Of course, he wasn’t actually one of the parents but knowing his boys long enough, he had definitely earned the title as the group’s designated dad friend; the type that loved his kids but didn’t know how to raise them. It’s a relatively normal day in the Underworld—grey, the usual shade that embodies this part of the Underworld, and no sunlight, making it relatively misty, with fog enveloping the ghost-like figures roaming the plains. Yoongi walks along the meadows of the asphodel, his bare feet feeling the cold soil that has hardened over the past centuries, yet still jutting out the off-white flowers with eerie grey leaves for the souls of the dead to eat. His white, pale skin stands out in his all black attire, as if glowing against the grey background. That’s what the meadows of asphodel consists of, grey skies, grey ghosts, and grey flowers.

He’s heading towards the well, on the far side of the plains, away from prying eyes. This well is no ordinary well. It does not contain water, only the power to lift him from the Underworld to the land of being without any notice. Yoongi is a simple man. He doesn’t want or need much. Being the ruler of the Underworld, he is used to the lack of interaction from fellow deities, and he basks in it. He spends his days in his humble abode in Tartarus, the pandemonium of the Underworld, playing the organon with his thin and long fingers, sleeping a little bit longer than everyone else given that there is no sunshine to protrude through the window curtains to act as an alarm, or walking alone at his own pace along the Asphodel meadows, and the land of being. Min Yoongi is a simple man, and he enjoys being alone.

Nearing the well, his bleak eyes land on a figure. He furrows his brows in confusion, and his feet march a little faster to his secret escape that doesn’t seem to be secret anymore.
