Us Feeling Like We Aren't Getting Anything Out Of Therapy And That We Aren't Improving Because We're
Us feeling like we aren't getting anything out of therapy and that we aren't improving because we're dissociating
Also us: successfully coping, having a good mindset about things, setting up better coping skills, working with our symptoms instead of berating ourselves or pretending they don't exist (not the best with this one but so much better than we were for the latter), allowing alter self expression even if we aren't differentiating.... and lots and lots of fusion happening and only two splits in the past month or two.

Watching someone go from "cool system on the internet that we follow" to "fakeclaimer because their experience of being a system don't match up with others" is very sad and disappointing.
This person is blocked by us now, but ugh.
As an autistic person, the implications of "if they really cared I wouldn't have to say it" culture are really scary. Because I want to know what hurts your feelings, what crosses your boundaries, where the line between teasing and being mean is at for you, what you need, and how to make you feel loved. And the implication that if my disability makes me unable to figure out these things through intuition alone, then I'm just not worth having around, is genuinely heartbreaking
