Since game (and probably movie ) shadow use inhibitor rings to restrain his power (which limits the amount of power he has).

I don’t think i saw Boom!shadow use that (idk if his design of the rings different or not), does that mean he is weaker than the og shadow (and possibly movie!shadow)?

So if they had a fight, would the og shadow beat boom!shadow without his inhibitor rings?
