time as you?" you ask, a bit incredulous.
"Becky," he repeats, grinning down at you.
"Yes, Becky," you confirm, unamused. "What? Are you denying it? That you're a flirt?"
"Am I not allowed to be?"
You frown, feeling somewhat caught with your pants down. "I- I didn't say that."
"Not directly, but sometimes one can say things without saying them, y'know what I mean?"
"You didn't answer," you steer the conversation back. "Are you denying that you're a flirt?"
"Are you denying that you're bothered by it?"
"You didn't even ask."
"Are you bothered by it?"
You huff and Felix keeps smiling, looking much too amused for your liking.
"I asked first."
"Will you answer if I do?"
"Fine."
"I'm not denying I'm a flirt, then."
The words catch in your throat at Felix's knowing expression. "I guess, I'm not denying it either, then."
"Denying what?"
You all but groan and he only giggles. "That it- peeves me, a little," you mumble, humiliation creeping up on you as you eye the floor beneath your curling toes.
As the delicate touch of steady fingers brush hair back behind your ear, you flinch, looking up to see Felix standing closer.
"You forgot to mention yourself, though," he points out, something soft in the way he beholds your face.
"Hm?" you question, feeling your heart skip within your rib cage.
"I flirt with you too. All the time. You haven't noticed?" He smiles, fondly.
You avert your stare again, fiddling with the soft material of the shirt draped around you. "Of course I noticed. But you flirt with everyone, so..." you shrug.
Felix mulls this over as his hand moves to hold the side of your neck, gaze shifting between your eyes before landing on your throat. His thumb brushes softly across the skin there and he watches the movement as you swallow, humming. Your mind inevitably floods with blurry images from the night before, his hands roaming your body, holding you against him, lips kissing you with a sloppy tenderness that feels too sweet as you're reminded of it. You wouldn't be able to move right now even if you wanted to, body completely frozen. But you don't want to.
"You're the one who's here, aren't you? Not them," he doesn't drop the topic, voice lower now than it was before.
"That- doesn't mean they haven't been."
"They haven't," he asserts without hesitating and by the way he says it, you're convinced he's telling the truth. The admission makes your lungs clench.
Saying nothing, he seems to await your response.
"O-kay," you give, voice small.
His sunny grin comes back, slightly lopsided, fingertips gliding gently along your skin as he lets go of you and steps back, grabbing his plate to turn toward the dishwasher.
Only once he pulls away do you realize that you're breathing heavier, and quickly force yourself into action, taking your own plate with one hand and the mug of tea with the other.
Following behind him, you watch him place his plate in the dishwasher before turning around and grabbing yours, winking at you as he does. You back away, situating yourself where the counters form a corner and take the first sip of your tea. It's nice, soothing. You think your nerves desperately need it.
Felix reaches for his own mug then, leaning sideways against the counter to face you, mirroring you as he takes a sip of his own.
"D'you like it?" he asks.
"The tea?"
"Yeah."
"Mm-hmm," you nod, honest.
He taps the side of his mug with his nails, scrutinizing you. You curl and uncurl your toes, chew your lip, anticipating what he is about to say.
"For how long has it bothered you?"
You suck in a breath, startled. "Felix," you scold.
He cannot help but smile wide. "C'mon. Humor me."
"No."
"You shoulda told me."
Your eyebrows contort. "Really? Why?"
He looks away, smile wiggling on his face. "I'd have liked to've known."
You roll your eyes, exasperated. "Of course you would've. Which is why I should've never told you, at all."
"Hey," he pouts.
Genuine unease seems to bubble somewhere in your stomach and you find yourself turning around, facing the countertop instead of the man now behind you. You feel exposed, in a way you rather would not and start doubting yourself. Even if everything Felix has said is true, it doesn't mean that your night together meant anything to him. It doesn't mean that girls from outside of the office don't frequent his place in a similar fashion to how you are now. And quite frankly, you feel a bit pathetic for even caring. You slept with a really handsome man who has got heaps of charisma, what did you expect?
"Hey," he repeats, voice smoother now, close to your ear. You stiffen as his hands find their way around your waist, underneath the fabric of his shirt, splaying themselves across your stomach. His front meets your back and you gasp quietly, shivering at his warm breath on the side of your neck. "I'm sorry," he nearly whispers, voice deeper than you knew it could be. Your nerves tingle.
His hand travels upward to hold your breast, testing the weight of it gently, squeezing it with care. Air hitches in your throat, almost making you choke.
"I'll stop," he says, fingertips teasing your perked nipple delicately. A wave of arousal shoots down between your legs and you unintentionally squeeze your thighs together.
"Wh-wha-" you question, unable to focus, to understand.
"I won't do it anymore," he clarifies, starts to leave faint kisses against your pulse, the hand not on your breast sliding downward to probe at the edge of his sweatpants hanging around your hips, his boxers. You try not to flinch but fail. He sighs into your neck.
The hand holding your mug comes down on the counter, spilling some tea over your fingers while placing it there, uncaring of it as your palms plant themselves atop the marble in an attempt to steady yourself. You sigh, sinking into Felix's frame behind you, his fingers slipping beneath the elastic of his boxers.
"W-won't do what?" you somehow remember to ask, nearly vibrating with anticipation as soft fingers weave between the short hairs surrounding your sex.
"I won't flirt with them anymore," he declares, his one hand rising past your breast to slip through the neckline of his t-shirt, digits widening to wrap around your throat, holding it gently. "I do it 'cause it's fun but I'll stop. Only you, from now on."
You can't decipher whether he means what he says or not through the fog of pleasure clouding your judgment, biting back a moan as he applies gentle pressure against your throat to make you lean your head over his shoulder. You comply, easily, putty in his hands. More warmth pools between your legs and you squirm.
"I-I'm getting your underwear all wet," you tell him, somehow apologetic despite everything. You remotely realize that Felix's manhood twitches against your ass, then.
He exhales a muted laugh into your warm skin. "Good girl."
You huff, equally unamused and aroused. "Sh-shut up." Your backtalk morphs into a whine, Felix's fingers teasing at the swollen lips surrounding your slit.
"Mmm," he hums, kissing your jaw and you shudder in his arms, needing him to touch you properly. "Want me to touch you, hm?" he asks as if he can read your thoughts, voice low over your cheek.
"Y-yeah."
Another peck against your skin. "Alright. Since you're so pretty, I will."
Finally, his fingers dip past your lips, gathering the results of your arousal before gliding gently across your clit. You jerk in his arms at the contact, enjoying the way he tightens his hold around your throat to keep you still, thighs involuntarily tightening around his hand.
"Spread your legs for me, love," he requests, fingers unmoving against your pulsing clit. "I'll make you feel good, I promise."
Shakily, you oblige. "Okay," you sigh, throat bobbing against the palm of Felix's hand as you swallow.
His digits resume their movement, tentative as they slide across your swollen nub and you can't help the tremble in your heavy breaths.
"You really are wet. And warm," Felix marvels, circling your clit softly, steadying you as you mewl in his embrace. "Uhh, I really wanna bury myself in there again," he confesses, fingers sliding down to gather more of your wetness before resuming his movements against you.
You can feel your pleasure building, burning and twisting somewhere deep within your abdomen, heavy and tangible.
"How does it feel, love?"
"G-good," you moan, helplessly grinding your cunt against the pads of his fingers as he touches you. "Fuck, uhh..."
"I know," he reassures you, trying a gentle squeeze with his grip around your throat. You whimper, overwhelmed. "You're doing so good, sweetie. Just relax, I've got you."
Your cheeks burn, likely searing against Felix's skin, heart growing with warmth at his gentle words. In the delirium of your pleasure, you find courage that you don't expect to, hidden words crawling their way up your tongue.
"Felix," you huff, breathy and needy.
"Mm?"
"I- uh, I like you."
You unmistakably feel a grin forming against your skin, Felix's arms squeezing to hold you tighter against him. "I know, my love."
His circles over your clit don't let up and before you know it, you're hurdling toward your release, muscles tightening all throughout your body.
"Oh- uh- I'm-"
"Let go, just let go. I'm here, I've got you."
And you do, seizing within his arms, eyes rolling up past your eyelids, throat tightening around a strained cry of pleasure under the firm hold of Felix's hand, heart beating aggressively in your chest as your nerves tingle euphorically. Your sex pulses against Felix's digits as he helps you ride your way through your orgasm, slowing his pace gradually into a gentle motion until your mind comes back down into reality.
Your chest heaves, body slumping helplessly into the one behind you. As your legs squeeze together and your hips jerk away, Felix lets up, slipping his hand back out of his boxers to hold you over your hip.
"How was it?" he asks, voice thick and gruff.
"M-my ears are ringing. Fingertips're tingling."
"Pretty good then." He's smiling into you still.
You sigh. "Yeah, pretty good."
Not releasing his grip, Felix grinds against your ass and you let him, still jelly in his hold. He carries what is at least a semi within the pants he's wearing, sighing a warm breath over your neck. "God, I wanna fuck you. Bend you over this counter, come inside you."
"Y-you should," you egg him on.
He only manages to groan before the sound of keys jingling catches your joint attention. You freeze together, waiting and assessing the threat before daring to make another move. And as you hear the keys being inserted in the lock of the front door, the two of you fly apart like repelling magnets. You catch yourself against the counter in front of you and Felix backs away toward the dishwasher, picking his now lukewarm mug of tea back up.
Your eyes lock across the kitchen area and yours widen, panicked. You try to ask him what to do by simply gesturing with your hands but all he can do is shrug, taking a shaky sip from the mug in his hands. You sigh, bewildered.
"It's only Hyunjin," he tries to console.
Your jaw slackens in perplexity.
You hear the front door open down the hallway, then slamming shut as you lean back to grip the counter behind you.
"Hey, Felix," comes a greeting.
You watch Felix shoot a strained smile toward his friend, who's in his line of sight but hidden from yours. It takes some effort to swallow the saliva pooling in your throat. "Hey! You're back. Didn't realize it's already two o'clock."
"What? Got up late?"
Felix shoots you a wary glance. "Eh, yeah. A little."
"Hey, everything good?" Hyunjin asks as his footsteps pad down the hallway and before you know it, his figure appears around the corner.
You freeze, as does he when he sees you. His eyes widen and you can only hope that he can't tell that your breathing is a little too ragged, cheeks a little too flushed, and you're thankful that he can't know that your ears are still kind of ringing.
"Hello," he says.
"Hi," you answer, voice meek.
His inquisitive stare shoots toward his roommate, raising a questioning brow before eyeing you again.
"Had a good trip?" Felix asks, gulping around big swigs of tea.
"Uh, yeah," Hyunjin hesitantly answers and you find yourself fidgeting under his eyes that keep jumping between you and the man that just made you come on his fingers, in their shared kitchen.
You can't for the life of you come up with something to say, stomach turning and head spinning at how somehow relaxed Felix seems already, maybe a little sheepish but not nearly as uneasy as you are, as if he already knows what is about to unfold. The cogs turning in Hyunjin's head might as well be visible as he assesses the scene before him, taking in all of your form stood in his apartment. You chew your cheek, squirming in your place in the corner.
"Ah," he finally sighs, something akin to realization dawning across his features as he smiles. He eyes his friend knowingly, hands landing on his hips. "This is the girl from work that you can't shut up about, isn't it?"
Your body goes rigid, only your eyes moving as you cast a quizzical glance in Felix's direction. There's a somewhat bashful grin on his face as he shrugs before hiding behind the lip of his mug. "Well, when you say it like that..." he mumbles, eyes averting down toward the floor.
You don't know what to call the feeling that pops and spreads in your chest, ticklish and exhilarating, a whole new wave of heat flushing on your cheeks.
Hyunjin laughs before turning to you, fully. "Well, it's good to finally meet you."
"Er, y-you too."
"M'guessing I'll be seeing a lot more of you around here, so we'll have time to get to know each other later. I'll leave you guys to it," he says, beaming as he turns and walks toward his bedroom, sharing a secret look with his friend before he disappears behind his door.
Sheepishly, Felix turns to meet your eyes and you raise an inquisitive brow at him. He simply shrugs, mouth blooming into a bright grin. You can't help but be infected, your own lips curving into a matching smile, warmth spreading from your chest and throughout the rest of your body.
Maybe your drunken mistake wasn't so much of a mistake after all.

a stray kids fic wherein You have feelings for Felix. But Felix, despite being aware, remains determined not to reciprocate for a reason.
(or a forbidden love between you and felix)
an: i know i promised for part 2 of some of my works. but then i posted another fic again, i just cant help it as i read it in my drafts. please i love this soo damn much. so please love this also as much as i love it.)
It was Valentine’s Day, and Felix sighed as he stared at his locker overflowing with flowers, letters, and chocolates. He knelt down to pick up the ones that had fallen, his expression void of any excitement. It wasn’t that he was boastful about receiving so many presents—far from it. The weight of unreciprocated affection made him sigh again, knowing that he couldn’t return the feelings that so many people had for him.
As he organized his things, a girl shyly approached, nervously tucking a strand of hair behind her ear when Felix’s indifferent gaze fell on her.
“Uh, Felix…” she began, her voice wavering, “I accidentally bought two tickets for the movie tonight, and I don’t have anyone to give the extra to. Do you want to come with me?”
“That’s nice of you, but I’m sorry. I have something to do tonight.” His tone was polite but detached, making it clear that there was no room for negotiation.
“Oh… okay.” The disappointment in her voice was unmistakable. “But, um, could you at least take this cookie? I baked it with love.”
Felix’s eyes flicked to the cookie, then back to her. “You should share it with your friends,” he replied flatly, his gaze briefly shifting to the group of girls peeking from behind a nearby wall. Without another word, he turned and walked away, leaving the girl to stand there, clutching her cookie with a crestfallen expression.
Felix didn’t like taking advantage of those who liked him. It was better to let them down early than to let their hopes build up, even if it meant being distant. His hands were shoved deep into his pockets as he headed back to his classroom, his mind already shifting to the next task when a sudden shout echoed down the hallway.
“Oh my god, she’s here!”
Felix glanced up briefly, noticing the shift in the hallway’s atmosphere as all eyes turned to you. He merely shrugged, relieved that, for once, the attention was no longer on him. He slipped away quietly, grateful for the distraction.
Back in the classroom, Felix focused on writing down everything the professor said, his concentration broken only when his phone vibrated in his pocket. He glanced at the screen, noting the sender's name—“Little Boss”—and dismissed it, returning to his notes. But when the phone buzzed again with another message, he reluctantly read it:
Come to the garden. I have something to give you. -
He ignored it, but when his phone rang for the third time, Felix sighed, realizing it wouldn’t stop until he responded. He excused himself from the classroom, and the professor nodded without hesitation. Felix was known as a diligent student, a model for others, so his rare requests to leave class were never questioned.
“What do you want?” Felix’s voice was colder than the crisp air of the garden as he found you admiring the roses.
“You’re late,” you noted, turning to face him with a gentle smile.
“Because I knew this wasn’t important.” His words were like ice, cutting through the warmth of your gesture.
Your smile faltered, but you quickly pushed the hurt aside, stepping closer to him. You thrust a paper bag into his hands, forcing him to take it.
“This is expensive,” Felix remarked, his tone more of an accusation than gratitude.
“Don’t worry, I didn’t steal money from my dad again. I worked hard to buy it, so just take it.”
Felix sighed for what felt like the hundredth time that day. He knew arguing with you was pointless. You were stubborn, and no matter what he said, you’d do things your way.
“You should go back to class,” he said, his voice devoid of any warmth. He turned to leave, eager to put this interaction behind him, but you stopped him with a soft, “Wait.”
He paused, but the impatience was clear in his eyes as he turned back to you.
Gently, you plucked a rose from the bush, you were the one who planted it there, and slipped it into the pocket of his uniform jacket, your fingers brushing against the fabric. “Now you can go,” you said with a small smile, as if the gesture could melt the wall he had built between you.
Felix’s expression remained unreadable as he walked back to his locker, the paper bag hanging loosely from his hand. He opened the locker and stared at the box someone had placed near it—a gift from a janitor who had grown tired of cleaning up the endless cascade of letters and chocolates.
Felix opened the paper bag you gave. Inside was an expensive pair of shoes, the exact ones he had been eyeing but couldn’t afford. His chest tightened with a mix of emotions he didn’t want to acknowledge. This was too much. He couldn’t accept something like this, not from you.
He quickly gathered the rest of the gifts from his locker, piling them into the box. But when he glanced at the paper bag and the rose you had given him, Felix hesitated. He placed the items carefully inside his locker, closing the door with a soft click.
-
It was time to head home. Felix slung his bag over his left shoulder, letting it hang casually as he walked towards the school gate with both hands buried deep in his pockets. He paused near the entrance, his eyes following you as you got into a car. Once you were out of sight, he continued his walk to the bus stop, the familiar route offering little solace.
As he waited for the bus, he found himself absentmindedly staring out into the distance, lost in thought. The bus arrived, and Felix took his usual seat near the window, watching the city blur by as he made his way to your address.
Arriving at your family’s mansion, Felix smiled at the guard stationed at the entrance, offering a polite greeting before stepping inside the expansive grounds. The pathway to the mansion was lined with lush greenery, the carefully tended plants and flowers giving the place an almost paradisiacal feel. He nodded in acknowledgment to the gardener trimming the trees and his wife sweeping up the fallen leaves, their warm smiles a welcome and Felix smiled like a sunshine he was.
The mansion loomed in the distance, its grandeur almost oppressive. Despite its size, it felt empty to Felix—a hollow shell filled with wealth but devoid of warmth.
Felix didn’t head toward the main house, though. Instead, he walked to the smaller house near the garden, where he and his mother lived. As he stepped inside, he was greeted by the comforting scent of home.
"My son is here," his mother said with a bright smile, wrapping him in a tight hug. Felix held her close, his heart swelling with the comfort of being home. He pulled out a bouquet of flowers hidden under table near them, carefully arranged with blooms he had picked from the garden the day before.
“Happy Valentine’s Day,” he said softly, pressing a kiss to her cheek.
His mother’s eyes welled up with tears as she accepted the bouquet, her voice thick with emotion. “Aw, thank you, my son. I love you so much.”
Felix felt a warmth spread through him as he hugged her again, this time even tighter. He knew how much his mother had sacrificed, and he was determined to give her the world one day.
His mother had been working as a cleaner for your family since Felix was seven, a job she had taken after his father’s business went bankrupt. When his father ran from their responsibilities, leaving them in financial ruin, Felix’s mother sold everything they owned to pay off the debts. The job with your family had been a lifeline, allowing them to survive.
Felix had grown up in your mansion, helping out where he could, especially in the kitchen, where his knack for cooking quickly became apparent. It was during those moments in the kitchen that you first noticed him. He was just a boy back then, but something about his quiet determination and gentle kindness drew you in.
At first, you and Felix became close because you were the same age and both felt lonely in the huge, empty mansion. The house, no matter how grand, felt cold and quiet when your parents were away on business trips, which happened a lot. Felix, who worked at the mansion and lived in a small house on the property with his mother, was a comforting presence. He kept you company, told you stories, and filled the silence with laughter. You spent hours together, finding comfort in each other's company.
But when your mother found out about your friendship with Felix, she was furious. She had always been strict and powerful, and her anger seemed to grow even worse. One evening, she barged into your room, her face full of rage.
“How dare you?” she yelled. “How dare you spend time with someone like him?”
Felix, who had always been kind and respectful, suddenly became the target of her wrath. She saw him as a threat to her carefully managed image and status. To her, Felix was just a poor worker who didn’t belong in her world.
“You will never see him again,” she said, her voice cold. “If you keep this up, I’ll have him kicked out of school and make sure he pays for it.”
Her threats were harsh. She made it clear that if Felix stayed in your life, she would use her influence to ruin him. She promised to take away his scholarship, get him removed from the mansion, and make sure his family suffered. Her power was strong, and the fear she created was real.
Felix, struggling to make ends meet, knew how serious the situation was. He realized that being friends with someone like you, someone from a different world, was too risky. The gap between your lives was too big, and the consequences of defying your mother were too severe. He understood that her threats were real and could destroy not only his future but also his family’s well-being.
Felix saw that you had feelings for him, and even though you were willing to risk everything, he knew it was a fight he couldn’t win. Despite your determination to stand up for him, Felix knew he had to protect you from the fallout. He tried to explain that your worlds were too different and that staying friends was not possible. His words were harsh, and he acted cold, but it was all to keep you from getting hurt.
You didn’t want to listen to his warnings. You were determined to fight for him, believing that love could overcome anything. But Felix, knowing the real dangers and the threats hanging over both of you, stayed firm. He pushed you away to keep you safe, even if it meant hurting you.
The mansion, once warm with your friendship, became a place of silence and sadness. Felix’s absence left a big gap, a constant reminder of how love alone couldn’t overcome the differences between your worlds. The friendship you had was broken by the harsh realities of power and social class, leaving you with the painful lesson that sometimes, beautiful things are destroyed by forces beyond your control. You were both only ten years old at the time.
Now, seven years later, you stood at your bedroom window, watching Felix as he trimmed the plants in your garden. He was still the same Felix—kind-hearted and hardworking—but there was a distance between you now, a coldness that hadn’t been there before. It hurt more than you wanted to admit.
Felix sensed your presence but didn’t look up. He focused on his work, pretending not to notice you watching him.
“Felix!” you finally called out after watching him in silence for nearly twenty minutes.
He lifted his head and met your gaze, his expression unreadable.
You waved at him, trying to break the ice. “Can I come down there?”
Felix shook his head without hesitation, his face remaining neutral.
Your shoulders slumped in disappointment, but you managed to muster a small smile. “Okay… maybe next time,” you said softly, almost to yourself.
In the past, you might have ignored his refusal and come down anyway, defying the unspoken barriers between you. But today, something held you back. Perhaps it was the realization that no matter how much you loved him, Felix wasn’t going to reciprocate those feelings. Not now, not ever.

"Happy birthday to you!"
The cheerful voices of the workers in your mansion filled the room, their smiles bright as they sang the birthday song for Felix. The cook proudly held up the cake he had baked, and Felix's mother carefully lit the candles, her face glowing with love and pride.
Felix had just arrived home from school, tired but content, when he flicked on the light and was greeted with the surprise. His eyes widened in shock, a smile breaking out across his face as he took in the sight of everyone gathered just for him. The warmth of their affection wrapped around him like a comforting blanket.
After they finished singing, Felix went around hugging everyone, gratitude bubbling up inside him. These people had become his family, and he cherished each one of them.
"Now, make a wish," someone called out playfully.
Felix, though not one to believe in wishes, closed his eyes and clasped his hands together. He made a silent prayer, then blew out the candles in one smooth breath.
"What did you wish for?" his mother asked, her eyes twinkling with curiosity.
"Mom, if I tell you, it won’t come true," Felix chuckled, pulling her into a tight hug.
Dinner was a simple affair, but the laughter and camaraderie around the table made it feel like a feast fit for royalty. The night was filled with stories, jokes, and the clinking of glasses as they celebrated not just Felix's birthday, but the bond they all shared.
As the night wore on, the celebration wound down, and Felix found himself outside, gazing up at the stars. The sky was clear, the stars twinkling like diamonds scattered across a velvet blanket. His mother had already gone to bed, leaving him alone with his thoughts and the peaceful sounds of the night.
Felix closed his eyes and took a deep breath, letting the tranquility wash over him. Life was beautiful in its own way, but his dreams were bigger than this small world he lived in. He longed for more, to reach heights that seemed distant but not impossible.
His gaze drifted to the window of your room, noticing that the lights were off. He glanced at his phone; there were just ten minutes left of his birthday. A small pang of disappointment tugged at his heart.
Why hadn’t you greeted him?
He looked at your window again, feeling a twinge of regret. "Maybe I was too hard on her," he mumbled to himself, a sigh escaping his lips. Just as he was about to turn away and head to bed, a soft glow illuminated your window. His heart skipped a beat as you opened it, and your eyes met his across the distance.
You smiled at him, a gentle, sincere smile that made Felix’s chest tighten with an unfamiliar emotion. He couldn’t help but smile back, the corners of his mouth lifting as if on their own accord.
You pulled out your phone, and a moment later, Felix's phone rang. He answered it, holding it to his ear as he continued to watch you.
"Happy birthday," you said softly, your voice carrying a warmth that reached him even through the distance.
Felix didn’t respond right away, just listening to the sound of your voice, letting it wrap around him like a warm blanket on a cold night.
"I wanted to be special," you continued, your voice tinged with a shy sweetness. "I hope I was the last one to greet you."
Silence settled between you, but it wasn’t uncomfortable. You both simply looked at each other, words unnecessary in that moment.
"Thank you," Felix finally whispered, his voice barely audible.
"Goodnight," you said after another long pause, your voice as gentle as the night breeze. You smiled at him one last time before ending the call and closing your window.
Felix stood there for a moment, his phone still pressed to his ear even after the call ended. A soft smile played on his lips as he looked up at your now-dark window.
The truth was, he had been waiting for you too.
-
The next day at school, Felix was walking through the hallway when one of the teachers stopped him. “Felix, could you do me a favor?” she asked, her voice tinged with concern. “Ms. Kim is out sick today, and we need someone to supervise the class. Could you assist?”
Felix, always willing to help, nodded. “Of course, I’ll take care of it.”
He made his way to your classroom, his expression neutral as he pushed the door open and stepped inside. The room went silent as the students noticed him, some whispering to each other in surprise. Felix was well-known around school—an achiever, a leader, someone everyone looked up to.
You, sitting near the window, couldn’t help but feel your heart skip a beat when you saw him. You’d been staring out at the clouds, daydreaming, when his presence snapped you back to reality. Felix walked to the teacher’s desk, setting his bag down, and then addressed the class.
“Ms. Kim isn’t here today, so I’ll be supervising,” he said in his usual calm and composed tone. “She left some seatwork for you to complete. I’ll distribute it now.”
As he handed out the worksheets, Felix moved methodically through the rows, his attention focused on the task. When he reached your desk, you looked up at him, hoping for a moment of eye contact, but he never glanced your way. He simply placed the paper in front of you and continued on.
You sighed softly, feeling a mix of admiration and disappointment. Felix was always like this—distant, almost as if there was an invisible wall between the two of you that you couldn’t break through. As the rest of the class began working on the assignment, you stared at the paper in front of you, your mind suddenly blank. The questions seemed more difficult than you expected, and you realized with a sinking feeling that you hadn’t studied enough.
Felix had settled at the teacher’s desk, a book in hand, his attention seemingly absorbed in its pages. You felt nervous, knowing he was just a few feet away. His presence, while usually comforting, now only added to your anxiety.
You began to scratch your head, frowning as you tried to make sense of the first question. Your seatmate, Seungmin, noticed your struggle and leaned over slightly. “Need some help?” he whispered, a friendly smile on his face.
You looked at him, relief washing over you, and were about to nod when Felix’s voice cut through the room.
“Everyone,” Felix announced without looking up from his book, “no talking during the seatwork. And no sharing answers.” His tone was firm, leaving no room for argument.
You froze, your heart pounding. Seungmin quickly turned back to his own paper, and you were left to face the assignment on your own. The nerves made it even harder to focus, and you found yourself barely able to complete more than half of the questions.
When the time came to pass in the papers, your classmates rushed to the front, eager to hand theirs directly to Felix. The girls, in particular, took the opportunity to chat with him, their voices laced with admiration and interest. You watched from your seat, feeling a pang of envy but also a sense of reluctance. You didn’t want to hand in your half-completed work, knowing it would only disappoint him.
As the last few students left the classroom, you remained seated, nervously tapping your pencil against the desk. Felix was now alone at the teacher’s desk, organizing the papers with his usual efficiency. Finally, mustering up the courage, you stood and walked over to him, clutching your paper tightly in your hands.
“Felix…,” you started, your voice barely above a whisper. He looked up from the papers, his expression unreadable. “Is it okay if I… maybe, pass this as an assignment? I… I ran out of time.”
He glanced at the paper you were holding, then back at you. There was a long pause, and for a moment, you thought he might agree. But then he shook his head. “No. You need to submit it now.”
You swallowed hard, feeling the weight of his gaze, even though his tone was still calm, almost indifferent. Reluctantly, you handed over your paper, unable to meet his eyes. Felix took it without a word, his expression unchanging as he glanced over your answers. He didn’t say anything—no criticism, no encouragement. Just silence.
You bowed your head, embarrassment flooding your cheeks as you waited for him to say something, anything. But Felix simply added your paper to the pile and looked back up at you. “Goodbye,” he said, his tone as cool as ever, before turning away and leaving the classroom with the stack of papers in his hands.
You stood there for a moment, feeling ashamed and a bit defeated. You knew you hadn’t done well, and the thought of Felix seeing your poor performance made you feel even worse. With a heavy sigh, you returned to your seat, packing up your things slowly, trying to shake off the lingering embarrassment.
What you didn’t know was that after leaving the classroom, Felix found a quiet spot in the school office. As he flipped through the stack of papers, he came across yours. Without hesitation, he pulled out a pen and began filling in the answers you hadn’t been able to complete, his expression softening slightly. He made sure the work was correct before carefully placing your paper in the middle of the stack, ensuring it wouldn’t stand out.

"Congratulations, Felix! You've been accepted to your dream university with a full scholarship! Your dreams are finally coming true!"
The principal’s voice rang out, followed by a wave of applause from the entire faculty gathered in the office. Felix stood there, slightly overwhelmed, as everyone around him clapped and congratulated him.
The smiles on their faces weren’t just for show; they were genuinely proud of him. They had seen firsthand what Felix had gone through at such a young age, how he had fought hard against the odds, and how he had slowly but surely been achieving his dreams. Seeing him take this monumental step forward was a moment of pride for everyone who had supported him along the way.
Felix felt a warm flush of happiness spread through him. He took a moment to thank each teacher, each mentor, each person who had been a part of his journey. Their words of encouragement and pride felt like a soothing balm to the years of hard work and struggle he had endured. This acceptance into his dream university was more than just a milestone; it was the culmination of every sacrifice, every late-night study session, and every ounce of determination he had poured into his education.
When he finally got home, Felix couldn’t contain his excitement. He rushed inside, barely pausing to kick off his shoes, and found his mother in the kitchen. Her eyes lit up the moment she saw him.
“Mom!” Felix called out, his voice bubbling with joy. “I got in! They accepted me with a full scholarship!”
His mother turned to him, and the pride in her eyes made Felix’s heart swell even more. Tears welled up in her eyes, and she rushed forward to embrace him. They held each other tightly, the joy and relief washing over them in waves.
“I’m so proud of you, Felix,” she whispered, her voice choked with emotion. Tears slipped down Felix’s cheeks too, and he didn’t bother wiping them away.
"Mom, we’re almost there," he murmured into her shoulder. "I’ll become a doctor, and then we can finally live happily. I’ll buy you everything you’ve ever wanted.”
His mother pulled back slightly to look at him, her smile radiant through her tears. “I don’t need anything, my son. You’re all I’ve ever need. I’m so happy for you, and I’m so proud of you.”
She kissed his cheek, her lips soft and warm against his skin. Then, with a tenderness that made Felix’s chest ache, she said, “You’ll be living far away now. So you must take care of yourself, alright? Promise me that.”
Felix nodded, the lump in his throat making it hard to speak. He wrapped his arms around his mother again, holding her as if he could imprint this moment into his memory forever. The happiness he felt was indescribable, a mixture of relief, accomplishment, and love.
But as he held his mother, another thought crept into his mind, unbidden and persistent.
How about you?
The question lingered in the back of his mind, casting a small shadow over his joy. Felix pushed the thought away, not wanting to dampen this moment, but it stayed with him, a quiet reminder of something unresolved.

Days had passed, and now it was your 18th birthday—a milestone you had been looking forward to, with a grand celebration planned in the garden. From early in the morning, the entire estate buzzed with activity. Workers moved with purpose, setting up decorations, arranging tables, and ensuring that everything was perfect. Despite your parents hiring the most famous event organizer and the best chefs, Felix was among those helping to prepare. He worked tirelessly, assisting wherever he was needed, and when the night came, he was assigned to be a server at the event.
As the evening descended, the party commenced. The garden was adorned with twinkling lights and fragrant flowers, a scene straight out of a fairy tale. Felix moved through the crowd, his expression focused as he carried trays and attended to guests. But amidst the elegant decorations and the mingling of your guests, you were nowhere to be seen. Everyone waited in anticipation for your entrance.
Then, the host's voice boomed over the speakers, announcing your arrival.
Every spotlight in the garden shifted, illuminating the grand doors that led from the house. And there you were, stepping into the light like a vision.
Felix froze in place, his breath catching as his eyes locked onto you.
You were a vision in your debut gown, an opulent violet off-the-shoulder ball gown that shimmered under the lights. The voluminous skirt cascaded like a waterfall, reminiscent of the one Belle wore, but yours was a deep, rich violet—a color that only served to enhance your beauty. You looked like a princess, ethereal and untouchable.
As you walked down the carpet, Felix couldn’t take his eyes off you. You were on one end, and he stood at the other, watching as you approached. When your gaze met his, you smiled— a smile so radiant it made Felix’s heart stumble in his chest.
For a moment, it felt like the world had stopped. The noise of the party, the clinking of glasses, and the murmurs of conversation all faded away. It was just you and him, two souls drawn together in a moment of pure, unspoken connection. Felix, who had never believed in fantasies or romances, found himself ensnared by the magic of this moment. You were walking towards him, and he stood there, lost in you, until you passed by him, breaking the spell.
Felix blinked, shaking his head to clear his thoughts as you climbed up onto the platform, where the crowd erupted into applause. He realized he had been standing there, staring, completely forgetting his duties.
“Uh, my champagne, please,” a voice beside him interrupted.
Felix snapped back to reality, scolding himself for losing focus. The rest of the evening, he kept his head down, avoiding looking at you, determined to do his job without further distraction.
As the night wore on, the party slowly drew to a close. It had been the best birthday you could have asked for, filled with laughter, music, and joy. But as you bathed and changed into more comfortable clothes, a feeling of incompleteness settled in your heart. The party had been perfect, but something was missing.
You stood by your window, gazing out at the now-quiet garden. The clock showed it was almost midnight. Felix had wished you a happy birthday earlier, but it had been through a simple text, and somehow, that didn’t feel special enough.
Quietly, you left your room, careful not to wake your parents, and slipped out of the house. The garden, which had been full of life earlier, was now still, the remnants of the celebration tidily cleared away. You made your way through the bushes until you stood before the small house you often visited.
Lifting your hand to knock on the door, you were suddenly pulled back. Startled, you turned to see Felix standing there, his grip firm but gentle on your arm.
Without a word, he led you away from the house. You followed him, trusting him implicitly, until you both reached the fountain. The sound of the water bubbling softly in the night added to the sense of intimacy that surrounded you both.
Felix stopped and turned to face you. Even after a long day of hard work, he looked as handsome as ever, and your heart ached with the depth of your feelings for him. You held his gaze, waiting, hoping, not daring to look away for fear that he might disappear again, as he often did.
He sighed, his breath mingling with the cool night air, and reached into his pocket. Your eyes followed his movements as he pulled out a small velvety box. Extending it toward you, he met your gaze once more.
"Happy birthday," he said, his voice low and steady.
You looked up at him, your heart fluttering. You had heard those words countless times today, but coming from him, they felt different—more special, more meaningful.
He opened the box, revealing a delicate silver necklace with a rose pendant nestled inside. The simplicity and beauty of it took your breath away.
"It’s not as expensive as what you’re used to, but I hope—"
"It’s beautiful!" you exclaimed, your voice filled with genuine delight. It was the most beautiful necklace you had ever seen.
Felix smiled, a small but sincere curve of his lips that made your heart race.
"Can you put it on me?" you asked, your voice soft with anticipation.
Felix hesitated, his eyes widening slightly before he nodded. You gathered your hair in your hands, lifting it to expose your neck, and Felix stepped closer. The proximity made your heart pound in your chest. You could feel the warmth of his breath near your ear as he carefully fastened the necklace around your neck. Every second stretched, and you found yourself wishing you could stay like this, wrapped in his presence.
But all too soon, Felix stepped back, breaking the spell once more. You almost shivered from the loss of his warmth, but his words brought comfort.
“It’s beautiful on you,” he said, his voice soft as he admired the necklace resting against your skin.
You held the pendant between your fingers, feeling the warmth of his sincerity. “Thank you so much, Felix,” you said, your voice full of emotion. “You made my day complete.”
In that moment, overwhelmed by the intensity of your feelings, you stepped closer to him and leaned in, pressing your lips to his. The kiss was soft, tentative, but it held all the emotions you had been carrying for so long. It felt magical, a perfect expression of the love you had kept hidden in your heart.
A lone tear escaped your eye as you pulled away, the realization of how deeply you loved him settling in. It was a love that hurt, a love that felt too big to contain.
But as you started to turn away, Felix caught your wrist, pulling you back to him. Before you could react, he kissed you.
It was different this time. His lips moved against yours with a steadiness that took your breath away. When you finally registered what was happening, you wrapped your arms around his neck, responding with all the love you had stored in your heart.
Felix had always been a part of your world, a constant presence in the background of your life. But now, standing here with him, you realized that love wasn’t always easy. Loving him had been hard, full of obstacles and unspoken words, but for Felix, this moment was a revelation.
He realized he had been too much of a coward, hiding behind his own fears and uncertainties. But as he kissed you, he knew that hiding was no longer an option. This was the moment where everything became clear.
As you both held onto each other in the quiet of the night, you understood that love was worth the risk.

According to science, everyone needs the sun.
And you understand why.
The Earth needs the sun…
The plants need the sun. You need the sun.
But what happens when you’re trapped in your darkest days? How can you find the sun when everything around you is drenched in shadows?
Not everyone knows this, but you’ve been quietly suffering from depression. It’s a constant, heavy weight you carry, and anxiety is its relentless companion. And to be honest, you aren’t okay. You’ve managed to keep going, somehow, some way. But then, you met your friends, and they brought a spark of light into your life. They became your lifeline, your reason to keep moving forward.
Yet, even with their support, there are times when the words get stuck in your throat, when you can’t bring yourself to talk about the storm raging inside you. Yes, they would understand, without a doubt. But there’s a part of you that insists you should keep it to yourself, that you should solve these problems on your own.
But Felix… Felix saw through the cracks in your armor. As your friend who lives just three floors above you, Felix has always been more attuned to your unspoken struggles than anyone else. He’s the one who noticed when your smiles didn’t quite reach your eyes, when your laughter felt just a little too hollow. He’s the one who could sense something was wrong, even when you tried your best to hide it.
One night, when the weight of it all became too much, Felix knocked on your door, holding his familiar yellow chicken stuffed toy—a silly, comforting thing that always managed to make you smile, even on the hardest days. It took you minutes to gather the strength to move, to drag yourself toward the door. But in the end, you didn’t open it. The effort was too much, the darkness too overwhelming.
When you didn’t answer, Felix’s heart sank with worry. He tried the handle and found it unlocked. Anxiety coursed through him as he pushed the door open. Without hesitation, he rushed inside. And then he saw you—crumpled on the floor, your body trembling with silent sobs, your face buried in your hands as tears poured down. Seeing you like that broke something inside him.
Without a word, he dropped to his knees beside you and pulled you into his arms, holding you tight against his chest, as if he could shield you from the pain that threatened to consume you. He didn’t ask what had happened, didn’t press you for answers. He just held you, his warmth seeping into your cold, aching bones. His steady heartbeat beneath your ear was a lifeline, a reminder that you weren’t alone. He stayed with you the whole night, cradling you in his arms, his presence a barrier against the darkness that sought to engulf you.
Indeed… science is correct. We all need sunshine in our lives.
And in the midst of your darkest days, you found it in Felix.
At first, he had an excuse—a noisy neighbor who supposedly kept him up all night, a reason for his sleepless nights. But that wasn’t the whole truth. Felix did talk to the neighbor, but that wasn’t why he started staying over.
The real reason was you. He couldn’t bear the thought of you being alone in the dark. Whenever he felt something was off, whenever he sensed that your silence hid more than you let on, he’d grab his stuffed toy and head straight to your door.
The yellow chicken became more than just a toy; it was a symbol of his silent promise to always be there for you, to be the light in your darkness. And whenever the nightmares came, when the shadows threatened to pull you under, he would place the toy next to you, hoping it would bring you a small measure of comfort, hoping it would remind you that you weren’t alone.
Felix had been thinking about something important for a while. One day, he brought it up to Han in the library.
“I’ve been considering something,” Felix said, his voice a mix of uncertainty and determination.
Han looked up from his book, curious. “What’s on your mind?”
Felix took a deep breath. “I think it might be better if she had someone close by. Someone who can be there for her.”
Felix was genuinely worried about you. He believed it would be better for you to have someone close by who could support you, especially during those tough times. But Han, who knew Felix had feelings for you and also had his own affection for you, wasn’t sure if it was a good idea. Han didn't know the full extent of what you were going through, as Felix had promised to keep that private.
Han was skeptical, partly because of the complicated emotions involved. He wondered if it was just Felix’s way of trying to be close to you or if it was about something more practical. A man and a woman living together could easily be misinterpreted, and Han felt uncomfortable with the situation, even though Felix's intentions were purely protective.
Felix understood Han's concerns but felt conflicted. He wanted to be there for you, to offer the support you needed, but he didn’t know how to navigate these delicate feelings or how to convince Han of his good intentions.
So, Felix continued to do what he knew best: checking in on you whenever he felt you might need someone..
and that was to knock on your door, with his yellow chicken stuff toy.
and whenever he knocks, he just wish he would never see you again in that state again.
Why would Felix go to such lengths for you, especially when you were just a friend?
You thought of yourself as just a friend to him, but Felix felt something different from the very first moment he saw you.
The way you greeted him the first time with a simple "hello" struck a chord deep within him. It was as if, from that very instant, he realized that you were more than just a friend to him.
Felix's feelings for you grew beyond friendship, and he found himself wanting to protect you, to be there for you in ways that went beyond mere companionship. He felt a strong urge to support you, to be the person who could make a difference in your life, especially during your toughest moments. His desire to be close to you and offer his support came from a place of deep care and affection.
after that night in the party..
did you know what Felix do?
he knocks.. on your door.
His heart was heavy with worry and guilt. He felt sorry and couldn’t shake the feeling that he was responsible for what was happening.
He knocked urgently, his mind racing with fear about what might be happening on the other side. When no response came, his anxiety grew. He felt a desperate urge to break through the door if it meant reaching you faster. His voice cracked with desperation as he shouted, "Open it!" He hoped his plea wouldn’t disturb the neighbors, but his concern left him with no other choice.
When the door finally swung open, Felix’s eyes met yours. Without a moment’s hesitation, he pulled you into a tight, protective hug. His embrace was firm, but gentle, trying to convey all his worry and care in that single, comforting gesture.
Felix’s face was etched with deep concern as he held you close. His worry was palpable, his fear evident in every fiber of his being. He had been so frightened about what he might find and was deeply relieved to be by your side, ready to support you however he could.
"Felix…" you murmured, your voice trembling. He pulled back slightly to look into your eyes, his hands resting gently on your shoulders. His gaze was filled with a deep, genuine worry.
"What is it?" he asked softly, his eyes searching yours for answers.
"I'm doomed," you said, your voice rough from crying. The tears had stopped, but the pain was still evident in your expression.
"Why?" Felix asked, his voice steady but filled with concern.
You hesitated, unsure of how to explain what you were feeling. The turmoil inside you was hard to put into words.
"I…" you started, struggling to find the right words. The weight of your emotions made it difficult to speak.
"I love you." Your eyes locked onto his, hoping he would understand.
Felix froze for a moment, his mind trying to process what you had just said. He stared at you, his expression a mix of shock and tenderness. The silence stretched between you, and it made you feel anxious and exposed.
"I…" you began again, but before you could continue, Felix made a decision. He gently pulled you towards him and kissed you.
The kiss was tender and full of emotion. It was a kiss that spoke of comfort and healing. Felix’s lips on yours were soft, and the warmth of the kiss seemed to wash over you, easing some of the fear and anxiety that had been building up inside you.
In that moment, you felt a profound sense of peace. Felix, who had been your anchor during the hardest times, was now offering you solace through this kiss. It was as if the kiss was telling you that you didn’t have to be afraid anymore, that everything would be okay.
As you pulled away, you realized that with Felix by your side, the fears and worries seemed a little less daunting. He was your light in the darkness, your comfort in the storm. With him, you felt that you could face anything.

A/n: I wrote this half-awake today. Also, should I make a fem version of this? Anyways enjoy! And requests are opened.
M/n stepped into the dimly lit bakery, the smell of freshly baked pastries filling the air. It was well past closing time, but Felix, M/n's best friend and the baker extraordinaire, had left a light on for him. The two of them shared a special bond, one that transcended mere friendship; they were practically inseparable. M/n wove through the empty tables, the chairs on top of them, and the counters covered in neatly stacked bowls of freshly whipped cream and sprinkles. He rounded the corner to find Felix in the back, his hands covered in flour, his face beet red from the heat of the oven.
"Hey, Felix," M/n called out, setting his bag down on the counter. "You know you could've just texted me to come back later."
Felix laughed, wiping his flour-covered hands on his apron. "Oh, you know me, M/n. I always like to see you." He glanced at the clock, then back at M/n. "But since you're here, why don't you help me with these cupcakes? I made an extra-large batch today, and I could use an extra pair of hands."
M/n nodded, stepping up to the counter. He loved helping Felix in the kitchen; it always made him feel so… useful. Together, they worked in companionable silence, piping icing onto the cupcakes and decorating them with sprinkles. After a few minutes, Felix paused and leaned in close. "You know," he whispered, "I made a special brownie just for you."
M/n's stomach growled at the mention of brownies. "You did?" Felix grinned, handing him the pan. "Go ahead, take it. I already put it in the oven, so it should be nice and warm."
As M/n carried the pan over to the oven, he felt a surge of warmth in his chest. It wasn't just from the heat of the oven; it was the thoughtfulness behind Felix's gesture. He set the pan on the counter, taking a deep breath in anticipation of the first bite. He glanced over at Felix, who was carefully icing one of the cupcakes, and found himself wondering how long it had been since they'd had a night like this, just the two of them.
Time seemed to slow down as he took a bite of the brownie. The chocolate was rich and fudgy, the walnuts providing a pleasant crunch against his teeth. But it wasn't long before he felt a strange sensation washing over him. His cheeks flushed, his heart raced, and he found himself unable to meet Felix's gaze. "Um," he stammered, putting the half-eaten brownie down on the counter. "Felix, I think you put something in this brownie."
Felix laughed, walking over to stand behind M/n. "You mean the aphrodisiac?" he asked, his breath hot against M/n's ear. "Don't worry about it. It's all natural, and it'll make things more fun."
As the effects of the aphrodisiac continued to take hold, M/n found himself growing more and more uncomfortable. His heart raced, and he could feel a warmth building in his groin. "Felix," he said, his voice strained, "I don't feel so good."
Felix placed a reassuring hand on M/n's shoulder. "It's okay, M/n. Just relax. You're with me, and I won't let anything happen that you don't want." He guided M/n over to the counter and helped him sit down. "Now, just take deep breaths and try to calm down."
As M/n tried to steady his breath, Felix retrieved a bowl from the cupboard and placed it on the counter. "I'm going to help you feel better," Felix whispered, his voice low and soothing. He knelt down in front of M/n and gently urged him onto all fours. "Just like this."
M/n felt a mixture of embarrassment and arousal as he obeyed Felix's instructions. His heart raced, and he couldn't help but wonder what Felix was planning to do next. He glanced over his shoulder and saw that Felix had retrieved a bottle of frosting from a drawer. "Felix?" he whimpered.
Felix smiled reassuringly. "Don't worry, M/n. I'm just going to make sure you're comfortable. This will help." He dipped his fingers into the cupcake frosting onto his fingers before slowly, carefully parting M/n's cheeks. "Just try to relax and enjoy this."
As Felix's fingers traced circles around M/n's anus, his touch was surprisingly gentle. He started by just teasing the entrance, using his fingertips to spread the icing that was already there. Then, with a soft moan, he began to slowly push one finger inside. M/n let out a soft gasp, his body tensing up, but Felix continued to move in and out of him, careful not to go too deep or too fast.
With each thrust of his fingers, Felix pressed harder against the spot that made M/n squirm the most. It felt so good, but at the same time, it was almost too much. His hips bucked involuntarily against Felix's hand, begging for more contact. "Felix…" he moaned, his voice barely audible over the sound of their breathing.
As Felix's fingers expertly worked their magic, M/n couldn't help but notice the wet, sticky sensation that was starting to build between his legs. The aphrodisiac was doing its job, and his arousal was growing by the second. He could feel himself becoming more and more engorged, the head of his cock beginning to peek out from the folds of his foreskin.
Just when M/n thought he couldn't take any more, Felix withdrew his fingers and knelt down behind him. M/n felt the warmth of his breath against his sensitive skin before he felt the tip of Felix's tongue press against his entrance. With a soft, wet lick, Felix began to circle his tongue around M/n's opening, gradually easing deeper and deeper. M/n arched his back, moaning loudly as the sensation sent waves of pleasure coursing through his body.
As Felix continued to tongue-fuck him, his hand found its way between their bodies, teasing and stroking M/n's engorged cock. He slowly began to jerk him off, matching the rhythm of his hand with the movements of his tongue. M/n felt like he was about to explode, the pleasure building inside him with each thrust of Felix's tongue and each stroke of his hand.
With a final, deep thrust, Felix pushed his tongue as far inside as it would go, and M/n felt the familiar tingle in his balls that signaled his impending orgasm. He let out a long, shuddering moan as his hips bucked wildly against Felix's hand. His cock jerked violently in Felix's grip, spewing hot cum across the palm of his hand and into the bowl with frosting in it beneath M/n. The release was intense, overwhelming, and blissful all at once.
As the last spurt of cum pulsed from his cock, Felix pulled his tongue away and licked his lips, looking pleased with himself. He reached over to the counter and picked up the bowl, holding it up for M/n to see. "There you go, M/n," he said with a grin. "Your special gift for me." He held up one of the cupcakes with the icing that had been mixed with M/n's cum and offered it to him. "Go on, eat it up."
Still catching his breath, M/n reached out and took the cupcake from Felix, his heart racing. He took a bite, savoring the sweet, salty flavor that was uniquely his. As he chewed, he felt a new wave of arousal begin to stir inside him. He looked up at Felix, who was watching him intently, a mischievous glint in his eye.
Felix smirked and grabbed another cupcake from the counter. He knelt down beside M/n once again and placed the cupcake between his legs, directly against his engorged cock. "Here, M/n," he purred, "why don't you finish yourself off with this?" He pressed the cupcake firmly against M/n's throbbing member, the icing already smeared with their combined essence.
M/n groaned, feeling the familiar pressure building inside him. He closed his eyes and reached down, using one hand to guide the cupcake against his cock. With a sharp thrust, he impaled himself on the cupcake, moaning loudly as the sensation sent shockwaves of pleasure through his body. His hips bucked wildly, fucking himself on the cupcake as he came, his cum splattering against the icing and coating both their hands.
Felix leaned in, capturing M/n's lips in a deep, passionate kiss. He could taste himself on M/n's tongue, the tangy flavor mixing with the sweetness of the cupcakes. As their tongues danced together, Felix reached down and stroked M/n's cock, milking the last drops of cum from him. He continued to kiss him, their bodies pressed tightly together, until they both collapsed in a heap on the floor, breathless and spent.
Slowly, Felix pulled away, his eyes trailing up and down M/n's naked form. "Mmm…that was quite the show, M/n," he purred. "You're quite the talented performer." He picked up the tray of cupcakes and held it out to him.
"Would you like another one?"

A/n: I've wanted to write this fic for a while, but it took me ages to find the picture of the two Felixes.
As M/n stood in front of his bed, lost in thought about whether he should jerk off or use one of his toys, he suddenly felt a strange sensation wash over him. It was as if two opposing forces were now somehow present on his bed, just a few feet away. Curious, he glanced over and saw two figures lying side by side on his bed. One was a blonde-haired man with a soft, gentle expression; the other was a dark-haired man with a more intense, brooding demeanor. The blonde-haired man, named Yongbok, seemed to be trying to stop the dark-haired man, Felix, from doing something. But Felix, with his piercing eyes and confident grin, appeared to be having none of it. "Use us," Felix purred, gesturing towards himself and his twin brother. "You know you want to."
With a shiver of anticipation, M/n climbed onto the bed and straddled the twin brothers. He reached out, gripping their T-shirts in his fists as he lowered his weight onto their chests. Their muscles flexed beneath his skin, and he could feel the heat emanating from their bodies. "Felix, please," Yongbok whimpered, his voice barely audible above the pounding of M/n's heart. "Let him decide for himself."
But Felix's only response was a wicked grin as he raised his hips, pressing his erection against M/n's entrance. "Oh, he's decided, brother," Felix growled, his voice low and threatening. "He's decided that he wants us both." And with that, he thrust his hips forward, pushing himself deep inside of M/n.
M/n cried out, arching his back as the thick length of Felix's cock stretched him, filling him completely. He gripped the bed sheets tightly, feeling the pain and pleasure mingle into something primal and overwhelming. Yongbok watched helplessly from the side, his own erection straining against his pants.
Felix began to thrust roughly, his hips slapping against M/n's ass as he pumped his cock in and out of him. M/n cried out, the sensation too much to bear as he felt himself begin to lose control. He could feel the pressure building inside him, the need to release the tension and pleasure that Felix was creating.
Yongbok, watching from the side, felt a mixture of envy and longing as he watched his brother take control of M/n. He wanted to be the one to make him feel that way, to claim him and show him the pleasure that only an angel could bring. But for now, he could only watch as Felix continued to take M/n to the brink of ecstasy.
Felix's thrusts grew wilder, his hips slapping against M/n's ass as he drove deeper and faster. M/n's cries of pleasure were intermingled with gasps of air as he struggled to keep up with the intense sensations coursing through his body. Sweat beaded on his forehead and trickled down his spine, pooling between their bodies.
Yongbok, watching from the side, could no longer contain himself. He reached out, gently grasping M/n's cock and beginning to stroke it in time with Felix's thrusts. The sensation of having two of his favorite people touching him at once was overwhelming, and he felt himself growing closer to the edge.
Felix, sensing Yongbok's touch, growled low in his throat, "You're just jealous, brother." He thrust deeper, forcing M/n to moan in pleasure as he felt both their hands moving on him. "But I'll share." He thrust harder, his hips slapping against M/n's ass as he pumped his cock in and out of him.
M/n, overwhelmed by the sensations, arched his back and cried out, "Yes, please!" His body tensed, and he felt the familiar tightening in his gut as he neared his release. He gripped the sheets tighter, his nails digging into the fabric as he tried to hold on.
Felix, sensing the impending climax, picked up the pace even more, his thrusts becoming frantic and unrelenting. He growled, "That's it, my pretty boy. Let it all out." His hips slammed against M/n's ass, his cock filling M/n to the brink.
Yongbok, feeling the tension building in M/n's body, increased the pace of his strokes, his fingers moving faster and firmer against M/n's skin. He leaned in, pressing their lips together as he thrust his tongue into M/n's mouth, tasting the sweetness of their shared desire.
M/n, overwhelmed by the sensations, arched his back further, his hips bucking against Felix's thrusts. He moaned into Yongbok's kiss, feeling the pressure building inside him, the need to release the tension and pleasure that Felix and Yongbok had created.
Felix's grip on M/n's hips tightened, his thrusts growing even wilder as he felt M/n's body tensing beneath him. The sound of their skin slapping together filled the room, a rhythmic symphony of desire and need. Yongbok's fingers moved faster on M/n's cock, his touch rough and demanding as he stroked him in time with Felix's thrusts.
M/n felt himself on the brink of release, his whole body trembling with anticipation. He moaned into Yongbok's kiss, his hips bucking against Felix's relentless thrusts. His vision blurred as the sensations built up inside him, and he felt the first wave of release wash over him. He cried out, arching his back as he came, his seed spilling onto the bed sheets and his own hand.
Felix, sensing the change in M/n's body, thrust harder, his hips slamming against M/n's ass as he felt the tightening around his cock. He groaned, his eyes rolling back in his head, and came as well, his hot seed spilling inside M/n as he laid down on the bed underneath him.
Yongbok, still hard from watching Felix fuck M/n, crawled up on the bed and pick M/n up from his brother's lap, and positioned himself between M/n's spread legs. He lined his cock up with M/n's opening, the head teasing the puckered hole as he looked down at M/n's face. "F-fuck, yer still s' t-tight, dammit!" he murmured, before thrusting forward, burying himself to the hilt in one smooth motion.
M/n cried out, arching his back as Yongbok filled him once again. The sensation of being so full was overwhelmingly pleasurable. He reached down between his legs, still coated in their cum, and rubbed it over his swollen cock. He moaned, feeling the tingle of arousal return as he stroked himself.
As Yongbok's pace increased, so did the wetness between M/n's legs. He reached down, his fingers coated in their combined juices, and massaged his swollen cock. The feeling was exquisite, and he could feel himself growing closer to the edge.
Felix, who had rolled onto his side to watch them, propped himself up on one elbow. He smiled, admiring the sight of Yongbok thrusting into M/n. "You look so fucking good like that M/n," he murmured.
M/n moaned, the sound filling the room as he felt Yongbok's thrusts growing deeper and faster. He arched his back, pressing his hips up to meet each thrust. The sensation of being so full of cum and cock was overwhelmingly pleasurable. He reached down between his legs, still coated in their combined juices, and stroked his swollen cock.
As he neared the edge, he glanced over at Felix, who was watching them intently. Seeing the desire in his eyes, he felt a surge of power and need. He reached out, hooking his leg around Yongbok's waist, and drew him closer. "Fuck me harder," he gasped, feeling the pressure building inside him.
Yongbok obeyed, thrusting deeper and faster, his hips slapping against M/n's ass as he pounded into him. The sound of their bodies meeting filled the room, a primal symphony of desire and need. M/n's fingers dug into the sheets, his head thrown back in ecstasy as he felt himself on the brink of release. He could feel Felix's gaze burning into him, and it only served to fuel the fire within.
As Yongbok continued to thrust, M/n arched his back, his body tense and ready to explode. With a guttural cry, he came, his hot cum spurting onto the sheets beneath him. His vision blurred, his entire being consumed by the overwhelming pleasure coursing through him. He felt Yongbok's cock twitch inside him, and then he was coming as well, filling M/n's ass with his seed.
Their bodies still joined, they collapsed onto the bed, panting heavily. Felix crawled up beside them, his eyes shining with satisfaction as he ran his hand over M/n's sweat-slickened skin. "You were so fucking hot like that, M/n," he murmured, pressing a kiss to his neck.
Yongbok propped himself up on one elbow to look down at M/n. "You're incredible," he breathed, tracing a finger along the other man's jawline. "I can't get enough of you." He leaned in, their lips brushing together in a chaste kiss.
My heart is at peace once more.

Hi, loves! Guess who’s finally back with a fic :’) I am low-key nervous to post again after going on an unannounced/unintentional hiatus, but I hope you will like this part 2 of Should’ve Known Better! Don’t forget to leave feedback 🫶

Drip drop. Drip drop.
The sound of the leaking water pipe in the dark cave was slowly making Felix lose his mind the past two days. With hooded eyes, he scanned the weapons laying scattered on the tables. He wondered if the men had left them there on purpose to taunt Felix. As if to say: “if only you weren't completely beaten up, you would've been able to get the weapons and eliminate us. If only Y/n had not betrayed you and put you in chains that suppressed your powers, maybe then you'd be free now.”
Felix wiped his eye but immediately winced at the pain rushing through his face at the action. The hit he received to his right eye left it bruised.
After you left him in the cave two days ago, the men Felix had been trying to catch for a year, quickly arrived and when they saw on Felix, nasty grins covered their lips. Even though he was supposed to feel scared, and terrified even when the men started running tests on him and didn't hesitate to beat him up some more, the only thing Felix could feel was pain. And not the physical one. The only thought on his mind was you. The pain you caused him. The nonexistent love you made him believe in. With sweet words and soft touches, you led him to his own grave. You backstabbed him in the worst way possible. You broke his heart entirely.
Felix let out a ragged breath as he averted his eyes to the wound on his chest. If he wouldn't get antibiotics soon, it was going to get infected badly. And without any of his healing powers, he wasn't sure if he'd survive that. Although, surviving did not seem like a possibility anyways anymore. Felix just had a hard time accepting that. This couldn't be the end of him, right? What was the city going to do without one of its superheroes? Who was going to protect the people of Miroh against Black Venom once they acquired Felix’s powers?
A tear rolled down Felix's cheek and he closed his eyes. Maybe it was best if he died as soon as possible. Escaping was not an option anymore and if the men would come back and run more tests on him, they had more chance to get to what they were looking for: how to copy Felix's powers and use them to their own advantage. Felix would rather die than catch sight of the damage they would do once they had the powers he owned.
The muffled sound of a small crack interrupted the silence in the cave and Felix's train of thought. He frowned but his eyes remained shut. Must have been just a rat, he thought.
Another sound entered Felix's ears, this time a louder one, and he opened his fatigued eyes. The sound seemed to have come from above him and he looked up. His eyes fell on the ceiling vent and he gradually frowned when the vent seemed to shake slightly. Felix narrowed his eyes and slowly tried to push himself up to get a closer look at where the sound was coming from.
Complete silence engulfed the cave once again but Felix did not sit back down. He slowly titled his head, his eyes scanning the vent.
All of a sudden a loud bang was heard and Felix jumped back before the vent came crashing down, missing the already injured boy by just a hair or two.
Felix's chest heaved up and down with erratic breathing as he looked at the hole in the ceiling with wide eyes.
Only a second later a person dropped from the hole and gracefully landed on both hands and feet on the cold floor.
Felix shook his head. This couldn't be-
"They should clean that space up someday," you muttered as you looked up at the ceiling you just dropped out off.
You turned to Felix and your throat immediately tightened at the sight. He looked ten times as bad as when you left him here two days ago. Dry blood stuck to the freckled skin of his face and dark blue swelling surrounded his right eye. They had stripped him off his shirt, making the large wound on his chest visible to you.
Your lower lip trembled but you quickly cleared your throat and looked away. "They beat you up well, I see."
Although he was beaten up physically, you felt like the worst damage was done mentally. His eyes seemed to be stolen of life and emotion. He was almost unrecognizable.
"What are you doing here?" Felix growled, looking up at you from the ground.
"Oh, I don't know, watch a movie and chat a little- Of course, I came to get you out of here," you quipped before looking down at him but he just frowned.
"And why on earth would I trust you? You might as well get me out of here to sell me to an even worse gang for more money," Felix retorted and you slightly winced before nodding.
"Okay, I deserved that one. I made a mistake, I know I did. But if you were in my posit-" you quickly caught yourself and swallowed your words before sighing with closed eyes. "I have no valid reason to give you to believe or trust me, but please, Felix, we do not have much time before they come back so I have no other option than to hope you'll believe me so we can get out of here," you almost begged the boy. Felix inspected you as if trying to decide whether trusting you again was the worst decision he could make. "Please," you whispered.
"Free me from these chains," Felix murmured and you froze for a second before quickly nodding.
Not even five seconds later, the locks of the chains were opened, revealing Felix's bruised wrists.
You watched him as he took deep, ragged breaths and you knew his powers were coming back to him. But with the severity of his injuries, you weren't sure his powers were able to heal him quick enough or give him enough strength to be able to fight the gang, at least now.
"You're too weak to fight them now."
Felix's wild eyes shot up at you and without thinking you took a step back. You had brought Felix into this situation, and now that his powers were back, it wouldn't be a surprise if he ended you here and now. You just had not thought about that before coming here. The only thing on your mind was Felix and the need to save him. You were blinded by guilt and by the love you wished you didn't feel for the boy.
Felix noticed the way you balled your fists and let out a bitter chuckle. "I am not going to kill you, Y/n. I am not like you," he hoarsely stated and his words hit you like a punch in the face.
You shook your head and tears pooled in your eyes. "I am not a murdered, Felix."
This made fury flash in Felix's eyes and in a sharp movement, he had you backed up against the wall with the side of his forearm horizontally pressing against your throat.
"Leaving me here to my death comes pretty close to my definition of being a murderer," Felix breathed.
You looked up at the ceiling before squeezing your eyes shut, causing a tear to escape. "You just don't understand, Felix. You never will."
Felix's jaw tightened and he inched closer to you, his nose brushing against yours.
"Try me, Y/n."
He tilted his face, his lips now almost touching yours as his arm pressed harder against your throat.
"Explain to me why you did what you did and let me be the one to decide whether I'll understand you or not," he hissed.
Felix had never scared you before.
But after betraying him the way you did, you wouldn't blame him if he did hurt you. He just told you he wouldn't kill you, but the fire in his eyes was telling you otherwise. And you couldn't be mad at him for it. Maybe you did deserve this.
He had been beaten up, starved, and run tests on. All because of you, someone he trusted, someone he loved.
"We don't have much time left, Felix. Y-You have to trust me and let me get you out of here."
His dark eyes searched for yours and for a second a thick silence fell over the cave as you and Felix stared at each other. Another tear rolled down your cheek and Felix's eyes flickered from yours to the tear.
Slowly he let go of you and stepped back. But just as he was going to speak up, he stumbled and you quickly stepped forward to catch him. "Felix?!"
"I-I'm fine," he wearily murmured but the blue veins appearing on his face and chest told you otherwise. What was going on with him?
Your eyes flickered to the chains laying on the ground and it was only when you saw the blue liquid dripping from it, you realized Black Venom poisoned the metal.
Your eyes widened. "Oh my God, they poisoned you-"
Before he could respond, the door of the cave opened.
"Felix, get down!" You screamed.
With the last strength left in Felix's body, he ducked and you raised your arm to release a blow from your arm cannon.
The blast aimed at the Black Venom member sent the man flying against the wall behind him. Felix's eyes widened as they flickered from the unconscious man on the floor back to you with shock written all over his face.
"I'm on your side, Felix. Please believe me," you breathed, scared for the rest of the gang to arrive after hearing the combustion. Felix finally nodded.
You released a relieved breath. "Hold onto me."
Felix wrapped his arms around you and just before the rest of Black Venom came crashing into the cave, the two of you disappeared through the hole in the ceiling.
"So you know Black Venom?” Felix murmured as you finished wrapping the wound on his chest with a bandage. He was sitting down on the counter in your bathroom and watched you with dark eyes. You placed the first aid kit beside him on the counter and nodded as you prepared the shot with the antidote, avoiding eye contact with the boy.
"Before I can continue treating your other wounds, you will first need the antidote. The antidote does subdue your healing powers for a while, but without it, you won't survive for longer than a week. Therefore, I will treat your worst injuries and you will have to stay here until you're strong enough to lea-
"How?"
You looked up with a questioning expression on your face.
"How do you know Black Venom?" He asked.
You sighed, wondering if he even heard anything you just explained.
"My dad used to work for them."
Felix frowned as he watched you but stayed silent to allow you to continue.
"Growing up, my family did not have much money. We lived in the slum of Miroh. I saw how my father and mother would go to bed hungry, just so they could feed me and my siblings," you started before looking up at Felix.
"You said you didn't have family," Felix frowned.
You chuckled softly. "Because I did not want anyone to know they existed. It would only expose them to danger." Tears brimmed in your eyes but you quickly cleared your throat and held up the shot.
"This is going to hurt," you murmured.
You took a step closer to the boy, now standing in between his legs so you'd be able to have access to his neck. You immediately noticed the way he held his breath at the close proximity between you two but you tried your best to ignore it.
You placed your left hand on the side of his neck to keep it steady before piercing the needle through the skin on the right side of his neck.
Felix let out a gasp followed by a loud groan and his hands immediately shot to your waist, squeezing it tightly.
"Breathe, Felix, breathe," you whispered and after letting out a whimper, he dropped his forehead on your shoulder, loosening his grip on your waist but keeping his hands there. His chest heaved with heavy breathing and you couldn't help but entangle your left hand in his hair, softly stroking it to calm the boy down.
"Go on. Tell me more about your past. Distract me," he pleaded and you quickly nodded.
"T-the moment I was old enough to make money, I did everything in my power to do so. When I was eleven I would sell posters, candy, flowers, anything that could give me a little bit of money to give to my parents,” you rambled before taking a deep breath. “But it wasn't enough. And that is when my father got involved with Black Venom."
Felix slightly shifted against your body but stayed silent.
"My father was a good man. He wasn't a criminal. But he needed money to keep his family alive, Felix, and working for Black Venom brought him money," you whispered and it was only when you looked at yourself through the mirror behind Felix, that you noticed the tear rolling down your cheek.
"But even if he wasn't a criminal by heart, being involved with Black Venom meant living in a dangerous underworld of criminals that could cost his life. And it did. The police shot him when I had just turned sixteen."
Felix frowned, feeling tears brim in his eyes. "I'm sorry," he whispered against the skin of your shoulder.
You nodded, more tears falling from your eyes. "My mother was so heartbroken, she couldn't take care of my siblings and me anymore, so I knew I had to do it. I went to look for Black Venom. I hoped that because they knew my father, they could provide me and my family with some money, just enough so we could move away from Miroh and start a new life somewhere else." You scoffed, remembering how they reacted when they saw you. "I begged them on my knees, Felix. And they sent me away. Saying I was not their problem, that my family was not their problem. That my father's death was his own problem."
Felix clenched his jaw, feeling a weight of anger press onto his chest.
"And that's when I made the stupid decision of trying to steal from them. I was only sixteen and desperate, so one night I planned to rob one of their storages."
Felix raised his head to look at you, forgetting about the pain in his body from the antidote. "They caught you,” he mumbled, looking into your eyes.
You nodded. "I have been working for them ever since. They said they'd kill me and my family if I didn't."
"God, Y/n," Felix whispered.
"I'm sorry I made you fall into their trap, I am sorry I lied to you," you croaked before a sob escaped from your lips and Felix shook his head.
Your breath hitched in your throat when the boy wrapped his arms around you and pressed you against his body in a tight hug. Immediately, you buried your face in his neck, and he comfortingly stroked your hair as you cried.
"You did what you had to do to protect your family," he murmured, making you wrap your arms around Felix tightly.
"But you didn't deserve any of tha-"
"You risked your life to come back for me," Felix interrupted you with a soft voice.
Slowly, you looked up at him and searched for his eyes only to find he was already looking at you.
A thick silence engulfed the small bathroom as Felix and you looked each other in the eyes.
"I might've lied a lot to you," you quietly started, your voice hoarse. "But I never lied about my feelings."
Felix's heartbeat sped up and he held his breath.
"All of it was real. All our moments, all our kisses.. it was real, Felix."
Felix swallowed and his hand slowly made its way to cup your face, wiping the tears from your cheek with his thumb. "All of it?" He whispered carefully.
"All of it," you replied and after the three words entered Felix's ears, he closed the gap by pressing his warm lips onto yours.
Your eyes fluttered shut and your heart immediately seemed to grow a size at the familiar feeling you had missed so much. The feeling of his plush lips moving in sync with yours, the feeling of sharing his breath, of being so incredibly close to him.
You carefully placed your hands on his waist and the feeling made Felix's skin burn. His thumb stroked your cheek as he pulled away slightly only to tilt his head and capture your lips with his again.
Although you wished the moment would never end, you pulled away and rested your forehead against his. "Felix," you whispered and he hummed while trying to catch his breath.
"I-I can not stay here."
Felix opened his eyes and his eyebrows furrowed together. "What do you mean?" He breathed as he tried to look for your eyes that were avoiding his.
"Staying in Miroh is too dangerous for my family, Lix. I am planning on taking them and leaving as soon as possible."
Felix's lower lip slightly trembled as he hastily shook his head. “What? No.”
You stepped back before turning around and running a hand through your hair, not knowing what to say to him.
Felix jumped off the counter and stepped closer to you once again. "Y/n, you can't leave."
You turned around and looked at Felix with sadness painted all over your face.
"I can't lose you again," Felix stated with glossy eyes.
“But-"
"I will protect you and your family, Y/n. Now that I know everything, I can protect you. After the two days I've been in their cave, I know what Black Venom wants, I know their weak spots. I know how to fight them now, how to defeat them," Felix rambled as he took your hands in his. "I will protect your family, Y/n, I promise. Hyunjin, Minho, Han, and all the other heroes of Miroh can protect them now we know of their existence. Please trust me.”
You looked into his desperate but determined eyes and even with the fear for your family's safety still existing, you believed Felix was speaking the truth. He would keep you and your family safe. The other heroes of Miroh would help. He would be able to capture Black Venom now and you wouldn’t have to work for or run from them anymore. Things could finally get better.
"Do you promise?" You mumbled as you took a step closer to Felix.
He intertwined your fingers with his and rested his forehead against yours.
"I promise."

mainly fluff, some are kinda suggestive.
bangchan
you drop your bags in the hall as you slump through the doorway and into you and your boyfriends shared apartment.
“hi baby” chan shouts from the kitchen. kicking your shoes off, you see him appear in your peripheral vision and soon you feel his hands wrapping round you. “long day?” he says as you nuzzle into his should and nodding your head.
“tired” you mumble into his t-shirt, instantly feeling more relaxed at the familiar smell of his purfume. “how about i give you a massage baby, hm?” a smile spread across his face as he admired your cuteness in your tired state. “yeah? okay. go get undressed and i’ll be there in a second”
you pretty much drop onto the bed just after you strip down and lay on your front, enjoying the feeling of the soft mattress underneath you. you hum in contentment.
“okay baby so i’ve got the oi-“ chan cuts himself off and you turn your head in confusion. “um.. when did you get that?” he says with a smirk on his face, clearly loving the new piece on you.
“a few weeks ago” you say, still looking back at him with a smug smile on your face.
“and i haven’t seen it?!” he exclaims, practically running to your bed and jumping over the top of you to admire your new decoration.
“you like it?”, the answer already apparent with the look on chans face. you chuckle and turn your head again to rest on your arm.
“i absolutely love it! darling it’s so beautiful”….
lee know
you feel your body shiver as you pull your shirt over your head and to the floor, your body involuntarily shaking like a leaf at cold air in the room. it had been a long night out with the members and you couldnt wait to get into your pjs.
“oh my- baby- ” you hear lee know say from behind you. it was a rarity that lee know was ever at a loss for words but you knew that your new tat you didn’t tell him about was a good contender at making it a possibility. you were right.
“yesss?” you tease, turning around to face him and walk towards the edge of the bed where he was sat, his jaw practically hitting the ground. you could see his approval of your decision by the tent that was forming in his pants.
“as absolutely stunning as you are, turn around again”. and you do, feeling particularly smug right now. “wow” he says and you hear him walking towards you. suddenly you feel his hand tracing along your back and you quickly struggle to keep your composure, your breathe hitching in your throat.
“y- you like it?” you mewl through jagged breaths at the feel of his hands roaming your back causing goosebumps to form all over your naked body.
“a lot. however.. i may have to punish you for not asking for permission before you got it..” lee know says and the words linger in the air between you two. you knew by the shift in the atmosphere just what was about to happen and a smile tugged at your lips. it was gonna be a long, pleasurable night and you knew by the end of it, your tattoo may not be the only new marking on your back….
changbin
“are you 100% sure you wanna do this y/n? i really don’t mind if you’re not, i’m more than happy just kissing you, you know that right?” changbin said with a panicked look on his face. you had finally told him that you were ready to have sex with him but since it was your first time, he wanted to make sure you were definitely ready.
“yes binnie, i am sure!” you said, a smile plastered all over your face which was soon reciprocated by your boyfriend. changbin raises his pinky to your chest and only when you wrapped yours around his did he take that as true confirmation. no matter how old he may be, a pinky promise was always sacred.
“okay” he whispers into your ear, working his way down, planting kisses down your neck to get you ready. your eyes flutter shut as you let out a breath you didn’t know you were holding as his hands make their way down your waist and underneath your oversized t-shirt. you open your eyes at the pause of his hands over you and you see his face is covered in surprise.
“what’s wrong?”. the words rush out of your mouth in panic but you begin to see the smirk tugging at the side of his mouth and your anxiety quickly dismisses itself.
“i didn’t know you had your beautiful tummy pierced?” he says excitedly. he lifts your t-shirt, eager to see it in person. he looks at your tummy and then back at you with such a huge smile on his face. he clearly approves. “wanna see more of you babe, like right now!”….
hyunjin
“my love?” hyunjin speaks from across the bed as you dangled your legs over the other side, himself propped upwards against the headboard and staring at you from behind.
“yes baby?” you reply. “when did you get such a beautiful tattoo?” he asks and you can hear the smile on his face through his words. you hear the bed squeak as he leans closer and the whispers of “aahs” from behind you.
“only a few days ago, it’s still quite sensitive” you say. “i won’t touch is then but wow it’s beautiful. beautiful tattoo for my beautiful baby” you blush at his words as you lean towards your console, flicking the tv on in the process. friday nights were spent by you and hyunjin both having ‘me time’, however you couldn’t ever bring yourself to leave each others sides. he drew and you played video games.
the rustling of pencil on paper was one of the most comforting noises for you as you had soon connected the noise to your boyfriend, hyune. after about half an hour, you felt the bed dip behind you and a tap on your shoulder. you turn your head in attention.
“what do you think love?” hyunjin whispered into your ear as he handed you a drawing of your new back tattoo. your mouth falls open and your eyebrows ruffle in utter disbelief at how beautiful the picture was and how much love you could tell was put into it.
“hyunnie it’s beautiful!” you say, your voice wobbly as you feel tears start to prick at your eyes.
“not as beautiful as you darling”…
han jisung
“turn over babe, let sungie spoon you” han says as he sniggers down your ear at the cringe that just came out of his own mouth.
“oh ji” you exasperate and let out a huffed laugh, rolling your eyes and turning around so your back is resting against hans also bare chest.
“oh- y/nah!!” he gasps and you jump slightly at the sudden loudness of his words. “pretty pretty pretty!” he says as he adores your new tat. “it’s so beautiful!” he says wrapping his free arm around you and swaying you both back and forth in your bed.
“you like it then ji?” you chuckle as he begins to trace the outlines of the black ink in your skin, the strokes on your back sending shivers all up you but han didn’t seem to notice. you hum in relaxation.
“i love it so much” he whispers down your ear as he continued to trace the shapes of your tattoo over and over again only ever stopping to plant kisses on the decorated area.
“not as much as i love you though”. he speaks softly down your ear as to not disturb your relaxed state.
“oh- are you sleepy?” he mutters and you moan as confirmation.
“okay, goodnight angel”
felix
“hey lixxxx” you sing, nearly running towards your boyfriend just as you got through the door. you practically throw yourself into his arms and he laughs contently.
“aww hi baby, what’s got you all smiley?” felix says, smiling as he runs his hand through your hair and planting a kiss on your head. “welll you know that thing i’ve been wanting to do for weeks now..” you say swaying side to side in his arms looking up at him. “yes- oh my god you did it!” he says just as excited for you as you are.
“yes! and look how pretty it is” you exclaim, eagerly lifting your t-shirt up to show him your new tummy piercing. he leans down to adore it too.
“your tummy was so beautiful before but nowww.. wow! , it’s so sparkly y/n!” he says with a huge smile on his face in reaction to your elation. “you’re so adorable i wanna just squish you” felix said as he lifted you off your feet and towards the couch. he gently plants you down underneath him and begins trailing kisses down your chest and towards your stomach. you hum as he kisses all over your tummy, careful not to catch the jewellery.
“my darling, you are getting more and more irresistible by the day”…
seungmin
“hey baby” seungmin greets, accompanied by an evening kiss. “you look gorgeous, have you been out? it was meant to be your rest day today” he says, plopping himself next to you on the sofa, the smell of his perfume lingering around you as he rests his head on your shoulder.
“maybeeee..” you say teasingly, leaning into him. “oh yeah?” his ears perking up in interest. “and where did you go?” he asks attentively.
“to get a new tattoo” you smile and the look of shock on his face is so comical you can’t help but huff out a laugh. “really?! oh my god let me see” he begs, his legs jittering in excitement. you turn your back to him and take your shirt off, discarding it on the sofa next to you.
“oh my- it’s beautiful” seungmin gasps in awe. “i love it!” you turn around to look at him. “no, i’m not done looking” he states, and you chuckle. turning your back to him once again, you feel his fingertips tracing the currently sealed skin and the pressure feels so relieving on the sensitive area you let out a sigh at the feeling.
“what do you think?” you ask, already knowing the answer. “you look so hot is what i think” seungmin replies. “but as much as i love it baby, i must ask, how long is it now until we can have sex?” seungmin says, his lip pouting and you giggle in response.
“you know minnie.. there are ways to have sex that won’t hurt my new tat?” you say insinuatingly, raising your eyebrows.
“go to the bedroom, right now”…
jeongin
“innie are you showering?” you yell from outside the bathroom door. “yes baby” he replies, shouting through the water pouring and the music blaring in the bathroom. you open the door and let yourself in, the misty air instantly making you warm. peeping your head around the shower curtain, you were greeted by his beautiful naked form. you will never get tired of adoring his body. “mind if i join you?” you ask, however already knowing the answer.
he responds with a smile and reaches his hand out for you to balance on as you climb into the bath tub. exactly as you did with him, he stares at your naked body up and down, admiring you. however, a gasp leaves his mouth as his eyes rest on your belly button. he looks up at you with a smile.
“i really fucking like that” he smirks, tilting his head back, rinsing the bubbles out of his hair. you move closer to him and run your hands up his waist. “like what innie?” you ask with faux confusion.
he slowly looks back down at you with narrow eyes, lifting your chin up to face him with his thumb and forefinger. “you know exactly what it is that i like” he says smugly, leaning in to kiss your parted lips. suddenly, his hands are roaming your stomach and you nearly melt into his touch. you can only whimper in response and you can feel him smile into the kiss.
“you drive me so fucking crazy y/n”…

It was their last concert of their tour, and they were wrapping up the last few songs. STAY was jumping and screaming as the group all danced around happily. Felix had started to get the feels a little before their last two songs.
Felix had a love for STAYs that was unexplainable. They made him into the person he was. He loved them more than he would be able to explain. He wanted to be able to make them happy. Which he did all the time!! There was just that worry that he was disappointing them in some way. But this concert was proving him wrong.
The STAYs had something planned. They had all written on some paper airplanes and started throwing them on stage. The nine members had all ditched their choreo, curious in the planes. They started making rounds over the stage, waving and greeting STAYs as they picked up the papers and read over them.
Felix was so baffled by the act of STAYs. He read every word on the papers. Taking them to heart. At some point, he had backed up into the middle. He covered his face up with his green rag, gazing into the crowd with his teary eyes. At some point he broke, sobs beginning to rack his body as he stared at the many people in the stadium.
(y/n) hopped around next to Jeongin, hyping him up as he sang his part. She was careful not to step on any of the planes that were still being tossed onto the stage. She glanced back when she realized Felix wasn’t doing rounds anymore. A frown coated her face. She tucked her microphone into the pocket of her jeans and walked over to the man in the middle.
“Oh, Felix, baby..” She hushed. She gently wiped his tears with her thumbs. “What's wrong, dear?” She tilted her head, her hair flopping to the side. Felix stammered out some words which were all kinda just jumbled. But the motion to the planes and the crowd was enough info for her. Felix quickly gripped onto his lover, sobbing into her shoulder.
The other members had taken notice of this. “Felix, whats up?” Chan rushed over, looking at (y/n). She motioned to the crowd. “Happy tears.” She said simply. “Awe, Felix!” Chan cooed into the microphone. “Stay! You made him cry!” Changbin said into the microphone, sending a playful glare to the crowd. The stadium filled with ‘awess!’.
“Come on, Lixie, one more song yeah?” (y/n) said after she took her mic out and turned it back on. Felix nodded, following the group as they all began to sing their final song of the night. They all stayed more huddled together. Felix was hugging everyone, more than once even. Some short, some longer. He was making his rounds, waving and picking up planes. It went on like that for a little while longer before it was time to leave. They all bid their goodbyes, heading into the back rooms.
That's where Felix let himself cry and cry as he read more of the papers. “Come here, Felix,” Changbin said, waving him over. He hugged him, holding his phone up. Felix muttered something. Changbin hit the record button on the phone. “What was that?” He said. “Huh?” Felix stood off his shoulder a bit. He frowned. “Say it again,” Changbin said. Felix turned and scoffed. “Dont film me-!” Felix pushed the phone away. Changbin snickered, only to get scolded by Chan a few seconds later, causing him to pout. He still ended up posting it on bubble.
With a huff he turned to his girlfriend, who was laying on the couch in front of the fan. Felix sniffled and crawled on top of her, hiding his face in her neck. “Oof-” She grunted as the male's weight was laid on her. She didn’t mind though. She rubbed his back. “Hi, Sunshine..” She hushed. “Hi.” He sniffled. They had been dating for about two years now. It was still private to STAYs, but not to the other members. They fully supported them.
“I’m sorry for crying so much.” Felix sniffled as he wrapped his arms around her waist. “I probably looked so stupid.. Ugh, and it's all over the internet now..” He groaned into her neck. “It's alright, Sunshine,” (y/n) picked up his head to look at her. She wiped his tears. “You’re not stupid. You were overwhelmed by all the love from Stay,” She said. “It's a lot, you had every right to cry,” She added. Felix nodded a little. “Besides, crying is good for you, dove, don’t worry.” She kissed his nose.
Felix smiled and pecked her lips. “Thank you, starlight,” He hushed. “Ewww! No sucking faces on the same couch i’m on!” Seungmin whined, pushing their feet off the couch. This caused loud giggles to emit from everyone in the room. Seungmin grumbled to himself before going back on his phone. “She is right, Lix. It's okay to cry. We all do.” Chan pipped in as he sat on the floor to stretch his sore legs.
Felix would always be so grateful for his members. For STAY. They were always so good to him, sometimes he was in disbelief it was all real. But it was moments like these where he was so glad to have all of them. They truly meant the world to him. He would do anything to keep it just like this forever.

“Hi lix.” You chirp watching your boyfriend grab something from the fridge.
He smiles upon your voice, moving to face you but your hands trap around his waist, squeezing his back against your chest. His eyes crinkle as you sway him side to side.
“Hi baby.” Now he finally turns around in your grasp but before he could say anything he’s cut off with your hands slipping under his shirt.
You bite your lip as you watch his reaction. Gliding your hands along his waist, over his abs, finally resting them back on his waist. He’s flushing red, looking around to make sure no one else is near.
“Have I ever told you how much I love your small waist?” You whisper and he’s gulping. “It’s so perfect.” His eyes are lidded not being able to resist your touch.
One hand wraps around his neck to bring him closer to you. Your lips wrap around his addams apple and he’s moaning. A hand shooting up to cover his mouth.
“Fuck, babe not here please, let’s go in my room.” He can feel his cock strain against his shorts, wanting to melt onto the counter you had him pushed up against.
He felt helpless, your mouth was licking and sucking his neck and your hands gliding along his torso, the other one rubbing him through his shorts. A pitiful whine leaves his throat as he throws his head back.
Felix was to sensitive for his own good, so it always made your job easier and teasing way more fun. You pull away abruptly, making his eyes snap open.
He’s met with your figure walking away, cutting around the corner. He whines loudly following after you.
“Not again.” He huffs, running to follow you in his room so you could help him with his problem.

The screen flickers off.
The velvet curtains close.
The world fades to black.
The End
Your ribs crack open, heavy sobs echoing through the gaps of your unfolded bones. Your hands make purchase around your shredded soul, the warm liquid of your sorrows trickling through your splayed fingers like the shadow's phantom finger tracing the lines of your melancholy, dusting over the hill of your cheeks.
One more time.
Just one more time.
You rewind the tape-
The velvet curtains stutter open.
The screen flashes white.
Just one more time.
How many times could you watch the same movie before you realized the ending would never change?
You rewind the tape-
How many times could you lick her love off the edge of a knife before you realize the blade will never dull?
You slide the tip across your tongue-
Just one more time.
Please.
Just pretend to love me one more time.
"For once, can you admit that you're wrong?" you snap, attempting to steady your rising voice.
You've been arguing with your mother for centuries, your breath grating across your throat like grains of sharpened sand. Talking to her was like bouncing wisdom off a wall; it will only ever come to bite you in the ass-
"I did what I had to do to teach you discipline; you were unruly-"
or punch you in the face.
"I was nine!" you shout, a weak and wounded cry. "Nine!"
How could she not see that?
"I did it because I loved you."
She rips your heart out of your chest, only to dust a gentle finger underneath the curve of your jaw; her sweet smile coaxes your lips open; she was your mother, and yet, with a wicked gaze, she draws her fingers together—you choke, a thick river of blood flows onto your tongue like a bitter stream of a thousand broken promises.
There was so much you wanted to say to her.
"Maybe you should reevaluate your definition of love."
"Maybe you should have just been a better daughter."
"Only she could spread sugar across your skin before feeding your soul to the ants."
The signal of an ended call rings through your ears as the world fades to black.
The velvet curtains close.
The screen flickers off.
The movie sputters to a stop.
The End
All you wanted to hear was I'm sorry.
All you have ever wanted to hear was I'm sorry.
You are far too entranced with the stillness of your spine to hear the door creak open, Felix’s hesitant footsteps carefully creep closer. It is only when he mumbles a soft, saturnine "sweetheart" that you finally feel something-
"How did it go?" Felix believed the strings of your souls were so intertwined, the two of you experienced emotions the way an instrument feels the thrum of a cord; but as your heart pumps with an intangible amount of anguish, maybe even for you, some feelings were simply too subjective to share.
It is only when your heart has been crushed by fingers made of feathers do you start caring a lot less about the hands made of knives.
How desperately he wishes he was a human with hinges, where he may unscrew his soul and allow your eyes to gaze upon his walls, with the knowledge that they were only ever painted with the thought of you.
He would not hurt you-
Please, collapse into him, just once-
Let him prove that you will never have to fall again-
Wordlessly, thoughtlessly, your hand chases his touch, a million different uncompleted sentences dissipating as soon as your skin connects; your fingers beg, hold me, even as your mouth shutters shut, dusty rivulets cascading across your cheeks like the desert's silky sand.
You were empty.
so, so, very empty-
Felix's soothing hands lock underneath the bend of your knees, pulling you into his warm embrace with a rush of unregistered movements.
You rewind the tape.
Just one more time.
You needed to be reminded of what it was like to not constantly live with the echo of a hollow soul.
Just one more time.
You needed to be reminded of what it was like to hear something other than a deafening crescendo of pure contempt.
Just one more time.
"Please," you have lived so much of your life caught in a perpetual state of emptiness, for once, you wanted to remember what your body was like before your mother bore you with the heavy burden of broken wings.
"Touch me," you shove the palm of his hand into your core, pleading with so much of your soul none left to protest. He gasps into your mouth, his face scrawled with worry, the etch of a million different fears drawn into the deep lines of his forehead.
Just once
Let him rewind the film
Just once
You will never have to watch the same ending again.
"Are you sure this is what you want?" Though his words are unsure, his actions tell a different story; tender hands massage the length of your thighs, reluctantly begging you to open up, to unfold your deformed ribs, where he will fill your hollow bones with the type of love you have only ever yearned for.
Just once.
"I need you."
You need him more than you need your heart to beat, your lungs to breathe; you need him more than you need the birds, the bees, the ground, the trees—
He lays you upon the silken sheets with such soulful kindness that your glassy eyes almost break; his heart thrums with the promise of I love you and the vow of I'll make you fly. His hand dips into the band of your shorts, pleasure peeking out from the shadows of your mind, only ever bobbing its head long enough to fill your skin with a minute tingling sensation—like running your hands under hot water after a long day in the snow, but it was not enough.
"I need you," you gasp into his mouth, his throat desperately sucking the sound in. His eyes widen ever so slightly, his features stricken with a sudden tightness, a burdened tonnage; you were handing him your heart with the hope his hands weren't made of blades, and the idea of the utter trust you have put in him to do that makes his stomach flip.
Just once—
He will prove it all to you.
"As you wish," nostalgia flutters in your veins as you reminisce the sentence pulled straight from the greatest love story ever told. His nose nudges the column of your throat as he presses a peck on your flesh, drifting his arms down to unceremoniously pull off his pants.
Even with such a simple act, he makes the effort to remind you that he is here.
He takes his time removing your clothes, fingers sliding across your skin with a delicate intimacy, a tender reverence; his lips trace the lines of your seams until your very atoms are etched with his name.
I hate her
I love you
I love you
I love you
He coupled every leak of anger with a river of love, kissing your limbs until all your body could remember was the pureness of his ardor.
"Are you ready?" he whispers against your skin, lining himself with your entrance, all he needs is a word to finally sink himself in. Your eyes are glassy, gazing up at him with such an unadulterated passion, a pure amount of pain—this will tear you apart, and he promises with every fiber of his being, he will put you back together.
"Yes." You have lived most of your life with the heavy burden of a body’s broken wings, and it isn't until Felix’s crafted hands finally crease your ribs that you realize origami can only emerge when you fold it up, the way a bird can only fly when it falls.
You are an amalgamation; so much of your soul is lost in his lips you don't know where he begins and you end, but when a rush of pleasure tingles up your spine, you don't care.
The world is tangled somewhere on the edge of in-between space and time, melding together into a mushy, gushy substance that slips through your fingers as they lace in his raven locks. You pour all your pain into the slit of his lips, where he sucks in every drop, leaving no room for your protests.
You were both overcome with a flood of delicate feelings—the passion that surged with the twists of your heartbeats began to be too much to bear; as his hips ruthlessly rut into yours, you cry out, chasing the edge of a daydream. So close, so close, so—his lips taste like I love you and his tears like I'm here. You can only hear the crash of your soul shattering before his ginger fingers sew you back together.
The juxtaposition of that orgasm was astounding.
You both slam down into the earth at the same time, holding each other's tired bodies as the ground swallows you up.
His arms lock around your head, quivering as he struggles to hold himself up, droplets of tears land on your cheeks as they dip down the slope of his nose. He was so perfect-
so, so, very perfect.
Your mouth raises to kiss a tear clinging to the tip of his nose. He chokes, squeezing his eyes shut. You both are thrumming with tension, overflowing with emotion; before you can even blink, he is pulling you to his chest, naked and sticky, he holds you closer than you have ever been.
It is through the tears of others that we remember we are alive.
Just one more time.
Rewind the tape and let him kiss your shattering soul with the knowledge that has already rewritten the ending.
Just once-
Collapse into him.
Let him prove that this story really is—
The End

The day had finally come. You were about to meet Felix’s parents, and although you had been looking forward to it, the nerves were starting to get the best of you. Felix had assured you a hundred times that they would love you, but that didn’t stop the anxious thoughts from creeping in. As you stood outside their home, your hand tightly wrapped in his, you tried to calm the fluttering in your chest. Everything had to go smoothly, right?
But deep down, you couldn’t help but worry about what would happen if it didn’t…
It was a warm, sunny afternoon as you and Felix stood in front of his parents' house. The breeze gently ruffled your hair, but the butterflies in your stomach refused to settle. Meeting your boyfriend’s parents for the first time felt like such a big step, and although Felix had reassured you repeatedly that they’d love you, you couldn’t shake the anxiety that had been building for days.
Felix squeezed your hand, his eyes soft and encouraging as he leaned in close, his warm breath tickling your ear. "You ready, love? We’ve got this."
You offered a shaky smile, not wanting to burden him with the weight of your nerves. "Yeah, ready as I’ll ever be," you replied, hoping your voice sounded more confident than you felt.
As soon as you entered the cozy home, his mom welcomed you with open arms, literally. “Y/N! It’s so wonderful to finally meet you. Felix talks about you all the time,” she said, pulling you into a warm hug. His dad waved from the kitchen, busy preparing something that smelled absolutely delicious.
“They’re so sweet,” you thought, relieved at their immediate kindness. The first hour passed by smoothly—light conversations, laughter, and Felix stealing glances at you to make sure you were comfortable. And, for the most part, you were. Everything was going fine, better than fine. But beneath your calm exterior, you could feel it—the anxiety creeping in like a storm cloud.
It started subtly. Your heart began to race a little faster, but you ignored it, smiling and nodding as his mom told a funny story about Felix’s childhood. You laughed along, trying to stay present, but the pounding in your chest grew more insistent. Your hands trembled slightly, your breathing became shallow, and an all-too-familiar sense of dread washed over you.
Felix, who had been sitting beside you, noticed your sudden quietness. He turned to look at you, his brow furrowing in concern. “You okay, love?”
“Y-yeah,” you stammered, trying to play it off. “I just—um, I’ll be right back.” You stood up a bit too quickly, your legs shaky beneath you as you excused yourself, heading toward the bathroom.
You closed the door behind you and leaned against it, trying to catch your breath, but it felt like the walls were closing in. Your vision blurred, and you fought back the tears threatening to spill. Your hands gripped the edge of the sink as you tried to steady yourself. You were having a panic attack, and you knew it.
Why now? Why here? The thoughts raced through your mind, making everything worse. You felt embarrassed, guilty, like you were ruining this perfect moment with Felix’s family. You didn’t want them to think there was something wrong with you.
“Please stop, please stop,” you whispered to yourself, struggling to regain control.
Just then, there was a soft knock on the door. “Y/N? It’s me,” Felix’s gentle voice called from the other side. “Can I come in?”
You hesitated for a moment, wiping at your eyes, before shakily unlocking the door. Felix stepped inside, his face filled with concern but also with something deeper—understanding.
He didn’t ask any questions. He didn’t need to. Felix immediately knew what was happening; he always did. Without saying a word, he wrapped his arms around you, pulling you into his chest. His embrace was warm and secure, like a blanket, shielding you from the panic swirling inside.
“Breathe with me,” he murmured softly into your ear, his hand rubbing slow circles on your back. “In… and out… just like that. You’re okay, love. I’m right here.”
You focused on his voice, on the rise and fall of his chest against yours. His steady heartbeat was like an anchor, pulling you back from the edge. Slowly but surely, your breathing began to match his, and the storm inside you started to calm.
“It’s okay,” he whispered, pressing a soft kiss to the top of your head. “You don’t have to be perfect. Not for me, not for anyone. You’re amazing just the way you are, okay?”
Tears pricked at your eyes again, but this time for a different reason. You nodded against him, too overwhelmed with emotion to speak.
Felix pulled back just enough to cup your face in his hands, his thumbs brushing away the few tears that escaped. His eyes were filled with so much love and tenderness it made your heart ache. “I’m so proud of you,” he said quietly. “You’re doing so well, and you’re so strong. I know today is a lot, but you’re not alone in this.”
You took a deep breath, feeling the last of the panic drain away as you gazed up at him. “I didn’t want to ruin today…”
“You didn’t ruin anything,” Felix cut in softly, shaking his head. “My parents love you already, and I love you more than anything. You don’t have to hide how you’re feeling, okay? Not from me. Never from me.”
His words were so sincere, so full of warmth, that you couldn’t help but smile through your tears. Felix pulled you close again, holding you like he never wanted to let go.
“Do you want to go back out, or should we just stay here for a bit?” he asked after a moment, his voice light, as though whatever you decided would be perfectly fine with him.
“Maybe… just a few more minutes?” you said, your voice still shaky but calmer now.
Felix grinned, nodding as he settled beside you on the bathroom floor, keeping his arm wrapped around you. “Take all the time you need, love. I’m not going anywhere.”
And with Felix by your side, you felt like you could breathe again. The anxiety still lingered, but it wasn’t as overwhelming as before. With him, you knew you were safe, loved, and understood.
Whatever challenges lay ahead, you knew one thing for sure—Felix would always be there, holding you through the storm, just like he always did.

{Felix finds you curled up in your dorm room with a terrible cold}
Enjoy my lovelies! 💕
⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆
You’ve locked yourself up in your dorm room for what feels like weeks now, cooped up and all stuffy. It feels like you’re going stir crazy as you stare at the same four walls all day, but you know you can’t go out, not until you’ve gotten over your cold.
Felix has been ringing you nonstop and there are only so many excuses you can come up with before he starts to get a little suspicious. It’s now the third day that you’ve tried dodging his calls, texting him back with the same ‘I’ve got revising to do’ excuse and in all honesty he was starting to get fed up.
Maybe that’s why you’re not entirely surprised when he walks into your dorm room with a frown, his eyebrows pulled together as he closes the door behind him with a huff.
You lift your head up from the pillow with a soft groan, regretting giving him that spare key, before laying back down. His expression immediately softens as he walks over to the sight of you hiding your face behind your bedsheets.
“Felix… I’m busy” you mumble from behind the covers as he scoffs softly, you feel your bed dip slightly as he takes a seat beside you. His hands tug the covers away from your face as he tries to get a better look at you in your state of sickness.
You press your face against the pillows, still trying to hide yourself from his concerned gaze. “Yeah, you look really busy” he chuckles sarcastically as the back of his fingers graze against your jawline.
Winter has completely kicked your ass, despite the fact that Felix was always making sure that you were wearing the thickest of coats, wrapping you up in scarves and hats and making sure to get you warm drinks.
“Come on, look at me angel” He whispers softly, his fingers curling around your jaw. He holds your face in his hand as he tilts your head away from the pillow to look up at him.
“Why didn’t you tell me you were poorly?” He asks with a soft frown, his brown eyes full of worry. A sigh escapes your lips as his hand gently caresses your cheek. Your skin feels feverish and yet there’s a certain chill that you just can’t seem to shake.
You sniffle before sitting up with the help of Felix as he pulls the pillow up so you can rest comfortably against the headboard. “Look at the state of me… I look horrible,” you mumble with a hoarse voice, your eyes flickering down to your hands as you fiddle with a loose thread of your jumper.
Felix immediately shakes his head with a hum of disagreement. “You do not look ‘horrible’ you’re just feeling a little under the weather” he says as he presses his lips together trying to stop himself from laughing.
Your bottom lip juts out slightly as you look up at him whilst he tries to stifle the smirk that teeters at the corners of his mouth. “You’re such a shit lair… don’t laugh at me,” you say with a scratchy voice, crossing your arms over your chest.
“Alright, you look a tad rough but I wouldn’t say you look ‘horrible’” He says as you shake your head softly at the way he chuckles. You look up at him as he tucks your hair behind your ear and you can’t help but lean into the warmth of his palm.
Felix presses a kiss to your forehead, “Still my pretty girl” he whispers so sweetly that it completely melts your heart. His thumb caresses the space just under your eye as he admires you with his honeyed gaze.
His expression changes as you let out a painful cough, the soreness in the back of your throat causes your eyes to water ever so slightly. Felix soothes your back with his hand as he reaches over to your bedside table for your water bottle.
“Thank you” you mumble before taking a few small sips whilst he continues to rub your back, his palm lying flat against the back of your shoulders.
He hated this, the way your voice was so pained and how your cough sounded so croaky. The worst of it all was the look in your eyes, you seemed so exhausted.
“Just take it easy baby… you’re okay” he whispers softly as you rest your head against his shoulder with a soft huff, his hand settling against the small of your back.
He shuffles to sit beside you on the bed, resting against the headboard as he opens his arms out for you with a sweet smile. You shake your head with a sound of protest, “You can’t… you’ll get sick” you huff with a hoarse voice.
Felix doesn’t listen to your words or how your hand tries to weakly push him away, instead, he shakes his head with a smirk, “I don’t get sick.” He says with a certain confidence in his tone that makes you roll your eyes.
You glance back over to his welcoming arms, he looks so soft and warm with his jumper and loving smile that you give in and practically collapse against his chest. A soft sigh of relief escapes you as he brushes his fingers through your hair.
“Tell me next time you’re sick… I don’t mind looking after you” He whispers softly, pressing a kiss to the top of your head as his fingers idly trace patterns against your back.
He smiles to himself when you nod your head against his chest, the soft fabric of his jumper brushing against your cheek. “I will… promise” you mumble with a croaky voice, soon drifting off to sleep in his arms.
Felix would eventually wake you up with soft kisses giving you some cough medicine and food, along with vapour rub he swears is magic for your sinuses. He’d spend the next two days practically glued to your side and in all honesty you can’t complain.
