Hey everyone, this is Bisan from Gaza. I'm still alive but Hind is not. Do you remember Hind Rajab? This seven (7) years old child who was missed 12 days ago. Hind was in a car with five (5) family members and they were all killed - except Hind - by an Israeli bomb, and then she called the Ambulance, she asked them to rescue her. Two Ambulance men from the Red Crescent tried to do this but they were also missed. Now; today they were found killed. The body of Hind found killed, found murdered. It's just a new massacre added to the list of endlessly massacres committed by Israel against my people; Palestinians in Gaza right now.

No one holds Israel accountable until now. No one is doing anything. Hind was killed. Who is the next? I don't know, it might be any one of us, but I mean, it's a new, it's a new massacre - she is murdered. You all heard her story, you all heard her voice asking for help saying (Bisan speaks in Arabic first then translates to English the following) "take me with you, take me from here". She was between dead bodies for days, alone and no one could rescue her. We knew where she was, we knew that she was okay, we knew that she could contact the Red Crescent but no one rescued her.

-- Bisan on Instagram, 02.10.2024

There really is nothing left to say.

israel is bombing rafah. as you read this, israel is bombing the one place they told palestinians was safe. they kept pushing the palestinians south and now they are bombing the only "safe" place left. israel is bombing rafah.

For the first time ever, #Israel is being held accountable for its barbaric crimes before the eyes of the world…

The global south did it, NOT the so called “civil free world”

Keep that in mind when u talk about global south from now on. #Gaza

To be clear: No Palestinian evacuation from Gaza will be voluntary. It will have been brought about by the terror of Israeli bombardment and siege, leading to spread of disease. It would be ethnic cleansing. https://t.co/2Mkcn3JCYJ

That evil scumbag isn't satisfied with all the blood he has already spilled, he is now the head of a team plotting to push 2.3 million Palestinians into Egypt.

"Wherever we went, they beat us."

"Despite our hunger, they provided one or two meals, so they can say they were feeding us."

"My two children are detained... I do not know if they are dead or alive."

These come from men who were detained by the IDF, as they recall the horror they went through.

I don't even know what to say. I don't know what I can say, because I am never heard. I can scream from the tops of my lungs, yelling "WAKE UP, THIS IS FUCKING GENOCIDE!!" and all I'll be met with is silence.

fuck israel. fuck zionists. fuck the west and the corrupt ass media. fuck you all. i hate you all, with every fibre of my being, and I sincerely hope and pray for the day you meet Allah, and you will face the wrath of Him.

I saw a post today that showed just some of the THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS of children murdered by israel. A seven year old girl was martyred, whose parents spent eight years trying to conceive her. For eight years, they prayed, they tried so hard to be blessed with a child, for the motherfucking zionists to steal their baby girl's life away almost instantly.

How many more times?

How many more children need to die? How many more innocent Palestinian civilians?

And to all you fucking hypocrites who spoke up about Ukraine, you're a foul piece of shit for remaining silent about Palestine. If I was able to, I would go to Palestine in a heartbeat, and I would happily, willingly, give up my life for any single Palestinian. My heart is with the Palestinians until it stops beating. I may not be Palestinian, but my blood is.

In our thousands, in our millions, we are all Palestinians. 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸

What is happening right now in Gaza is a Holocaust.

There, I fucking said it. Everyone should be saying it, this is not a war on Gaza it is actively trying to wipe out their people. It sickens me knowing that I have to just stay where I am in America and do my best to donate, to do the tiktok filters that send money, but knowing that there are so many rich people that don't care, or are actively fighting against Gaza.

Having to sit and see all the news and all the pain and loss and suffering and knowing that I may have done my best but that is not fucking good enough for them.

The consistent dehumanization language used in describing Palestinians in western media is unfathomable. The consistent denial of seeing our children as children. For everybody seeing this, don't fall into this, seek out the truth and educate yourself because that's the best and only way we can help people in Palestine. We have to amplify their voices.

something i’ve been thinking about lately is like. growing up muslim right after 9/11 is something i’d never really reflected on much because it was all i’d ever known — at 5, my friend’s mum didn’t let her invite me to her birthday party because i was the only brown girl in our class, at 12, my classmates would joke about my family being part of isis, at 16, my dad was interrogated by american airport security for hours — and it always stung and it always hurt but it was just the way things were because the western world hated muslims. but i don’t think i’ve ever fully comprehended the extent to which we were hated until now.

palestine is being turned into a mass graveyard. every single day there are new photos of the atrocities being carried out against them and videos of them pleading for help and still those who can actually intervene turn a blind eye. israel is claiming to only be targeting hamas “terrorists” while bombing a refugee camp. israeli police raided and assaulted a non-zionist jewish neighbourhood. israeli soldiers are posting tiktoks of them torturing captured palestinians. this is not a complicated issue and it never has been. ethnic cleansing is being committed right in front of us. and yet the western world leaders refuse to call for a ceasefire.

and while zionist organisations accuse pro-palestine demonstrations of anti-semitism, while zionist celebrities insist that they’re afraid to leave their mansions in los angeles, a six year old muslim boy was stabbed to death and his mother wounded in the same attack in chicago. a muslim doctor was murdered while sitting outside her apartment complex in texas. hundreds of peaceful protesters have been arrested (many of whom have been jewish). despite what zionists want you to believe, this is not a jewish/muslim conflict. i have so much love and gratitude to my brave jewish brothers and sisters all over the world who are condemning israel for their actions.

ultimately, israel have been granted impunity by the west. they have slaughtered thousands upon thousands of innocent palestinians. they have bombed hospitals and schools indiscriminately. they have used white phosphorus, violating the geneva convention. they have completely eradicated nearly 900 bloodlines. how many more need to be wiped out? how many more children need to be buried underneath the rubble? how many more doctors need to be confronted with the bodies of their own family members? how many more journalists need to detail the horrific acts of violence they are witnessing? what more can be done to the palestinian people that has not been done already?

i truly believe that palestine will be free one day. i believe the palestinian people will receive the justice they finally deserve. but what breaks my heart is how much they have suffered and will continue to suffer before they are deemed worthy of help. and it would be to all of our detriment if we ignored how much of a factor palestine being a predominantly muslim state has played into the way the world has reacted to their genocide.

He's telling the kids: "A rocket is coming cover your ears." Then he tells them to remove their fingers once it's gone. At the end of the video, since the girl is wearing Messi Argentina jersey, he jokes with her saying: "They don't appreciate you anymore messi, they don't respect you anymore" to make her smile.

This is a famous influencer from gaza: Ahmed alhenawi. He came to gaza for his wedding which was a week before the genocide. The little girl here is his sister in law, and the little boy is their cousin who's staying with them since his mother was killed by Israeli bombardment.

This is the same girl who said: I wish I could just get killed right now, because I'm so exhausted. You know what's good though? They postponed examinations!

These people need you, never stop talking about Palestine. Speak up. If they find it in themselves to smile and joke during this and not fall into despair so can you. STOP THE GENOCIDE.

THIS JUST HAPPENED

(around 7.25pm, Nov 23, Palestine time) *the first tweet is referring to the original date set for ceasefire which was then changed to friday 7am

please please PLEASE do not stop speaking just because of a temporary ceasefire. please. some of you will have holidays but please take a few minutes out of your day to voice out. and if you can, perhaps do not celebrate and instead protest and keep emailing reps and posting about a complete ceasefire. please.

while some of us will be breathing a sigh of relief over the temporary ceasefire, people will STILL be dying. people ARE still dying. up until the very last minute. they’ve intensified their attacked. there is no “pause” for them.

please. your festivals come every year but these people… these children… once they’re gone, they’re gone. there will be no next year for them.

please keep speaking up. we’re not done yet. please.

THIS JUST HAPPENED

HERE’S HOW YOU CAN HELP

m’not sure about donations still because the ceasefire doesn’t mean money will get to gaza right away BUT!!! care for gaza, the e-sims, hirbawi, and palaction are all donations you can make even with a blockade.

other than that, please sign all the petitions, join the campaigns and contact your reps using the various options provided. AND PLEASE remember to boycott companies listed by BDS

despite everything, actually it means a lot to see people who don't need to care posting for palestine. i often see zionists aghast that "some too-online white leftist in the united states thinks they understand the middle east" but i think this anger and panic and ensuing discourse has (deliberately) overshadowed how much of this solidarity has been clear, straight-forward and compassionate.

i think about how arab countries stood up for palestine first (not their governments, but their people) and how between 1948 and today the united states and israel have categorically and systematically destroyed our abilities to do so, destroyed our abilities to speak at all, destroyed our attempts at self-determination, destroyed our countries, and now antizionist jews, black people, queer people, indigenous people, immigrants and other minorities have taken up this mantle worldwide. and yeah, the too-online white leftists too.

i actually find it very touching to see how diverse pro-palestine protests are. i find it very touching to see someone articulate clearly that they understand what happened to palestinians despite 75 years of historical revisionism and propaganda. i find it very touching when people aren't intimidated by the middle east like it's some unknowable no-man's land full of terrorists and challenge that narrative.

i saw the video of that man who worked for the white house under obama, you probably know the one i'm talking about, taunting an egyptian man at a halal food cart in new york. he specifically taunts him about the mukhabrat, the egyptian secret service, and he says "i hope they take your father's fingernails out." he's openly gleeful to know the term, the access provided by the violence of the state department. i think about how suspicious i've always been of americans who speak arabic because they're usually here to spy on us, modern-day orientalists and arabists who see us as assets or threats.

i think about how these are the people who parrot "the middle east is so complicated" rhetoric—people who say it's complicated because they hate us, because they see us as savages, because they don't actually know anything about us and don't want anyone else to. this is what they're desperate to hold onto, this monopoly on 'expertise on the middle east' so that nobody can say, hey, they're just people. its not more or less complicated than anything else. it's only complicated because you're racist.

its easy to use platitudes like "i see all people equally" but it's more difficult to demonstrate it when it counts and even moreso when someone claims your bravery and compassion is actually hatred. thanks for doing it.
